Ich bin alleine nach Almaty, Kasachstan, gereist. Es war meine erste Reise nach Zentralasien, und obwohl ich anfangs wegen mangelnder Informationen etwas unsicher war, hat diese Unterkunft meine Reise äußerst angenehm gemacht. Laut den Informationen war der Check-in bis 22 Uhr vorgesehen, aber aufgrund einer Flugverspätung kam ich erst um Mitternacht an. Ich war ziemlich besorgt, aber man hat mir sehr freundlich geholfen. Was das Zimmer betrifft: Obwohl es ein Kapselhotel ist, war es überraschend geräumig und bot ausreichend Platz, um sich umzuziehen und fertigzumachen. Die Wasch- und Duschbereiche dürften unterschiedlich wahrgenommen werden. Erfahrene Reisende wie Backpacker werden sie wohl als sauber empfinden, während sie für unerfahrene Reisende vielleicht eher schmutzig wirken könnten. Im Gemeinschaftsküchenbereich gibt es kostenloses Obst. (An den Tagen, an denen ich dort war, gab es Wassermelone und Birnen.) Da die Menge recht großzügig ist, kann man damit gut die Reisekasse schonen.

I am a solo traveller and it was my first time to travel to Almaty. I have no other words to describe my stay at this hotel aside from being exceptional. My room was big, there was also heated floor which countered the chilly winter days during my stay, daily room cleaning and the foods at the cafe especial bfast buffet were amazing and filling!!!! Special mention to all the staff there that welcomed me warmly most especially Yeldoz and the others who were very kind and friendly. The hotel is only an hour of walking from the famous tourist spots like Ascendant Cathedral, Panfilov, etc. And I recommend you to walk from the hotel to the aforementioned tourist spots beautiful you will be amazed by the views while walking 🫶🫶🫶 Again thankful and so lucky to have stayed at this hotel and met the kindest people here!!!

The hotel is new and clean. Although it is located in a residential area, getting to the city centre is actually quite quick. That said, Yandex Go or your own car is probably the most convenient way to get around. I also really appreciated the front office service. I arrived very late, at around 2:30am, and the staff waited up for me. They also offered to assist with my luggage both on arrival and again when I departed, which was a very nice touch. The room itself was comfortable, and I also appreciated having a handheld bidet spray next to the toilet. The bathroom layout was a little awkward — when opening the bathroom door, it would catch the bath mat and push it across the floor every time. I was surprised that there was no chair at all in the room, which is rather inconvenient even just for putting on shoes, sitting briefly, or using the desk. I stayed for two nights, but unfortunately no housekeeping was provided during my stay. I understand that unexpected staffing issues can happen, but I would have appreciated some proactive communication. At minimum, a quick note explaining the situation, fresh towels and bottled water could have been delivered to the room without having to ask, even if full housekeeping was not possible. Only when I contacted reception was the situation explained. Breakfast on my departure morning was also rather disappointing, possibly because there was a large group (relative to he size of the hotel) staying at the hotel. Food was slow to be replenished and there were no seats available. As I was in a hurry, I ended up taking just a muffin. There also seemed to be no hot water in the room that morning, although this had not been an issue previously, so it may have been related to unusually high demand at that time. Overall, the hotel has good potential: it is new, clean, reasonably convenient for reaching the city centre, and the front office staff were helpful and welcoming.

Die Lage ist super; direkt nebenan befinden sich eine U-Bahn-Station, eine Fußgängerzone und ein Supermarkt, und man kann zu Fuß zur Kirche und zum Grünen Basar gehen. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war zwar begrenzt, aber es hat ziemlich gut geschmeckt, besonders die cremige Pilz-Fleischpastete an einem Morgen – ich habe gleich drei davon gegessen! 😂 Am ersten Abend half uns die Rezeptionistin freundlicherweise, zwei große Koffer zu tragen (einen in jeder Hand) und brachte uns zu unserem Zimmer! Das Zimmer war ziemlich klein. Der einzige Nachteil war, dass an einem Tag die Zimmerreinigung ausfiel und es weder Wasserflaschen noch Taschentücher gab. Die Internetgeschwindigkeit im Zimmer war extrem schnell!

