Hotels mit Balkon in Miami

Right in the center of Coconut Grove, convenient to everything. Bellini Restaurant is quite good, but not stellar. Housekeeping is the best I’ve ever encountered. However, on a Saturday, at noon, they booked a little-kids birthday party at the pool. What? Adults were trying to relax, enjoy the pool, etc., but we were surrounded by a herd of screaming kids. A big mistake. Again, otherwise, a delightful stay.

Die geografische Lage ist gut! Das Design-Bereich ist besonders nahe und ist für die Straße geeignet! Aber die Umwelt ist in der Regel zerstört! In der Innenstadt ist es wahrscheinlich asiatisch!

This is an absolutely beautiful suites hotel. Every where is spotlessly clean. They were so accommodating. We arrived 6 hours early and we were still allowed to check in to our room. Suites have every thing you need. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Yesterday, I experienced a three-hour delay in receiving my scheduled doses. The check-in process concluded at 10:00 p.m., and I did not receive a confirmation call. Upon the return of the night staff, I was informed that I needed to be on the list, despite already being included. Although check-out is scheduled for 11:30 a.m., I was required to release my cleaning personnel early to facilitate room cleaning. I received no communication via phone, email, or text throughout the night. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this establishment for those arriving during nighttime hours. Furthermore, this morning, the front desk was unattended, and all access points were secured with a code. To date, I have not received any email correspondence, nor has the reimbursement for my massage been processed.

Das war und ist mein Lieblingshotel in Miami! Es liegt mitten im Zentrum von Brickell, direkt neben der Mall. Man kann also wunderbar zu Fuß gehen. Ich liebe die Lage! Die Ausstattung ist fantastisch! Ich liebe den Pool, das Fitnessstudio und die Restaurants und Bars. Die Zimmer sind super sauber und haben eine wunderschöne Ästhetik! Das gesamte Hotel riecht fantastisch und sieht luxuriös und fantastisch aus. Man kann kostenlos Citybikes ausleihen und hat vom Balkon eine fantastische Aussicht. Die Zimmer sind geräumig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich! Mit Abstand mein Lieblingshotel in Miami!

Von der Ein- und Auscheckung war alles perfekt. Der Buttermann an der ganzen Tür erlaubte uns, das Auto für 15 Minuten voran zu parken, um unsere Gepäck zu entladen und schnell zu prüfen - wirklich geschätzt die Flexibilität. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bett war super komfortabel. Sehr empfohlen!

New, small hotel in a great location. Had a fresh free breakfast and even bikes for use! My only gripe was the check-in process, which is online since no employees are present at the hotel, but Trip.com sends no advance information on it so you have to do it when you arrive (see my favorite meme pictured for directions on how to check-in)

For the price of this hotel, it is in an excellent location and is very clean. During our stay, there were lots of things that weren’t working or were broken in the hotel, including the key card machine, so we were only given 1 key card for a room for 3 people. In our room, the bathroom door handle had been ripped off on the inside before we got there and one of our friends got locked inside with no way out. She tried multiple times on multiple numbers for the hotel/front desk and not a single one worked. They were either in Spanish and hung up immediately or were disconnected. Luckily she was able to get in touch with us to come and let her out (she was in the room alone) but that meant travelling back to the hotel from another location. We were told by the front desk after this incident that they would come and fix the door but they never did. The washing machines were also broken so we were only given 2 towels every few days between 3 people. If there hadn’t been so many things broken, it would have been a decent stay.

Bewertung: Ich kam um 7:00 Uhr und fand kein Personal, keine Rezeption und keine Check-in-Anweisungen. Meine Frau und ich mussten draußen warten, bis ein anderer Gast kam und uns reinließ. Innerhalb traf ich jemanden, der ich dachte, es sei Personal, aber er war nur ein anderer Gast. Er versuchte mir zu helfen, das Hotel zu kontaktieren, aber niemand konnte auch andere Gäste erreichen. Es gibt keine echte Lobby, nur ein Hof. Ich wartete drei Stunden draußen, bis jemand endlich antwortete. Dann wurde mir gesagt, ich konnte nicht bis 3:00 Uhr anmelden, es sei denn, ich habe $100 extra bezahlt. Das ist mehr als die meisten Hotels für die frühe Eincheckung, die etwa $20 beträgt. Ich bat um eine Erstattung, damit ich verlassen konnte sie verweigerten. Ich habe mit dem Hausbetreiber (der einzige hilfsbereite) ohne Wahl meine Gepäckstücke verlassen und musste sechs Stunden mit meiner Frau um die Stadt gehen, bevor ich zurückkam. Als ich endlich eincheckte, habe ich nur eine Textnachricht mit einem Türcode keine Person, keine Willkommen. Das Zimmer hatte viele Fehler, und beide haben sich nachts schlecht gebitt. Es gab sogar Hexen in der Küche. Das ist kein echtes Hotel. Es ist überpreist, schlecht verwaltet, und hat keinen Kundenservice. Vermeiden Sie, wenn Sie um die Grundbesuchsfreundschaft kümmern.
