The hotel quite nice and comfortable for stay. The staff there very friendly for help anything if can, environment and room clean, can also travel to Makro and Central Hatyai easily. If need go to town around need take grab or tuk tuk around 10min for arrival.

I checked out from the hotel some time after 8am, and upon inspection of the room, their housekeeper and front desk accused us of stealing their one of pool towels. On the first day of our stay, they had indeed provided 2 pool towels, which we had used and had been taken by their housekeeper during housekeeping. However, they only provided 1 pool towel yesterday, but we did not request any extra since only one of our members went swimming. In the end, they charged us 350 baht for stealing/losing their pool towel, even though they did not provide the complete set of 2 in the first place. Before I checked out, I also witnessed the group in front of me who were also accused of stealing their towel, which they were charged 100 baht. The group insisted that they had even brought their own towels and never used the hotel’s, but were nevertheless forced to pay the compensation fee even because we had no proof that the housekeeping did not provide the complete set in the first place. I strongly suspect that we were being scammed by the hotel staff on this, because this is a relatively decent and nicer hotel, and proper guests were staying here. There’s absolutely no reason for any of us to be stealing their towels. If I couldn’t even afford a towel, I would not be staying here at all. And if it had only been us falling victim to this, my suspicions would not have been this strong but it is too much of a coincidence for both groups to be accused of stealing their towels. On an additional note, they were not even able to provide a complete set of towels for us 4pax when we called to request, because there weren’t enough to go around (according to them). They could’ve also easily use this against us and accuse us of stealing the bath towels too, and we would not have been able to prove ourselves either. My only mistake was not requesting a receipt for the compensation fee that I had to pay, but I don’t think it would’ve made much of a difference. I have lodged an official complaint anyway via Trip to hopefully prevent future incidents. Just want to put this out here to warn others who are considering staying here in the future. Avoid if you don’t want to ruin a nice hotel experience by leaving with a sour taste in your mouth. Truly a shame that the level of service and integrity of the staffs did not live up to the standards of the hotel.

Whether it was breakfast or dinner, every meal was a delight and showcased the hotel’s commitment to quality and excellence. What truly set Aura Hotel apart was the impeccable service. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their genuine friendliness and attention to detail made me feel like a valued guest. Overall, my experience at here was nothing short of fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a blend of luxury, comfort, and exceptional service. I can’t wait to return for another stay!

We had a pleasant stay at Tachang Airport Hotel Hatyai. The family room was spacious enough and comfortably accommodated our family. The room and surrounding areas were clean and well-maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Parking was convenient and hassle-free, with ample space available. The beds were very comfortable, allowing all of us to have a good night’s sleep after a long day of travelling.Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Hatyai.

Comfy bed, room clean and new. I liked that the air conditioning was not on top or in front of the bed. Location is 12min walking from the bus terminal and 5mins from a big shopping mall. When you don't have many guests, I would suggest to leave a room empty between 2 occupied rooms to reduce the potential noise disturb (as the walls are thin).

I stayed at Subanan Resident in Hatyai and had a really good experience overall. The cleanliness is the first thing that stood out — the place is spotless, probably one of the cleanest I’ve stayed at in this price range. The service was also impressive. When I had an issue with the WiFi, I just gave them a call and the staff personally came over to hand me the code face-to-face. Check-in and check-out were both quick and smooth. Even on my first visit, the parking service was clear and well-organised, which made things easier. Location-wise, it’s not in the busy tourist area, which I actually liked. It’s surrounded by local houses, so the vibe is calmer and more relaxing. Within walking distance (about 4 minutes) there’s a Big C Mini, and a 7-Eleven about 7 minutes away. It’s a nice balance — not too far from convenience, but away from the tourist crowds and heat. As for amenities, they’re average. One of the rooms came with a Netflix account, while another didn’t, which was a bit inconsistent. Also, setting it up wasn’t the most straightforward — you need to switch between the TV remote and the Xiaomi box remote, which takes a little figuring out. Overall, if you value cleanliness, friendly service, and a calm local atmosphere over being in the middle of the tourist spots, Subanan Resident is a solid choice. Rein Hotel mit fantastischen Einrichtungen. Pool und kostenloses Gymnasium. Einfach aus dem Weg, aber kurze Eingriffe auf wichtige Orte wie HatYai Village oder Central HatYai.

Unfortunately, our stay was not pleasant. The air conditioning was not functioning well, making the room quite uncomfortable. We informed the front desk about the issue; however, unfortunately, there was no follow-up or update provided to us. In addition, at around 3:30 AM, we were disturbed by people knocking on doors and shouting in the corridor, which significantly affected our sleep. Another disappointing experience was that an extra pillow required an additional charge, and the fee was non-refundable. This was unexpected and did not meet our expectations of hospitality. Overall, the experience was below expectations, and there is definitely room for improvement in both facilities and guest service.

Gute Lage, direkt abseits des überfüllten Viertels Lee Garden, das nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt ist. Ganz in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Tiefgarage für ca. 8 Autos vorhanden. Sauberes Zimmer und wir hatten auf Anfrage ein Zimmer mit Verbindungstür. Auch ein Reinigungsservice ist verfügbar.
