Always a very pleasant stay after our annual tradition of seeing the Cleveland orchestra Christmas program. Service is always top notch along with location and a nice breakfast. Will stay there every chance we can.

Außer der Lage verdient nichts anderes das Wort Renaissance. Hygiene: schmutzig und schlecht Zimmer: klein Gebühr: Teuer

Booked a last-minute one-night stay and it was perfect—clean, comfortable, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed. We also spent the rest of our night at The Vault, which was such a fun bonus. Great location overall. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel is in the edges of Cleveland downtown on the second floor of a mixed use building. Relatively convenient location but not very walkable.

Cleveland, eine schöne Stadt am fünften See, wurde im Jahr des Herbsts unerwartet viele Titten gesehen. Das Hotel ist sehr groß, sehr sauber und das Frühstück ist das Standard-amerikanische Frühstück.

This hotel is aging, but the location is amazing! We traveled to Cleveland for my son's birthday trip to a Cavs game. Upon arrival, the valet was extremely congested. No one came out to welcome us or anything so I thought all the valet were out parking cars. Instead, three of them were inside, laughing and talking. There was no mention of cost anywhere, so I was very surprised at the $50/day charge upon checkout. Considering it took them an hour to bring my car back to me upon check out, I would say that charge is VERY exaggerated. When we went to check in, I was surprised that they needed a credit card to hold $200 on. I prepaid and expected they would need a card on file, not to hold funds. Anyway, our first room seemed nice. It had an amazing view of Rocket Arena. But, I decided to rest a minute and when I looked at the ceiling, it was falling apart!! This was something I decided to give a pass on, considering the age of the building. However, when I got up to shower and there was a huge clump of long brown hair on the wall, that was too much for me. I went to the front desk and they were very nice about the issue and quickly moved us to another room. The rooms are basic. There is an armoire with an iron, two bottles of water, a coffee maker and coffee and a mini fridge. The televisions in the rooms are very large, that was nice. Check out was easy, just a lobby full of people all waiting for their cars to show up! The only other thing I can say is that I paid for a supreme room through Trip and was only given a standard room. So, there must be a miscommunication between Trip and the hotels. Be wary...

Good location ,Hotel seemed in a good shape ,clea lines was lacking, either cleaned in a rush .Our washroom floor was not mopped u can tell by bath mat turned black as we wiped the water spill from shower. Emptied the washropm garbage bin and handful of hair in garbage bin.The beds were comfy and clean.The staff were friendly especially the food/catering side.The parking attendant on the other hand was very rude.He sat there on his phone while we struggled to get access into parking lot although we had pre paid for parking. .He seemed annoyed when we asked for help.Not sure what he he is there for .Turned out it was their scanner issue. Parking is extra 20 dollars a night and breakfast buffet was 18 dollars for adult and $ 6 or 8 for kids under 12 .

Vernünftiger Preis, hilfreiche Front Desk, Zimmer ist gut nur Problem ist, dass es ziemlich heiß mit Heizung und der Türschlüssel hatte Probleme, weil das Swipe-Pad-Sache auf der Tür war veraltet, aber es waren sehr hilfreich und andere Zimmer waren schön von dem, was ich sah. Ich würde hier wiederkommen.

Das Hotel wurde von den Kindern in Cassie gespeichert und daher reserviert. Das Hotel ist in der Stadt Cleveland und hat ca. 5 km entfernt von Cassie entfernt. Das Hotel befindet sich auch in der Schule, an der anderen Seite sind die verschiedenen Gebäude der Cleveland State University. Das Hotel hat einen größeren Parkplatz, es gibt mehrere Restaurants an der Seite und es ist sehr bequem zu essen. Das Hotel selbst hat Frühstück am Morgen und ist einfach und wirksam. Das Hotel ist auch auf der Euclid Straße, und Cassie ist auch auf derselben Straße gespeichert, d. h. die Fahrt über die Straße, so dass der Verkehr auch sehr bequem ist. Das Wohnen ist immer noch gut.
