Der Standort liegt 10 Gehminuten vom Hochgeschwindigkeitsbahnhof BRIGHTLINE entfernt. Gegenüber befindet sich das Stadion und der Hafen von Miami, wo Sie eine Bootsfahrt unternehmen können. Es gibt Supermärkte und Märkte zum Einkaufen.

We arrived in Miami around 7 PM and headed straight to check-in. The lady at reception greeted us with minimal hospitality—no smile, no warmth—just a routine check-in. While she did her job efficiently, a simple welcoming gesture would have made a difference, especially at a Hilton, where a bit of warmth is generally expected.
Our room was underwhelming—fairly compact for two adults and two 13-year olds with four pieces of luggage, making the space feel cramped. The biggest disappointment was the lingering smell of smoke in what was supposed to be a non-smoking room. Exhausted after a 14-hour flight, we opted not to complain and just settled in for the night.
On the plus side, the location is convenient, with plenty of nearby attractions and dining options. The area gives off an old-money, relaxed vibe, which we appreciated. We stayed for two nights before our cruise to the Caribbean, and while the experience wasn’t terrible, it didn’t leave a lasting impression.
Would I stay here again? Probably not—not because it was a bad experience, but because I’d prefer to explore other hotels that might offer better value for the price and better hospitality.
PS. We didn't use cleaning service as we were only staying for 2 nights. But the cleaning lady, slightly older and only speak Spanish, was just the sweetest, and offer us extra bottle of waters.

WWarithdhornInsgesamt war die Erfahrung hier großartig. Der Service war gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Aber das Frühstück war mild, die Auswahl der Speisen war recht durchschnittlich. Allerdings liegt der Standort hier sehr nahe am Flughafen, etwa 15 Autominuten vom Flughafen entfernt. Ich würde es jemandem empfehlen, der eine Nacht bleiben muss.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, but it actually takes a 20-minute detour by car to get there. It's not easy to find because they changed their name to Holiday Inn Express without any clear notification.
Breakfast:
The breakfast area was under renovation, so breakfast had to be taken in the lobby area between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM on the first day, then it changed to 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM without any notice. The breakfast options were limited: eggs, steak-like items that resembled cardboard, milk cartons, juice, coffee, and bread.
Dining Options:
There are no dining options at the hotel. You have to take an Uber or use Uber Eats to get food, as there are no nearby restaurants, just other hotels. The ongoing renovations meant no restaurant or bar was available on-site.
Rooms:
The rooms are spacious and I loved the sitting area. There are two TVs in the room, and the bathroom is perfect. However, like many American hotels, there were no toothbrush options and no hand showers.
Staff:
The staff were very professional and kind. I appreciated not having to present a credit card since everything was paid online.
Wi-Fi:
The Wi-Fi was good, but you have to re-enter the code every day.
Overall, the Cambria Hotel (now Holiday Inn Express) has its advantages, especially with room size and staff professionalism, but there are significant inconveniences due to the renovations and lack of dining options.

GGastnutzerIch war begeistert ! So nah am Flughafen , mein stellt sich etwas völlig anderes vor. Aber man sieht die Maschinen landen und starten und liegt dabei am Pool. Das ist so cool ! Wir waren zwei Tage vor unserer Abreise dort und haben sehr entspannt diese Zeit erlebt . Wir haben kein Frühstück genommen, da man sich ja einfach unten drückt in Hotel Halle bei Starbucks alles kaufen kann und ist viel billiger ist. Die Abreise sensationell unkompliziert. Der Bus fährt alle 15-20 Minuten vom Hotel direkt bis ans Gate.  Falls ich wieder nach Miami muss, muss ich dort buchen. Ich freu mich schon drauf .  Was ich nicht wusste: man muss Bescheid sagen, wenn man das Zimmer gesäubert haben will, weil sie aus Sparsamkeit und Nachhaltigkeitsgründen nur alle drei Tage sauber machen. Ich hatte es nicht gemacht und es wurde nicht sauber gemacht mein Freund hat Bescheid gesagt und es war alles sensationell.  Also merkt euch die lassen euch in Ruhe schlafen, solange ihr wollt wenn ihr es aber sauber haben wollt  dann sagt einfach unten Bescheid .

The air conditioning in the room cooled well and the internet was stable, which fully met my daily needs. The bathroom was clean and hygienic and the quality of the toiletries was good. The taste of the food and beverage was also very good. In addition, there are many snack streets near the hotel, which is convenient for us to taste local specialities. The location of the hotel is also very convenient to the metro station and bus station. Overall, the experience of staying at the hotel was very satisfactory and cost-effective. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I come back here in the future 👏.

AAnonymer BenutzerRoom: Large and spacious, well maintained and clean. Room was cleaned on a daily basis, and fresh towels given daily. We were staying next to the gym and pool area, and unfortunately it was quite noisy at time. We were happy to have a balcony, however, there was no view from it at all as it was blocked. Room was quite dark, could have done with some more light fixtures. Big TV in room, however, even though it is a smart TV, it doesn’t connect to devices. Bring a HDMI cable if you want to stream shows.
Pool and gym: Larger than the images, quiet in the morning but busy around midday to afternoon. Not very many sun loungers, but pool area and pool itself was clean and there were plenty of complimentary pool towels, although they run out when it is busy. Limited facilities at the gym, just a couple of treadmills and weights. One of the treadmills was broken, but gym towels were provided, and the area feels new and clean.
Staff: Front desk were always very helpful, and available. We did have to ask twice about replacing toilet roll and towels, however it was sorted, even though it was late at night.
Location: Very central, walking distance to all the Brickell city centre cafes and restaurant. Close to transport links which take you around Miami from Brickell Station. Surrounding area felt safe, especially as two young women travelling.
Bar located on the 24th floor has great views and a great area to work or grab a drink. Although it is part of a different hotel, staff were very happy to give us access to visit it.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Indigo, would really recommend, and it is great value for money.

文文Ein gutes Hotel mit guter Umgebung, Hygiene und Service. Bei der Buchung des Hotels haben wir angegeben, dass wir nach 15:00 Uhr einchecken können. Wir kamen früh um 11 Uhr an. Wenn der Laden keinen frühen Check-in erlaubte, würden wir das Gepäck aufbewahren und spielen. Sie sind einfach ohne ein Wort eingezogen. Insbesondere möchte ich sagen, dass die Matratzen des Hotels mäßig weich und bequem sind. Wenn es Nachteile gibt, ist es weit von der Stadt und dem Strand entfernt.

AAnonymer BenutzerIch hatte eine Suite, das Zimmer war groß, aber die Ausstattung fühlte sich alt und nicht sehr hochwertig an. Das Schwimmbad und die Landschaft sind sehr gut. Es liegt in der Nähe des Flughafens und verfügt über einen Shuttlebus, was sehr praktisch ist.
