The hotel location is quite far away from the lee garden town area, but it is conveniently located near to Central Hatyai shopping mall, greenway night market, makro mall with shuttle bus provided. Overall, a good stay but the soundproofing of the room is not as good as expected. The room cleanliness requires further enhanced as cockroach can be found in the room.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Aura and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment I arrived, the warm welcome from the staff set the tone for a memorable visit. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the concierge was incredibly helpful with recommendations for local attractions. The room was beautifully decorated, spacious, and spotlessly clean. I appreciated the comfortable bedding and the attention to detail in every aspect of the room—from the modern amenities to the thoughtful complimentary touches. The view from my room was stunning, and it made for a perfect backdrop to unwind after a busy day exploring the city. Dining at the hotel was another highlight. The on-site restaurant offered a diverse menu with delectable dishes, each prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, every meal was a delight and showcased the hotel’s commitment to quality and excellence. What truly set Aura Hotel apart was the impeccable service. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their genuine friendliness and attention to detail made me feel like a valued guest. Overall, my experience at here was nothing short of fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a blend of luxury, comfort, and exceptional service. Das Hotel ist sauber, aber die Lage ist nicht sehr strategische, da es sich ziemlich weit von der Stadt & Attraktionen befindet, mindestens 15 Minuten Autofahrt, nur 1 kleine 7-11 in der Nähe. Auch während unserer Auscheckung sagte der Empfänger, dass sie einen Gesichtshandtuch nicht finden konnten und bestand darauf, uns zu zahlen, in der Tat haben wir nicht einmal einen von ihren Handtuch verwendet und wir vermuten, dass der Haushalter vielleicht am ersten Tag der Haushaltung weggenommen hat, Wir r in einer Drohung, so dass wir es am Ende nur zahlen.

We had a pleasant stay at Tachang Airport Hotel Hatyai. The family room was spacious enough and comfortably accommodated our family. The room and surrounding areas were clean and well-maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Parking was convenient and hassle-free, with ample space available. The beds were very comfortable, allowing all of us to have a good night’s sleep after a long day of travelling.Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Hatyai.

Comfy bed, room clean and new. I liked that the air conditioning was not on top or in front of the bed. Location is 12min walking from the bus terminal and 5mins from a big shopping mall. When you don't have many guests, I would suggest to leave a room empty between 2 occupied rooms to reduce the potential noise disturb (as the walls are thin).

Rein Hotel mit fantastischen Einrichtungen. Pool und kostenloses Gymnasium. Einfach aus dem Weg, aber kurze Eingriffe auf wichtige Orte wie HatYai Village oder Central HatYai.

The hotel hygiene is well maintained. We love the ambience. If you need to shop, there’s a mini Big C store right infront of the hotel. Entrance for hotel is behind Big C. There’s no lift, so the staff helped us to carry our luggage. We checked in late around 9pm and the staff on the duty at the receptionist that night wasn’t so friendly. Had the difficulty to communicate and gave us look when she was frustrated. The staff we meet earlier in the morning and during the checkout were nice and warm. The TV was not a smart tv, so there’s only 3 news channel available. Tv remote control not functioning. The blind/curtain is see through.

Unfortunately, our stay was not pleasant. The air conditioning was not functioning well, making the room quite uncomfortable. We informed the front desk about the issue; however, unfortunately, there was no follow-up or update provided to us. In addition, at around 3:30 AM, we were disturbed by people knocking on doors and shouting in the corridor, which significantly affected our sleep. Another disappointing experience was that an extra pillow required an additional charge, and the fee was non-refundable. This was unexpected and did not meet our expectations of hospitality. Overall, the experience was below expectations, and there is definitely room for improvement in both facilities and guest service.

Das Zimmer ist nett. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr cool. Die Lage ist großartig. Wanderweite zum Lee Garden Night Market, Robinson Mall, Bahnhof und Massage-Parlors. Sehr empfohlen. Ich werde wieder bleiben.
