Die Wohnung war unverschämt mit einem großen Servicepersonal, das Ihnen warm willkommen fühlt. In der Nähe von mehreren Cafés/Restaurants und Gemüsegeschäften mit großer Aussicht. Genießt es, am Abend den Pfeiler zu Fuß zu gehen. Ich würde es sehr empfehlen.

Ich habe dieses Hotel in Flughafennähe gewählt, weil ich früh morgens ein Auto mieten und zum Flughafen Brisbane fliegen musste. Das Hotel ist leicht zu finden, auf der linken Straßenseite. Nach der Ankunft war das Standardzimmer nicht verfügbar. Wir haben uns viele große Bettlaken gegeben. Das Zimmer ist klein und kompakt, aber es kann kein Zustellbett sein. Im Ruhezustand gibt es keine Geräusche. Das Hotel verfügt über bequeme Parkplätze und es ist eine Tankstelle nebenan. Es ist auch sehr bequem, vor dem Auto zu tanken. Das Frühstück ist 15 Messer, wir haben nicht rechtzeitig gebucht, es sollte im kleinen Café im ersten Stock sein. Nach dem Gehen stellte ich fest, dass das iPad weg war, und das Hotel bestätigte schnell, dass es kommen würde. Jetzt suche ich nach Ctrip.com, um es zurückzubringen. Ctrip-Service ist großartig!

the location is quiet, it's good for the driver has a free parking, just a pity for missing to go to the roof top to see the night time of the city view.

Nice new hotel, recommend it to my friends. People are nice to help. Lots guests but still managed well. Few safeguards at front door, that’s not usual in AUS hotels, but good.

Das Buffet Frühstück ist fast jeden Tag gleich, aber sie servieren jedenfalls guten Kaffee. Ihr Fitnessraum ist auch 24 Stunden am Tag geöffnet, wenn Sie in einem kleinen Training zwischen Ihrer Reise zu schütteln.

Danny war sehr professionell, freundlich, willkommen und hilfreich während meiner Buchung per Telefon und meine Ein- und Auscheckung. 5 Sterne für den Kundenservice *** Die Reinigungsmittel waren freundlich und hilfreich, als ich ein Bad-Plug benötigte und sogar gab mir einige zusätzliche Badsalze. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gemütlich, Sie können die Reinigungspersonal-Präsenz sagen. Gut gemacht Best Western!

We stayed here the night before leaving on a cruise that was leaving from the International Cruise Terminal. The main reason we chose this hotel was its close proximity to Roma Street Station as we caught the train from the airport. While it is close to the train station it is located at the top of a reasonable hill and it took a bit of effort to navigate the way to the top, apart from the effort. Several escalators/lifts and then a steep path with no real directions on which way to go. I thought I would be able to see the hotel to give me an idea which way but had to resort to Google Maps to find the way. Unfortunately we were on an early flight into Brisbane so as it was 09:30AM I was not expecting our room to be ready but just needed to store our bags so we good do some exploring. As expected, our room was not ready but the guy behind the counter checked me in, stored our bags and advised that the hotel was busy and our room would not be ready until about 02:00PM. No worries we will be back. We arrived back at 01:00PM and our room was still not ready and waited in the foyer till 02:00PM as previously discussed. Reception gave me our keys and we proceeded to our room on Level 1, or so I thought……..room card would not let me use the lift. Back to reception to have the card re-coded. On entry to our room, it was reasonably spacious and looked clean and reasonably comfortable. Décor a bit dated, but functional. We had a rather large balcony but we could not use it as there was no furniture so the balcony was wasted. Bathroom was small but functional, bit dated but appeared clean. It was only after we used the toilet several times that we noticed water on the floor. We ignored it for quite a while as we thought we had spilt water on the floor but it was not till the next morning that I realised it was coming from under the toilet. I reported it to reception on checkout. As we were tired from our early start we chose to order room service. While we knew how much it was going to cost it was very expensive. Two hamburgers and chips over $70. A bit steep, but as we were so tired we paid so we did not have to go out. The hamburgers were good by the way, but still way too expensive. Overall, this hotel was OK, but the room was supposed to be a superior room. OK. I would hate to be in a Standard Room………..as the room was pretty average for a Superior. After reading some of the other reviews the price we paid was fair and the location is good, just not when you have to push two big suitcases that we were taking on a cruise up the hill from the station. PS. It cost us $73 in the taxi to get to the Cruise Terminal.

Bequeme Lage in Brisbane Stadt. Die Rezeption hat einen tollen Service, war freundlich und willkommen. Wir hatten ein warmes Willkommen und eine schnelle, einfache und schnurlose Kontrolle im Prozess. Danke Vania! (Hoffentlich habe ich ihren Namen richtig) Erstaunliche Aussicht vom Sky Lounge auf der 36. Etage. Allerdings war die Wohnung etwas schmutzig. Wir setzen das Zeichen auf, um unser Zimmer zu machen, aber es wurde überhaupt nicht gemacht, auch wenn die Hausbetreiber das Zimmer neben uns reinigen, als wir verließen. Wir verließen das Hotel morgens, um auszugehen, und als wir abends zurückkehrten, war das ”Zimmer machen” Zeichen noch auf unserer Tür und das Zimmer war genau wie wir es verließen, als wir aus gingen. Zimmer war nicht gebaut, Toiletten waren nicht ausgefüllt.
