Good location and interesting collection of artwork in the hotel. Walls are a bit thin - kept awake by other guests. Checking in was also really slow even after we checked in online

Short weekend weekend trip to Bristol- location of this hotel is great, right in the middle of the city and also only 15 minute walk to Temple Mead station. The hotel exterior is very beautiful and the room was warm and comfortable.

The hotel was in a great location as it's not far from theatre, shopping and other amenities. Only down side is the shower head really badly needed de-scaleing.

The location is ideal for anyone travelling by coach in Bristol. The staff were so friendly and the room was fantastic. It had everything I needed - hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner, an iron/ironing board. It was a quiet and peaceful hotel too. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Drei Vorteile: 1) Das Zimmer ist wirklich groß und sehr gut! Auch wenn das Badezimmer sehr groß ist, ist es mit einem Whirlpool verbunden 2) Hochseite ist sehr gut 3) Die geografische Lage ist sehr gut unten ist die Busbahnhof, zwei Minuten zu Fuß ist der Flughafen Busstopp Drei große Unzulänglichkeiten: 1) Das Zimmer ist zu alt und nicht gut; 2) das Bett ist nicht so bequem, dass es keinen Sitz hat; 3) die Heizung im Zimmer ist so hoch, dass es ”unkühl” ist, aber nicht ”heiß” sagt. Das Frühstück ist das typische britische Frühstück. Die Rezeption ist auch sehr enthusiastisch, aber Sie müssen die letzte Antwort auf ”keine Verzögerungen” (??)

I stayed at the Leonardo Hotel in Bristol, and it was a pleasant experience overall. One of the best aspects was the location—just an 8-minute walk from Temple Meads train station. The weather was sunny, making the walk really enjoyable, though there are a few stairs along the way to keep in mind. We arrived earlier than expected at 10:30 AM and were pleasantly surprised to find that our room was already ready. That was a great start to our stay! Our room on the 7th floor was spacious and spotlessly clean, except for some permanent stains in the shower—not dirt, but not particularly nice to look at. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I honestly had one of the best nights of sleep I’ve had in a while. It was also a lovely room for families with a child, as our kid finally got a real comfy bed rather than a wobbly open sofa bed. The lobby was a nice spot to relax after a day of walking around the city. They offer water for guests and even have some board games, which was a fun touch. Breakfast was decent, though not particularly memorable. My main issue was the lack of non-dairy options for making a cappuccino. While they offer non-dairy milks, it wasn’t possible to make a cappuccino with them unless you paid extra for a barista-made one. I found this disappointing, especially since more and more people are opting for dairy-free alternatives. It’s an area that could definitely be improved. It's not worth booking direct with the hotel as they don't bother to be competitive. Overall, it was a comfortable stay in a well-located hotel, with just a few minor areas for improvement.

Beste Lage für Einkaufen und Reisen in kurzer Fußabstand. Das Bettblatt und die Kuchen sind sehr sauber mit Frischheit. Ich mag die Kuchen besonders die Gingern. Die Damen aus der Hauspflege sind freundlich und tun ihr Bestes, um unser Zimmer sauber zu halten.
