Tolle Lage und hat ein wundervolles historisches Flair, wenn Sie durch die Rückseite herauskommen !!!! Hohe Bäume, würde ich sagen, über hundert Jahre alt und ein natürliches Flussufer, das vom Comal-Fluss ziemlich nahe an den Guadalupe-Fluss anschließt. Eingebettete Bäume , gefüllter Fluss mit Wels , Barsch und auch Forelle in der Nähe der Herbstsaison wegen des Klimas ... danke Jungs für die Aufnahme unserer Familie während unseres Aufenthalts !!! Das Personal war freundlich, zuvorkommend und hatte in dieser schwierigen Zeit aufgrund der Covid-Pandemie die entsprechenden Vorsichtsmaßnahmen getroffen.

Staff is very friendly facility clean and neat, have stayed there several times and it’s peaceful and quiet every time I stay! The building is older but in top shape… if you're not picky you can find something but you will have to dig. Like I said the place was and always has been great!

Best hotel stay in a long time...friendly, helpful and accommodating front desk staff; clean, well appointed rooms (lots of space, small kitchen including full fridge, work desk with charging station, couch, shower only, good water pressure, comfortable bed); location near shopping, restaurants, attractions like Gruene; great fresh breakfast offering oatmeal - hot and overnight (nuts, fruits, coconut, brown sugar) yoghurt, cereals, juices, muffins, toast, bagels, breakfast tacos and traditional breakfast like scrambled eggs and sausage. Friendly staff and fantastic coffee too!

A truly disappointing experience. Hotwire listed this as a three-star motel. (Of course, I was already committed before I knew which hotel would be what I had paid for.) I have stayed in two-and-one-half-rated motels that were better (and even a two-star one here and there). The hallway was almost unbearably hot--no air conditioning at all (July in Texas!). Coffee was available only in our rooms--none at all at the breakfast bar. In fact, breakfast was pathetic. I had not seen orange juice the color of what was in their pitcher. There were two kinds of children's cereal (nothing, like raisin bran, for adults); cheap white and wheat bread for toast, with a tub of butter, a bottle of strawberry jam (almost out and too deep to reach with a plastic knife without getting jam on one's hands), and one of peanut butter. Did I say pathetic? The ”prong” for the safety latch in our room was missing a screw and two more were almost all the way out--not much safety protection. Again, a general disappointment when we expected a three-star experience.

Hotel is comfortable and has a nice pool and lobby area. Breakfast is $12 and Diamond benefit is only $10 so that could be improved, but breakfast is good overall. Bar has draft beers which is great given the evenings can still be really hot. Emily at the front desk was outstanding in handling multiple simultaneous guest questions and helped quickly fix a room key reset. Rooms are starting to show their age and would benefit from updating soon. Keurig coffee in the room which is great.

Meine Frau hat hier ein Zimmer für unsere Familie gebucht, um am Donnerstag, den 15. Juni, in Ihrem Motel zu bleiben. Wir sind um ca. 1pm hier, vielleicht etwas später und wurden gebeten, für eine frühe Eincheckung in ein leeres Zimmer, das bereits gereinigt war, ein weiteres $20 zu zahlen ... Ok, keine Sorgen. Dann, als wir gingen und fragten, ob die Flachs für den Auszug aus dem Sofa, Wir wurden dafür $20 gezahlt, weil es 6 von uns im Zimmer war und wir für 4. Zimmer Schlafen 6, wir für das Zimmer bezahlt haben, nicht wie viele Körper wir in das Zimmer gelegt hatten. Hier ist jedoch eine Art Blut oder Gesicht auf dem Bad, obwohl (pic beigefügt). Die Ausziehen der Couchmatratzen ist in schlechtem Zustand, die Farben auf sie sind grausam. Die Gentlemen auf dem Vordertisch hat uns nichts anderes als brutal. Es fühlt sich so an, als hätte er 40 Dollar von uns gestohlen, wie in der Vergangenheit, bei anderen Moteln, wir wurden nie für eine frühe Eincheckung belastet und wir wurden nie für zusätzliche Linen oder zusätzliche Personen im Zimmer belastet. Ich bitte nicht um eine Erstattung, aber ich möchte unsere $40 zurück. Die Behandlung, die wir vom Gentleman am Front Desk erhalten haben, ist weit von akzeptabel und er ist der Manager. Und unsere Online- und Papierrechnung passen nicht. Ein wenig der Junior hinter dem Büro sagte: ”Er kümmert sich um ihn.” Wir kommen hier ein paar Mal im Jahr, um den Fluss zu fliegen und wir bleiben immer in Hotels. Wir dachten, wir würden diesen 1 Versuch geben. Nach heute und was passiert ist, wenn dieses Problem nicht gelöst wird, werden wir hier nicht zurück sein. Zurzeit haben wir ihn nicht gebeten, unseren Aufenthalt zu verlängern ... Wir werden heute später in ein anderes Hotel gehen. Das einzige gute über dieses Hotel ist die Dusche.

