MMel GoeslawMein Aufenthalt im Richman Resort war FANTASTISCH. Wir wohnten in einer Villa mit drei Zimmern, einem Wohnzimmer, einem privaten Pool und einem beheizten Pool! Jedes Zimmer verfügt über einen sehr großen Fernseher (vielleicht 75 Zoll) und ist außerdem geräumig. Das Resort wirkt so luxuriös, dass man sich wie ein Reicher fühlt, und die Zimmerpreise sind dennoch sehr angemessen.
Die Villa bietet angeblich nur Platz für sechs Erwachsene, aber weitere Gäste sind gegen Aufpreis erlaubt. Handtuch, Decke und Frühstück sind im Preis inbegriffen! Das Beste ist, dass das Frühstück in der Villa serviert wurde. Das Essen war großartig (es ist nicht halal, aber es gibt andere Gerichte). Es gab zwei Hauptgerichte pro Person und ein Getränk.
Der Service war hervorragend. Ich kontaktierte die Rezeptionistin hauptsächlich per WhatsApp, und sie antworteten äußerst freundlich und hatten alle Lösungen für unsere Probleme. Alle Mitarbeiter sind fantastisch und sehr hilfsbereit, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer macht.
Ich kann einen Aufenthalt hier nur jedem wärmstens empfehlen!

The moment I arrived, the warm welcome from the staff set the tone for a memorable visit. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the concierge was incredibly helpful with recommendations for local attractions.
The room was beautifully decorated, spacious, and spotlessly clean. I appreciated the comfortable bedding and the attention to detail in every aspect of the room—from the modern amenities to the thoughtful complimentary touches. The view from my room was stunning, and it made for a perfect backdrop to unwind after a busy day exploring the city.
Dining at the hotel was another highlight. The on-site restaurant offered a diverse menu with delectable dishes, each prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, every meal was a delight and showcased the hotel’s commitment to quality and excellence.
What truly set Aura Hotel apart was the impeccable service. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their genuine friendliness and attention to detail made me feel like a valued guest.

GGastnutzerEverything is very good. The room is clean and in good condition. I like it's Lobby which smells good with coffee flavour. It is very near to Central Hatyai which is about 150m within walking distance. Though the road towards the main road is a bit quiet and dark at night. There are plenty of Free car parks surrounding the hotel.
I strongly recommend the breakfast offered by the hotel. It costs only THB119/set with free flow of coffees, Milo, and fruit teas. The main course offered is delicious and its value is definitely more than the money we paid.
The only upset is the room is not sound proof from the corridor. And if the hotel could provide more pillows that will be a plus to it.
Overall I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Will definitely come back and recommend it.

The terrible thing is too nice to have wedding party event. I have been wake up by music, shouting at 8:30am for an hour, they use speaker and microphone.
Nightmare is the event still going in even u back to hotel in midnight, the event room on the grand floor but the lobby staff have no intention to stop the party noise , signing and crazy music concert , the floor of my room seems jumping and many echo surrounding in the room. It’s crazy you need to complaint then it stop around 0:40am.
No matter how nice is the hotel, if the hotel don’t allow you to sleep is definitely not acceptable

LLeonardzzI stayed at Subanan Resident in Hatyai and had a really good experience overall. The cleanliness is the first thing that stood out — the place is spotless, probably one of the cleanest I’ve stayed at in this price range.
The service was also impressive. When I had an issue with the WiFi, I just gave them a call and the staff personally came over to hand me the code face-to-face. Check-in and check-out were both quick and smooth. Even on my first visit, the parking service was clear and well-organised, which made things easier.
Location-wise, it’s not in the busy tourist area, which I actually liked. It’s surrounded by local houses, so the vibe is calmer and more relaxing. Within walking distance (about 4 minutes) there’s a Big C Mini, and a 7-Eleven about 7 minutes away. It’s a nice balance — not too far from convenience, but away from the tourist crowds and heat.
As for amenities, they’re average. One of the rooms came with a Netflix account, while another didn’t, which was a bit inconsistent. Also, setting it up wasn’t the most straightforward — you need to switch between the TV remote and the Xiaomi box remote, which takes a little figuring out.
Overall, if you value cleanliness, friendly service, and a calm local atmosphere over being in the middle of the tourist spots, Subanan Resident is a solid choice.
Btw the coffee n tea pastries is just a cupcake and milo powder

Wir hatten ein Nichtraucherzimmer, konnten aber den Rauchgeruch wahrnehmen und hatten keinen Kleiderschrank.
Insgesamt hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Die Service des Personals ist ausgezeichnet und kommt mit einem kleinen Kaffee und einem Restaurant mit sogar einer Bibliothek in ihm gefüllt.
Unterhalb des Hotels sollten Schlafzimmerschuhe für alle Gäste und die Klimaanlage-Fan-Schuhe sollte regelmäßiger gereinigt werden.

TThomas CheangPrior to the flood, the hotel was already in tip-top condition — clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.
But most importantly, we were incredibly blessed to be staying here during one of the worst floods in Hatyai’s history. Throughout the 5-day ordeal, the staff went above and beyond to take care of us. They helped secure food supplies, provided power for our devices, and, most importantly, kept us safe and comfortable at all times.
A special shoutout to the Personnel (HR), the Accountant, and the owner, Ms. Tong, who stayed with us throughout the entire ordeal. She personally arranged for all guests to be transported to safe zones or the airport once conditions allowed. Their dedication was truly remarkable.
The team worked tirelessly to protect everyone, ensured our safety, and never charged any additional fees despite our extended stay. They even provided food throughout the crisis. The atmosphere became a heartfelt community effort, with guests volunteering to cook, clean, and assist wherever they could.
This hotel demonstrated extraordinary compassion and professionalism during a natural disaster. We are deeply, deeply grateful.

KKITTISAK.KI recently stayed at Leevana Hotel and was pleasantly surprised by how convenient and comfortable it was! The parking area is spacious, and there’s a security guard on duty 24/7, so I felt safe leaving my car there.
Check-in was quick and straightforward. They do require a deposit of 100 THB per key card, which is pretty standard.
The room itself was clean and spacious, with a comfy bed that made for a great night’s sleep. I also appreciated how the bathroom was clean, well-organized, and had separate wet and dry areas. The water pressure and hot water were both excellent!
One minor downside was the digital door lock. If the door isn’t fully closed, it makes a loud noise. Because of this, all the rooms have doors that slam shut pretty loudly, which can be disruptive. If they could improve this, it would make the stay even better.
Another plus is that there are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, so finding a good place to eat is super convenient.
Overall, it was a great stay and I’d recommend it, especially for the value and comfort.
