I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Elite World Grand Hotel, conveniently located on Basin Ekspres in Istanbul, and the experience was nothing short of outstanding. 攜程評分 本身就很低， 原計劃是要住 JW 萬豪，但是這個酒店 就早客户 附近， 正好嘗試一晚， 吹風機 太老舊了，都粘手了， 其他的 還有不是很好的地方， 如果 住， 推薦 JW 萬豪.

酒店整體體驗OK，但相比於這個價位，性價比不是很高。 酒店在市中心，交通便利，附近餐廳很多，酒店工作人員熱情。

服務態度很好，幫我打印行程單，寄快遞，很友好，附近吃飯很方便，走路可以到，值得推薦。

Das Hotel stammt ursprünglich aus der sozialistischen Zeit Rumäniens und wurde - so gut es eben ging - auf ein 5-Stern Hotel upgegradet. Im Wesentichen ist das recht gut gelungen: technisch ist das Hotel am Letztstand, am Ambiente der Lobby müsste man noch etwas arbeiten. Die Zimmer entsprechen durchaus internationalem Sheraton-Standard, sowohl von der Größe als auch von der Einrichtung. Von den Zimmern in den oberen Stockwerken hat man einen guten Rundblick über die Stadt. Sehr einladend die Executive-Lounge im 17. Stockwerk, ab 17 h 30 wird dort eine Selektion kalter und warmer Speisen, sowie alkoholische Getränke, gereicht. Top ist auch das Frühstücksbuffet im 1. Stock. Relaxen kann man im großen Indoor-Pool. Hinter der Rezeption befindet sich eine kleine Bar mit sehr gutem Service. Wer möchte, kann historische Innenstadt fußläufig erreichen. Resumé: Kein wirkliches Luxus-Hotel, aber solide 4-Stern-Superior mit Wohlfühlfaktor. Selten dass man in so großen Häusern einen so guten Service findet. Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

We stayed 2 nights here and liked that it was close to a subway stop. Our room on the 3rd floor (309) was quiet and decent sized. We heard others in our tour group mention that their rooms were small, but that was not our experience. The room had every amenity that we needed and were pleased with the amount of counter space in the bathroom, very hot water and that wash cloths were provided. The included breakfast had a great number of options with plenty of seating. The only minor items that I can mention was that our mini refrigerator did not keep things cool and our bathroom sink faucet squealed (as did our neighbors’) if you did not turn on enough water pressure.

The hotel has 270 rooms and was built in the mid 1970’s, and recently updated. Giving this hotel a 4.2 hinge rating, and is only that low because neither of us could figure how to get the shower to work, otherwise it is a very nice modern hotel. We are in room 601 and a nice King bed following 10 days on the boat with separate beds. One interesting thing is the outside walls of the structure are 4 ft thick (inside the window through a long opening) unknown if it is for insulation or what. There is an additional 1 ft thick addition space that Tom believes is for ventilation services (total outside to inside wall is 5 ft). Very nice indoor pool.

The Sheraton Bucharest exceeding my expectations and I felt that it rivaled a Ritz Carlton. I stayed here for 3 nights in February, 2024 while in town for meetings. I took a taxi to and from the airport so I did not experience having to park here. I was given an upgraded to a suite in the club floor based on my Lifetime Titanium status which was very well furnished and comfortable. It truly felt like a room at a Ritz Carlton rather than a Sheraton! I arrived late on a Sunday evening after a weekend traveling to Brasov so I had a burger and beer in the lounge. The food was very good and reasonable. The bartender was very accommodating. The club only offered snacks in the evening and complimentary breakfast buffet (I assume based on loyalty status) was served in the main restaurant. The offerings were endless and met every dietary need. The staff were excellent providing guests with any types of coffee drinks, tea or juice. The location was a short walk to old town and the Piata Romana subway station was around the corner. The surrounding neighborhood was a bit gritty but did not feel unsafe. I will make it a point to stay here on my next visit.

Warm welcome, excellent customer service. We were offered an upgrade which was appreciated. Firm but comfortable bed. Breakfast: excellent for a Sheraton Breakfast. One of the better Sheraton Breakfasts we have seen. Local fresh cheese, sausages, hard boiled eggs, fresh vegetables, olives etc, they make coffee to order, cleaned table through dining, friendly, excellent service. The executive lounge had nuts and fresh fruit coffee/ tea, crackers during the day as well as a few pastries. Drinks and appetizers in the evenings Excellent lounge attendant. Parking is TIGHT, we had a very difficult time Parking and getting out. Nice upgrade offered for status

Great place to stay. Very close to transportation and food and popular places. Walking distance to old town and the art district. You can ask the front desk for any suggestions. Oscar was wonderful and suggested great places to see and eat! Also pet friendly! Definitely coming back!

Oscar was great to work with. Exceeded expectation every time I visited the front desk! Great location and the breakfast was amazing! The pool area was relaxing and in a great spot to look out the windows. Will go again in the future! Romania is beautiful.