PpookeysmomWe stayed a few nights to tube the river & enjoy downtown New Braunfels & Gruene. This is a great location for everything we needed. Lots of restaurants, gas stations & stores nearby. The staff were friendly & helpful. The room was clean & comfortable. The hotel seemed very secure. There’s a pay laundry room & a dining area with a TV. The free breakfast is pretty good. There were make your own TX shaped waffle makers, cereals, yogurt, oatmeal, refrigerated muffins & honey buns, bananas, apples & frozen sausage/egg & cheese croissant sandwiches. Unfortunately the only protein source & therefore the only thing I could eat was the insides of the croissant sandwiches. I felt terrible having to throw out the croissants, but that’s all there was for me. The pool was pleasant enough & the grounds were well taken care of. We would definitely stay here again next time we’re in New Braunfels.

GGuest UserWhile this property is well located and looks good from the outside, once you get into the rooms you see another story. Our room, while clean, was in disrepair. Here is a list of the issue we found Kitchen The ice maker did not work Only one burner on the stove worked There was missing silverware Some silverware showed obvious damage Bathroom The light fixture in the bathroom was VERY rusty The towel hanger on the wall would fall off each time you hung a towel on it There were obvious repairs in the walls that were done shoddily The toilet was very difficult to flush Living Space Both beds appeard to have damaged mattress/box spring...one side of each bed was sunken in The air conditioner had difficulty cooling the room Bedside phone wouldnt' work...I needed to call the front desk and they couldn't hear me Other Someone on my floor was smoking tobacco and *********. The smell made it's way into our room. It was reported to the front desk and nothing was done. When you pay to stay at a smoke free property, that's exactly what you should expect to get....no smoke...of any kind. Staff The staff at this property are the sole saving grace. We found them to be pleasant and helpful (except for the smoking issue). Caviat Emptor.

TTrail535415I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. I brought my son and two of his friends to town for one night to float the river. I had accidentally made my reservation for the wrong night, and when I called very late to let them know we were on our way, they saved the day by getting us the accommodations that we needed, and they honored the original price for my other booking! We enjoyed our stay, and the breakfast in the morning was great! Then, after we left, my son realized that he forgot his wallet. The hotel staff contacted me and let me know that they had found it, and they mailed it to us. My son was so happy to get his drivers permit back. The staff here saved the day again!!! Thank you for a great trip.

This hotel is conveniently located just as you get to the town from Houston. Looks nice. Loved the mural behind my (VERY Comfortable) bed. Stayed one night & decided to stay a second one. Room was quiet, even though hotel had lots of families and some dogs staying there. Staff was fine. Good places to eat in same parking lot. Internet speed was good. I usually stay here when I come to New Braunfels.

GGuest UserEs war anständig, aber die Nachbarn waren schrecklich, laut und verzweifelt. Management sollte jedem die Bedeutung der Betrachtung anderer Nachbarn zu erfahren. Es war zentral gelegen, aber ich denke nicht, dass ich noch einmal dort bleiben werde.

CCrazydaisy830Mein Mann und ich blieben im Red Roof Inn, New Braunfels zurück im Dezember. Von der Anruf zu bestätigen Haustiere Politik zu prüfen war eine große Erfahrung. Die Dame am Telefon war sehr nett und lassen Sie uns wissen, dass sie uns lieben, unseren Hund zu bringen, als zu verstehen, wie Hunde Teil der Familie sind. Großer Preis und wirklich geräumige Zimmer, wie wir den obersten König reserviert. Das Front Desk wusste wirklich, wie wir uns begrüßen und war sehr freundlich und immer lächeln. Sicherlich wird er bald wieder besuchen.
