Location is great, hotel provides shuttle transfer to and from station, and also transfer to Snow Monkey Park. The email communication is very slow, but can simply give them a call the day before to book the shuttle bus, the receptionist can all speak simple English. We booked the very basic room which the bathroom is very tiny, upgrade your room if you can.

The hotel was great and exceeded our expectation in all ways. the parking was large and easy to access. The facilities were great especially the onsen on level 5, the view of teh onsen out to the mountains was fantastic. The reception and staff in the hotel were super courteous and smiley and friendly. The breakfast was beyond expectation , the hotel staff will meet you at the lobby and guide you to your seats/table where all the food has been prepared and laid out. the food was great and super filling, with appetizer, miso soup, side dishes, main, rice, fruits, green tea/coffee and also dessert in the form of yoghurt. Aside form that, for the Western breakfast, they set up a toastbox at the table for you to toast your basket of bread assortment. Other worthy aspect are the 8-10pm Sake hours, where you are given tokens to sample the range of sake and wine from their coin-operated dispenser, along with free snacks. When they make up the room daily, they will also leave sample of snacks on the table daily. Overall it was a great stay and i will definately recommend this hotel to others/my friends.

一次完美的住宿體驗，情緒價值滿滿！！ 我昨天入住這間酒店，度過了一個非常愉快的晚上，整體體驗超出預期！從入住到離開，每一個細節都讓我感受到酒店的用心和熱情。 首先，酒店人員的服務態度非常友好，情緒價值滿滿！每一位員工都笑容滿面，樂於協助，讓人感到賓至如歸。特別是老闆娘，她非常熱情，幾乎與每一位客人都有交流，讓人感受到家的溫暖。 這次是我第一次嘗試「一拍二食」的餐飲體驗，晚餐和早餐都非常出色。晚餐的菜式精緻且美味，食材新鮮，味道層次豐富；而早餐的選擇更是多樣化，無論是日式還是西式，都能滿足不同客人的需求，讓人吃得非常滿足。 酒店的溫泉設施也是一大亮點！私人溫泉和公共溫泉都保持得非常乾淨，水質清澈，泡完後全身舒暢，疲勞一掃而空。特別是在雪地中泡溫泉，簡直是一種極致的享受！ 最讓我驚喜的是酒店設有一個舒適的 **Lounge**，提供酒精飲品和咖啡，環境優雅且放鬆。無論是晚上小酌一杯，還是早上喝杯咖啡提神，都是一種享受。 此外，酒店的環境整潔度非常高，房間和公共區域都打掃得一塵不染，讓人住得非常安心。整體來說，這間酒店無論是服務、餐飲、設施還是環境，都讓我感到非常滿意，絕對是一次超乎預期的住宿體驗！ 我會推薦這間酒店給所有朋友，也希望有機會再次入住！謝謝酒店團隊的用心，讓我度過了一個難忘的假期！

Shiga no yu ist alles über aufmerksam, gut gefühlt, echt guter Service. Wir liebt die 70er Jahre Vibe des Ortes. Es ist charmant 70er Jahre Stil ganz auf die ganze Weise. Die gelieferten Mahlzeiten waren wunderbar! Große Teile, Geschmack und Vielfalt! Jedes Essen war anders! Der Arsch war am Ende jedes Muskel-Müde-Tag vom Skifahren perfekt. Bitte erwarten Sie nicht die Spitze der Skibereich Mieten so, wenn das für Sie wichtig ist, bringen Sie Ihre eigenen. Aber wenn nicht, genießen Sie einfach den intimen Stil des Ortes und die vielen Skihügel, um zu erkunden, beginnend mit dem Stuhllift direkt außerhalb der Hoteltür!

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, das Frühstück und das Abendessen sind auch, der Chef ist sehr gut, er wird sich mit seinen Eltern wiederholen, er kann ins Ski-Out gehen, das Hotel wird ein alter Fahrer Handwagen sehr gut haben, um Ihnen zu helfen, das Hotel isoliert ist, um den Ticketladen zu sagen, die Landschaft ist sehr schön, das Hotel kann warm sein, Dobe wird ein Tee trinken bieten, und einige wenige wie japanische Clubs mit Und die Hotel-Dekorationsringe sind alle Blumen auf dem Berge, sehr gedankt! Und der Schnee ist wirklich glatt!

It was brilliant! It is the same with pictures on this site. They gave me yukata and towel and changed it every day. I had a tea and enjoyed it on my balcony. I tried a futon at first time in my life. I had my own reserved table for breakfast. ❗❗❗The hotel has its own bus with driver, which took me to the Snow Monkey Park and to the station for free! Actually staff was so polite! It is seems like you are someone important. Actually the only one minus that you can't go to all 9 Shibu Onsen's baths, but just to 9th bath only. But the hotel has its own bath even open-air. It was really nice and comfortable accommodation.

Shiga Palace Hotel is a great choice for its location alone—set right in the mountains, it offers easy access to the surrounding area and beautiful scenery that really adds to the experience. One of the highlights was the buffet meals. The food was plentiful, varied, and satisfying, making it easy to refuel after a long day of exploring. The rooms were very traditional Japanese style, which felt authentic and fitting for the setting. While simple, they gave a true sense of staying in a classic Japanese hotel. The communal onsen was also a memorable experience—relaxing, cultural, and something everyone should try at least once while visiting Japan. Overall, the location and meals are major pluses, and the traditional rooms and onsen make this hotel a unique and enjoyable stay.

Die Liege ist sehr groß und schön. Dieses Mal ging ich mit drei Freunden, und das Personal der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und glücklich. Es ist ein gutes Hotel, das Holzplatten vermietet werden kann.

We really enjoyed our stay at Shiga Kogen Sunvalley hotel. It's only a 20 mins bus ride from the Snow Monkey Park. The bus stop (S15) is about 100m away but when it's heavily snowing, it could be a little difficult to pull your luggage across the road. During the winter season, there's a free shuttle bus that takes you around the different resorts. The hotel also has ski rentals and the pricing is very reasonable and convenient for hotel guests to pickup and drop-off. The onsite onsen and sauna is clean and well maintained. We had breakfast included - food selection is good with a mix of Western and Japanese cuisine. Dinner required reservation and you have a choice of Japanese set course, or a casual course. Usui and the team really know how to provide great hospitality and we really enjoyed our stay.

Wunderbares Hotel und Erfahrung. Wir kamen in der Offseason (April) aber noch hatte ein gutes Schneestaub. So bequem gelegen neben der Ichinose Familie Skigebiet und haben alles, was Sie brauchen, direkt auf dem Grundstück (Mieten, Lockers, Restaurant, Store, Onsen). Das Restaurant war sehr lecker und hochwertig und Sie können so viel essen, wie Sie wollen.  Das Zimmer hatte einen schönen Blick auf den Flur und war einemals in den Heizungsbedingungen komfortablen Dialing.  Das Hotel war zweifellos der beste Teil des Personals. So freundlich und unterkunftsfähig. Ich habe eine Verletzung früh auf der Reise aufrechterhalten und sie konnten nicht hilfreicher und unterkunftsfähiger sein.  Sehen Sie sich freuen, zurückzukehren.
