Ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt im Royal Crown Hotel. Das Hotel war sauber, das Zimmer war eine nette Größe und es hatte eine komfortable Einrichtung. Ich schätze den Smart-TV und das allgemeine Gefühl des Zimmers. Der Flughafen-Pick-up Service war bequem und kostete $30. Frühstück wurde eingeschlossen und hatte frisches Obst, eine saubere Omelette und Kartoffeln, die wirklich gut waren. Die einzige Frage, die ich hatte, war, dass die Balkontüren nicht schließen würden, was etwas war, das für die Sicherheit und den Frieden der Gäste zu behandeln. Insgesamt war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit guten Einrichtungen und hilfreicher Service.

I had a wonderful stay at the lodge. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The breakfast was also excellent with a great variety of delicious options every morning. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I would definitely recommend Eagle view to anyone looking for great service and a relaxing stay.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel at home instantly, good breakfast thanks to the chef, the location is perfect and i love the view from the hotel looking towards the golf course.

Had a wonderful stay at The Nest! The atmosphere was peaceful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly warm and attentive throughout our stay. Every detail made us feel welcome, and the overall experience was relaxing and memorable. Kigali Marriott along with the other two 5 star hotels in Kigali edged their way into the very exclusive Top 300 hotels Global list. Despite not having the most expensive franchise brand they earned it by the genuine attentive friendliness of the employees (quality + quantity), the street where the hotel is located is beautiful and meticulously clean, safe to walk at anytime. The food at all hotel restaurants is very appetizing even if you are thinspo. The water pressure and quality is perfect both in Shower and Tub, the curtains, linen, robes, and towels are very clean. In Kigali Marriott you feel the permanent undetected presence of a Great person a guardian angel...Whose priority is to keep everything perfect ...this always a good sign of Great Luxury Hotel 👍 If you are fortunate to afford Living in Kigali Marriott while in Rwanda 🇷🇼, do it...You will be welcomed by smiling Anna or of her equallybattentive peers at reception every morning!... If you want anything...anything at all..feel free to ask the conceirge desk and they will eagerly make it happen! The food is tasty as I mentioned this already... I have no photos of unengaged food... Good food triggers impulsive outbursts 😊

The Nature Kigali was the most beautiful experience. Strategically located, delicious breakfast, warm and friendly, amazing, accommodating staff. The owner Hugh is very friendly. We felt like we were at home away from home. Great value for money. The food is so popular that is well frequented. There are stores in walking distance.....What can I say..I would recommend it for anyone who wants to stay in spick and span budget hotel. I would do it again!

Ich war vor kurzem für zwei Nächte im Radisson Blu und hatte eine fantastische Erfahrung. Das Zimmer war spotless und ich wurde mit besorgniserregenden Willkommensbehandlungen begrüßt. Die Fitness- und Fitnesseinrichtungen waren hoch und das Personal war sehr warm und willkommen, wodurch mein Aufenthalt noch angenehmer war. Die Lage bietet viele Aktivitäten und Attraktionen in der Nähe, und das Gebiet kommt wirklich am Abend lebend, macht es groß für einen leisen Spaziergang. Mit vielen Restaurants in der Nähe, empfehle ich dieses Hotel sehr für jeden, der das Gebiet besucht.

Ich hatte 2 E-Mails gesendet, um die Unterkunft zu informieren, würde ich anmelden bei 2.30 am; niemand war auf der Rezeption, als ich ankam. Ich musste 20 Minuten warten, bis der Kerl zeigt. Sie hätten sehr laut Zimmer neben sehr besetztem dualen Transportweg gelegt. Am Ende haben sie mich auf ruhigere Zimmer upgradiert, aber sie hörten noch Baugeräusche aus benachbarten Komplex über die ganze Nacht. Ich hinterließ eine 10.000 Franc Tipp für Abendessen, das wurde falsch auf Rechnung für $10 gesetzt. Es ist schön, aber ich habe ein paar Streichhölzer....

Hotel was near airport but far away from the city. Room was poorly maintained as many appliances were faulty, such as the fan and water heater, which were quickly fixed by the staff. Would not recommend if you want a fuss free stay.
