This hotel was a pleasant stay for me. It is very clean and the location is super convenient as it is just opposite Central Festival Hatyai and next to Makro. Other popular tourist spots are also nearby within around 3KM and easy to get around by renting a bike or using Grab/Maxim. Service was great, we arrived early around 7:30AM just to drop our luggage and the staff were happy to keep it. They even allowed us to check in an hour earlier since our room was ready. Amenities were good and looked very nice although I did not have time to enjoy them as I was mostly busy food hunting. The staff were friendly, helpful, spoke decent English and some Malay and breakfast did not have many choices but was acceptable and suited my taste as a Malaysian. I stayed at Tachang Airport Hotel and found it very convenient, especially since it’s located near the airport. It’s a great option if you need a place to stay before catching an early flight the next day. Another downside is that there is no lift, so guests need to use the stairs to access the rooms. This may be challenging for elderly guests or those with mobility issues. Overall, it’s still a practical choice for a short stay near the airport, but keep in mind the limited facilities and accessibility concerns.

This hotel located in Songkhla is very new and fairly clean. Not much complain to be honest. However, it is very hard to book Grab or get a taxi here as it's rural area and quite a distance away from Hatyai. Lucky for us to meet a friendly Grab driver since Day 1 and has been always asking him to fetch us personally. If not, it will be so much of a trouble concerning how to travel out from this hotel to Hatyai or back to Airport.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was very clean and the whole hotel smelled so nice from the moment I walked in. The staff looked great and provided excellent service. The Wi-Fi was super fast, and I loved that I could order food straight to my room with the room service. The room also had an iron, which was very convenient. There are vending machines for convenience, and even a Tao Bin machine where you can order drinks inside the hotel. The location is also very good close to convenience stores and not far from Central, which made everything easy. The hotel also offers a morning call service and can help call public transport, which was really helpful. One of my favorite parts was the library room quiet and cozy, perfect for reading and relaxing. In the room provides free drinking water every day, complimentary snacks, and amenities that made my stay even more comfortable. Overall, I was really impressed. I’ll definitely come back next time!

Hotel located at a convenient spot, 10 min walking distance to Lee garden/kim Yong market area. Room is cozy, clean and spacious, comes with Complimentary mini bar where you can eat all the snacks and drinks. Before we arrive in hatyai, we touched base with the hotel to arrange for driver to fetch us to the KTM station - they were so helpful and recommended a few drivers for us so that we have more options. Upon arrival, my dad’s room tv was broken and we requested to change his room. They were kind enough to upgrade his room to a bigger one. I was not feeling well the second night and they even offered us medicine. The service in this hotel is top notch, staff is super friendly and helpful, accommodate all requests we have. would definitely stay back this hotel again.

The Owner Saved Our Lives During the Flood My family and I were stranded in Hatyai for 7 days due to the severe flood, and staying at this hotel truly became a blessing. I want to express my deepest gratitude to the hotel owner and his team. Their kindness, dedication, and genuine care went far beyond the responsibilities of a normal hotel. The owner personally made sure every guest was safe, well-informed, and supported throughout the crisis. He arranged food daily, checked on us regularly, and ensured we were all well taken care of during a very frightening time. His calm management and quick action gave us comfort and hope when everything outside was uncertain. We will forever remember his generosity and how much he did to help us through this difficult situation. This is not just a hotel — it is a place run by people with real heart. Rest assured, you can stay at this hotel with complete confidence.Highly recommended, not only for its facilities, but for the outstanding humanity shown by the owner. We are truly grateful.
