Schöne Umgebung, guter Kundenservice. Die Anlage ist ausgezeichnet und von guter Qualität. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt wirklich genossen. Danke schön.

A well located hotel which offers you the amenities that every establishment should offer. The staff are friendly and helpful. Make sure to buy water before arriving. The hotel is accessible via the lift on the side of the big building. You can't miss it.

Loved the staff. The location was lovely too and you can easuly get food within a few min walk away from you. However, there were no tea bags, hardly a sugar and you have to pay for the wifi🤦🏻♀️

We travelled to London for few days and stayed in Travel Lodge Crystal Palace. It's clean, comfortable with nice Modern decor and was uninterrupted. Parking is free and the hotel has plenty of car parking spaces, more than 50. Security for car park, entrance and to the room. The location is a short walk to Penge high street. Excellent value for money. I would definitely stay again.

The place is very easy to find, closed car park is really reassuring. Reception team is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean and comfy. I stayed on the 9th floor and the view is very beautiful. In the morning at check out had a little chat with Andrea. She was very cheerful and made my start of the day better.

Good stay. Very well organised and safe access. Lift security use with card operation. Room access security with card operation. Very clean hotel with robot vacuum system reducing the noise and any customer disturbance. Very impressed by how it was organised.

Pleasant stay. We travelled over to London for a few days. The Travelodge was comfortable. Although on one of the early mornings the hotel fire alarm went off and the whole hotel was evacuated. The staff weren't really forward in telling people where to go. There was about three staff members with high Vis and one holding a placard. They weren't there at first but when they were they weren't really saying much to anyone at all or giving instructions outside. Otherwise the hotel was perfectly fine. Car park had plenty of space (no need really to book at the local Sainsbury's car park) the one at the hotel easily holds over 70 vehicles. The nearest train / overground stations were about 12 to 15 min walk (Arnley or Kent House)

Stayed over Xmas to visit family. Hotel was clean, comfy, with nice modern decor. Staff were pleasant & helpful. Excellent value for money. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel is in a handy location, adjoining Croydon Road. The rooms were clean and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The location is a short walk to Penge where there are a variety of shops and eateries. Supermarkets are also a short walk away for necessities, with Sainsbury's in Penge, and Aldi a block away.

What a lovely experience! A nice clean room, friendly staff, nice Christmas tree, not much more you could ask for while visiting family over Christmas. The only thing missing was cooked breakfast, but there is Costa 3 min away, so we managed. Also parking is free, what a lovely treat!

Cosy,quiet and nice located place to stay in London. Check in was quick done by Lily, the room was spectacularly big for hotel room. Free of charge parking is a deal breaker as in London usually all hotels charge for parking. Thank you guys you made my stay fantastic 😊
