Großartig
LLyn KhooIch habe für eine Nacht in diesem Hotel geblieben und es ist unglaublich bequem, vor allem weil es in einer einfachen Gehstrecke zum Flughafenterminal ist. Das machte es perfekt für einen kurzen Layout oder frühen Morgenflug ohne den Stres des organisieren Transport.
Das Zimmer war sauber, ruhig und gut ausgestattet für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt. Das Personal war freundlich und die Eincheckung war schnell und reibungslos.
Eine solide Wahl für Reisende, die nach Komfort und unschlagbaren Flughafenzugang suchen. Ich würde sicherlich hier wieder allein für die Bequemlichkeit bleiben.

DDamumudebabaDas Zimmer ist schön, ganz in der Nähe des Flughafens und es gibt einen Shuttlebus, was sehr praktisch ist! Auch der Gesundheitszustand ist in Ordnung. Der Tradition ausländischer Hotels folgend, gab es nicht einmal eine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer.

JJon-MLHKDie Erfahrung war meist gut ... Personal war ziemlich hilfreich außer für 1 Sache .... (siehe unten); Platz war gut gelegen, sauber.. Umgebungstemperatur war gut, obwohl es nur 1 a/c Einheit.. vielleicht anders im Sommer..
2 Fragen:-
1) Die Tür zum Gleichgewicht ist links geöffnet .... Hotel würde nicht einen Schlüssel zur Verriegelung ... da kein Schlüssel ausgegeben ... der Verriegelung kann in den Türmantel eingebaut werden, wenn er aufgehoben wurde.. erschien diese besondere Tür nicht richtig installiert werden..
2) Sehr merkwürdig - Der Empfänger hat mir aus irgendeinem Grund einen Parkplatz verweigert ... (unter 3 getrennte Gelegenheit, Tag nach Eincheckung, Tag vor der Benutzung und der tatsächliche Morgen des Benutzungstags).. und als ich den Mietwagen zum Hotel fahren.. es war so voll wie offensichtlich; ich habe nicht buchen ....

The staff manning the reception counter on the 15th June @ 8PM was very helpful & very courtious....although the reception staff manning rge counter on the 16th June ( 9 AM ) - a middle eastern woman was not so friendly & less attentive to our enquiries or requests.
However,
They refused to give refund for booking cancellation on the 31st May 2025 due to circumstances beyond our control ( being held up at the Airport Immigration & unable to check in as per bookings).
This is despite we repeated the bookings with the same Hotel Group ( VR Hotel Auckland Central - Hobson Street) on the 14th June & again at the Airport Gsteway Hotel on the 15th June...

TTaylor Alicia JosephineBeing in town for an overnight staycation with attending to Auckland Cabaret Festival event, I thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality of Marsden Viaduct Hotel. My room was beautiful with a wonderful balcony view and bubble bath to pamper in as highlights. Within close walking distance to bars, restaurants and a captivating vista of the viaduct, it’s a wonderful way to feel elsewhere on holiday whilst being in the heart of the city. I’ll definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

DDeevanyah FrostWe just had an unexpectedly delightful experience at the Waiheke Island Motel, so much so that we added another night because we simply couldn't get enough of the place! Our stay began with a minor hitch: arriving late in the evening to find our pre-booked studio room was locked. However, the way the night manager and the team handled this was truly remarkable. They quickly resolved the issue by giving us a significant, stress-free upgrade to a spacious whole house with four bedrooms instead of our original studio. This immediate, generous response demonstrated exceptional hospitality and turned a potential frustration into the highlight of our trip. The motel's location is ideal; it offers a wonderfully quiet and peaceful atmosphere, yet it's in very close proximity to both the shops and the beach. We appreciated the on-site pool and the spa options, and the minute's walk down to the community Saturday market was a fantastic bonus. Our only piece of constructive feedback relates to the spa itself—unfortunately, the cleanliness was not up to standard, which was a slight disappointment. Despite the minor issue with the spa, the exceptional service, comfortable accommodation, and prime location mean we had a fantastic trip. Crucially, the price was quite reasonably priced compared to other places on Waiheke, offering excellent value for money. We will definitely return to Waiheke Island Motel!

Schnelle und einfache Eincheckung. Zimmer hatte alles benötigt. Die Dusche hatte einen erstaunlichen Druck! Betten und Kissen waren sehr komfortabel. Keine Heizung in dem Zimmer, aber keine große. Platz konnte mit einem Fliesen von Farbe/u machen