Komfortable und schöne kleine Hotel. Sauber. Ausgezeichnete Lage. Lebensmittel ist lecker. Nach meinem Dafürhalten billig, aber zu Preis toleriert. Lamm mit Gemüse ist besonders gut)

Хорошее место расположения отеля, просторные номера. Уровень сервиса не соответствует заявленному. Сан. узел в отвратительном состоянии. В душевой кабине забит слив, при уборке не устраняют. Кран смесителя в душевой закрывается под собственным весом, чтобы помыться нужно его придерживать рукой. Можно мыться в ванной, но в ванной испорчен клапан блокирующий слив, сломан запорный механизм , клапан просто установлен в сифоне на синей изоленте 🤦🏻. Клапан убрать сложно, но можно, при этом в смесителе в ванной нет давления, помыть тело хватает, но волосы промыть крайне проблематично. В номере нет гладильной доски и утюга, приносят по запросу, ожидание - 20-30 минут, гладильная доска далеко не первой свежести, на продавленный металлический каркас натянут тонкий универсальный чехол, болтается складками. Нет блокировки двери (щеколды/цепочки), переключатель на замке не останавливает персонал отеля от доступа в номер, отдельное впечатление это проснуться от того, что по номеру ходит человек из службы сервиса 🤦🏻, столкнулся с этим после первой же ночи, после вывешивал табличку «не беспокоить». Если утром у вас номер не убрали, по любой причине, то номер в этот день без вашего напоминания не уберут совсем.

Das Hotel ist neu und schön, hat aber auch einige Mängel. Wir hatten ein Zimmer auf der Rückseite des Hotels mit einer schrecklichen Aussicht. Unser Fenster ging gegenüber einem orangefarbenen Generator, der laut war und erstickende Abgase ins Zimmer blies. Das Hotel ist außerdem noch nicht fertig, und wir sahen morgens ab 8 Uhr Bauarbeiter, die mit dem Aufzug direkt neben unserem Zimmerfenster auf und ab fuhren. Seltsam ist auch, dass sich die Zimmertüren nach außen in den Flur öffnen, sodass man beim Öffnen aufpassen muss, niemanden anzustoßen. Das Frühstück schmeckt zwar gut, aber die meisten warmen Speisen sind fast immer leer und werden nicht nachgefüllt. Das, was da ist, ist kalt. An einem Morgen hatte sich niemand die Mühe gemacht, Zucker für den Kaffee bereitzustellen, und es gab oft keine Tassen. Der Spa-Bereich ist sehr schön, aber das Personal dort ist nicht besonders freundlich, und es gibt nirgendwo Öffnungszeiten. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren hingegen sehr höflich und freundlich, ebenso wie der Mann, der einen beim Frühstück begrüßt. Bei unserer Abreise kamen sie zurück und unterstellten uns, wir hätten die Minibar im Zimmer benutzt, was nicht stimmte. Sie meinten dann aber, es sei in Ordnung. Erstaunlicherweise schwankt die Temperatur des Warmwassers in der Dusche in einem so neuen Hotel ständig. Man stellt es genau richtig ein, und innerhalb von zwei Minuten wechselt es zwischen kalt und zu heiß. Die Duschen im Spa zeigten dasselbe Verhalten. Insgesamt macht das Hotel einen netten Eindruck, hat aber einige deutliche Kinderkrankheiten, und der Ausblick hinter dem Hotel ist einfach nicht akzeptabel. Ich persönlich würde dort nicht noch einmal übernachten.

I recently stayed at Saya Almaty Hotel during my trip to Almaty, and overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable experience that I would recommend to many travelers. Even with some language barriers, they did their best to assist with directions, transportation arrangements, and local recommendations, which added a personal touch to the experience. The room itself was clean, modern, and well-maintained. It had a comfortable bed, good lighting, and all the basic amenities needed for a short or medium-length stay. I particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the bathroom and the reliable hot water, which is always important after a long day of sightseeing. The Wi-Fi connection was stable and fast enough for both work and entertainment, which made it convenient for staying connected. One of the highlights of the hotel was the breakfast. The selection was simple but satisfying, with a mix of local and international options. It was a great way to start the day before heading out to explore Almaty. The dining area was also clean and relaxed, adding to the overall comfort. In terms of value for money, Saya Almaty Hotel offers a good balance between affordability and quality. While it may not be a luxury hotel, it provides everything necessary for a comfortable stay. It is especially suitable for solo travelers, couples, or business visitors who are looking for a reliable and budget-friendly option. Overall, my stay at Saya Almaty Hotel was enjoyable, and I would consider returning in the future. If you are visiting Almaty and looking for a clean, convenient, and reasonably priced hotel, this is definitely a solid choice.

Das Doppelzimmer mit Außenfenster, in dem ich dieses Mal übernachtet habe, war wirklich toll! Das Zimmer ist nicht nur sauber und ordentlich, sondern auch der Service ist herzlich und aufmerksam, was eine große Überraschung ist. Dieses Erlebnis hat unsere Erwartungen wirklich übertroffen! Ich kann es kaum erwarten, dieses Thank Inn Chain Hotel vielen Freunden um mich herum zu empfehlen. Es besteht kein Zweifel, dass ich das nächste Mal wieder hier übernachten werde!
