Hotels in Almaty mit Frühstück

I am a solo traveller and it was my first time to travel to Almaty. I have no other words to describe my stay at this hotel aside from being exceptional. My room was big, there was also heated floor which countered the chilly winter days during my stay, daily room cleaning and the foods at the cafe especial bfast buffet were amazing and filling!!!! Special mention to all the staff there that welcomed me warmly most especially Yeldoz and the others who were very kind and friendly. The hotel is only an hour of walking from the famous tourist spots like Ascendant Cathedral, Panfilov, etc. And I recommend you to walk from the hotel to the aforementioned tourist spots beautiful you will be amazed by the views while walking 🫶🫶🫶 Again thankful and so lucky to have stayed at this hotel and met the kindest people here!!!

Very cosy room, Netflix and smart tv, very scenic view of the mountain, short hike nearby, very nice breakfast. Very scenic sunrise and sunset. Cute dog. Comfy and amazing stay! IG WORTHY! Even have sauna in the room! Starry night! Con: dinner only available at restaurants below, need to take cable car. Cable car timing is quite limited. Must check in earlier. I missed the cable car time so I need to wait for the last session! May get high altitude sickness, please prep some Panadol or altitude sickness pill! Abit far to get there. 1 car ride & 3 cable cars up! Would recommend to reach early because can do short hikes and even paragliding! (Although i didn’t try because i reached at 6pm)

Komfortable und schöne kleine Hotel. Sauber. Ausgezeichnete Lage. Lebensmittel ist lecker. Nach meinem Dafürhalten billig, aber zu Preis toleriert. Lamm mit Gemüse ist besonders gut)

Es ist wirklich schade, dass der Hotelservice bis zu meiner Abreise ausgezeichnet war. Ich erkläre es Ihnen. Ich stellte fest, dass ich versehentlich eine Nacht zu wenig gebucht hatte, als ich diese WhatsApp-Nachricht vom Hotel erhielt: „Guten Tag! Ich rufe vom Almaty Hotel an. Wir möchten Ihre Abreise klären! Ihr Zimmer ist bis zum 25.11.2025, 12:00 Uhr, gebucht. Ich möchte Sie darüber informieren, dass wir, falls Sie uns nicht bis 14:00 Uhr kontaktieren, gezwungen sind, Ihr Gepäck einzusammeln und aus Ihrem Zimmer zu entfernen. Wir werden es an der Rezeption aufbewahren. Bitte teilen Sie uns mit, ob Sie Ihren Aufenthalt verlängern oder auschecken möchten.“ Der Ton der Nachricht war unhöflich und unprofessionell. Schlimmer noch: Als mein Partner am 25. November 2025 um 12:15 Uhr Ortszeit im Hotel anrief und auf Russisch sprach, drängte uns die diensthabende Rezeptionistin, noch vor 13:00 Uhr ins Hotel zu kommen, um zu bezahlen. Die Rezeptionistin weigerte sich, die Zahlung über Trip.com oder eine spätere Zahlung anzunehmen – wir mussten unsere Pläne aufgeben und eilig ins Hotel zurückfahren, um zu bezahlen. Zugegeben, der Fehler lag bei mir. Aber so sollte man als Hotelgast nicht behandelt werden. Das war definitiv mein erster und letzter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Swissôtel Almaty. Everything was excellent - the rooms, service, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere of the hotel. A special highlight was the spa area, which is one of the best I have experienced. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge. I would also like to give a special thank you to Elena, the yoga instructor. Her class was professional, inspiring, and suitable for all levels. It was a great way to start the day and added a lot to my overall experience at the hotel. Thank you to the entire Swissôtel team for a fantastic stay. I will be happy to return in the future.

Хорошее место расположения отеля, просторные номера. Уровень сервиса не соответствует заявленному. Сан. узел в отвратительном состоянии. В душевой кабине забит слив, при уборке не устраняют. Кран смесителя в душевой закрывается под собственным весом, чтобы помыться нужно его придерживать рукой. Можно мыться в ванной, но в ванной испорчен клапан блокирующий слив, сломан запорный механизм , клапан просто установлен в сифоне на синей изоленте 🤦🏻. Клапан убрать сложно, но можно, при этом в смесителе в ванной нет давления, помыть тело хватает, но волосы промыть крайне проблематично. В номере нет гладильной доски и утюга, приносят по запросу, ожидание - 20-30 минут, гладильная доска далеко не первой свежести, на продавленный металлический каркас натянут тонкий универсальный чехол, болтается складками. Нет блокировки двери (щеколды/цепочки), переключатель на замке не останавливает персонал отеля от доступа в номер, отдельное впечатление это проснуться от того, что по номеру ходит человек из службы сервиса 🤦🏻, столкнулся с этим после первой же ночи, после вывешивал табличку «не беспокоить». Если утром у вас номер не убрали, по любой причине, то номер в этот день без вашего напоминания не уберут совсем.

Das Hotel ist neu und schön, hat aber auch einige Mängel. Wir hatten ein Zimmer auf der Rückseite des Hotels mit einer schrecklichen Aussicht. Unser Fenster ging gegenüber einem orangefarbenen Generator, der laut war und erstickende Abgase ins Zimmer blies. Das Hotel ist außerdem noch nicht fertig, und wir sahen morgens ab 8 Uhr Bauarbeiter, die mit dem Aufzug direkt neben unserem Zimmerfenster auf und ab fuhren. Seltsam ist auch, dass sich die Zimmertüren nach außen in den Flur öffnen, sodass man beim Öffnen aufpassen muss, niemanden anzustoßen. Das Frühstück schmeckt zwar gut, aber die meisten warmen Speisen sind fast immer leer und werden nicht nachgefüllt. Das, was da ist, ist kalt. An einem Morgen hatte sich niemand die Mühe gemacht, Zucker für den Kaffee bereitzustellen, und es gab oft keine Tassen. Der Spa-Bereich ist sehr schön, aber das Personal dort ist nicht besonders freundlich, und es gibt nirgendwo Öffnungszeiten. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren hingegen sehr höflich und freundlich, ebenso wie der Mann, der einen beim Frühstück begrüßt. Bei unserer Abreise kamen sie zurück und unterstellten uns, wir hätten die Minibar im Zimmer benutzt, was nicht stimmte. Sie meinten dann aber, es sei in Ordnung. Erstaunlicherweise schwankt die Temperatur des Warmwassers in der Dusche in einem so neuen Hotel ständig. Man stellt es genau richtig ein, und innerhalb von zwei Minuten wechselt es zwischen kalt und zu heiß. Die Duschen im Spa zeigten dasselbe Verhalten. Insgesamt macht das Hotel einen netten Eindruck, hat aber einige deutliche Kinderkrankheiten, und der Ausblick hinter dem Hotel ist einfach nicht akzeptabel. Ich persönlich würde dort nicht noch einmal übernachten.

Ich hatte einen schönen Aufenthalt im Hotel Kazakhstan. Der Service war hervorragend, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles war sauber und komfortabel. Einziger Nachteil: Das Hotel war etwas überfüllt, wahrscheinlich weil ich am Wochenende dort war. Insgesamt war es ein sehr angenehmes Erlebnis.

The selection was simple but satisfying, with a mix of local and international options. It was a great way to start the day before heading out to explore Almaty. The dining area was also clean and relaxed, adding to the overall comfort. In terms of value for money, Saya Almaty Hotel offers a good balance between affordability and quality. While it may not be a luxury hotel, it provides everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Overall, my stay at Saya Almaty Hotel was enjoyable, and I would consider returning in the future.
