GGastnutzerOverall, the stay itself was comfortable, and the room met expectations. The hotel's aesthetic is elegant and beautiful, and its location is convenient, surrounded by chinese restaurants within easy walking distance. The breakfast buffet was also good and enjoyable. However, the experience was unfortunately dampened by issues at the front desk, hygiene standards in the common areas, and soundproofing. We arrived around 10am and requested an early check-in, fully understanding that the standard check-in time is 2pm and that any earlier arrangement is subject to room availability and discretion. However, we were told by staff that early check-in would only be possible with an additional charge of RM160. This created an uncomfortable impression where it felt less like a matter of room availability and more like withholding an available room in order to impose extra charges. The tone suggests monetising convenience which we weren't particularly happy about.
After checked-in around 5pm. we noticed dirty plates on the floor left near the lift area. What was more concerning was that these plates were still there in the same spot the next morning when we checked out. This raised questions about cleanliness and hygiene, especially in shared spaces. In addition, the soundproofing could be improved. Noise from children crying near the lift was clearly audible, and due to the hotel's proximity to the airport, airplane noise could also be heard. This may be a concern for light sleepers or guests seeking a quieter stay.
While the room and overall stay were generally good, these experiences affected our impression.

Need upgrade for the room, very old and run down. Those home appliances were aging and not clean. Can see some ants on the working desk as well.

GGastnutzerIch hatte einen angenehmen Aufenthalt im Eastwood Valley Golf & Country Club. Das Hotel ist nett, sauber und komfortabel, macht es einen guten Ort zu entspannen. Das Personal ist freundlich, professionell und immer bereit, zu helfen, was mein Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte. Ich schätze auch die friedliche Umgebung um das Hotel. Allerdings könnte der Pool einige Verbesserungen und bessere Wartung verwenden, um die Gesamtqualität des Hotels zu entsprechen. Trotzdem hatte ich noch eine gute Erfahrung und würde mir vorstellen, hier nochmal zu bleiben.

TTravel•Eat•RelaxWir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war geräumig. Das Essen war großartig, und vielleicht für Frühstücksauswahl kann auch ein paar ”kuih-muih” hinzufügen. Die Aussicht vom Schwimmbad ist auch schön, nur dass die Ecke des Pools, wo das Wasser abschwimmt, sauber sein muss, Es scheint, dass es nicht sauber für Alter ...it war grün ..
Insgesamt ist es ein guter Ort zu bleiben, und nur neben dem Einkaufszentrum.

GGastnutzerThis is my second time visit Pacific Orient. As expected, the is nice and clean. Check in and check out is fast and easy. I got my room facing the Bintang mall building and it was fantastic. Here, parking space is limited. So whoever wants to park their car, better come early or make early reservation. The morning breakfast was simple. Not much they can offer. After all, don't expected too much since room rates offered was less than 100 ringgit.
Definitely will stay here again if had a chance to visit Miri.

GGuest UserEs war ein 1hr Fahrt von der Stadt Miri zum Resort. Der Zustand der Miri-Bintulu Straße war sehr schwierig als unter großer Wartung. Wir basierend auf 50km/hr. Das Resort ist ein guter Ort für Familien zusammen zu kommen esp, wenn wir nur begrenzten Zugang zum Internet und Anrufe haben. Es gibt viele körperliche Aktivitäten, die Sie dort in einer Gruppe oder einsam machen können. Die Resorttour im Aufenthalt ist eine große Exposition für Kinder, um das Regenwaldekosystem zu verstehen.
