Excellent service and outstanding breakfast and none repeat items for dinner for two days. Last day morning after breakfast, I went to lobby lady lounge and unexpected fell down on floor and twisted my right knee and felt so hurt !! After a while I tried to ask for help, immediately three ladies came to help and put medicine on my arm and right leg. I was so appreciate from their assistance. I highly recommend this Hotel and definitely will go back next year.

The number one aspect that sets Hinodeya apart is the hospitality and wholesomeness of the experience. Hinodeya is not limited to just a room that you sleep in. Rather, every aspect of our stay in Ito was intertwined with the wonderful owner and thoughtful staff. From our arrival to departure, our experience was nothing but pleasant. The breakfast provides undeniable value, you get so much compared to what you pay for. For dinner, we recommend the crab dinner, though it may be seasonal, but you get a taste of a majority of the local specialties all in one sitting. The owner of Hinodeya truly cares about your experience, and is an excellent resource when exploring Ito. The staff are compassionate and attentive, checking in constantly throughout our stay to make sure we were having a good time. The rooms are very clean, and the onsen is a one-of-a-kind experience not found anywhere else.

I had a fantastic experience at Forest Glaming! The staff, including Mr. Terada & the cool dude with long hair, were not only incredibly friendly but also made an effort to communicate with me in English and encouraged my attempts at speaking Japanese. Despite missing the shuttle bus, Mr. Terada kindly came to pick me up. The resort is a serene haven, offering tranquility and the cleanest toilets I've ever encountered. ✨Being tented near the shower and toilet facilities was an added bonus. 😮💨The food was outstanding, especially the aged domestic beef 🍖 BBQ. The only disappointment was not having the chance to share the wonderful dinner with the staff. I totally recommend Forest Glaming to anyone seeking a rejuvenating escape with exceptional service and facilities. The staff's warmth and willingness to engage in different languages truly enhanced my stay. Fantabulous!!! 😍🥰

非常愉快的一次日式旅店入住體驗。 旅店距離伊豆高原站有不到一公里，但領着行李箱還是不太方便步行，建議在火車站外打個車，一個起步價680日元即達。 從進入旅店的那一刻，就能感覺到細緻周到熱情的服務態度。晚餐是懷石料理，流程上是很有架勢了，好吃倒是談不上多好吃。 房間是日式榻榻米，晚餐時會有服務人員進入房間鋪榻榻米。房間兩面是森林，晚上暖氣很足，聽着外面的呼呼風聲，喝着茶 很愜意。 旅店有7個私湯，我們泡了4個，很知足了。從性價比來説，已經很高了。近3000元人民幣的價格不算便宜，但又是懷石料理又是7個私湯再加上無微不至的服務，比國內酒店性價比高太多了。 早上在旅店附近可走到海邊懸崖及吊橋 景色很棒。

Dieses Onsen-Hotel ist recht neu und kein traditionelles japanisches Ryokan. Wenn Sie Zeit haben, ist der Hotelshuttle praktisch, um nach Izu Kogen zu gelangen; ansonsten liegt es näher am Bahnhof Kinosaki Kaigan. Dieser Bahnhof ist klein; wir kamen gegen 17 Uhr an, und es war bereits dunkel mit wenigen Straßenlaternen. Unsere Koffer den Berg hinauf zum Hotel zu tragen, war etwas anstrengend 😂. Wir hatten ein Kaiseki-Dinner reserviert (siehe Bild 1). Es war nicht besonders außergewöhnlich, aber es hat uns zu etwa 70-80 % satt gemacht. Abends werden Dan-Dan-Nudeln serviert (siehe Bild 9), die sehr lecker waren. Unser Zimmer hatte ein privates Onsen (Thermalbad) im Freien, das wir sowohl abends als auch morgens nutzten; es war sehr sauber. Das Hotel verfügt außerdem über ein öffentliches Onsen und Freiluftbäder, die stundenweise gemietet werden können. Wir mieteten eines für 4400 Yen. Nachdem wir den Schlüssel an der Rezeption erhalten hatten, gingen wir hinein. Wir hatten das Onsen schon ausgiebig genossen und den öffentlichen Bereich daher nicht mehr besucht. Service: Insgesamt war der Service gut. Wir trafen auf kein chinesischsprachiges Personal; die Kommunikation erfolgte ausschließlich auf Englisch.

We ( 7 of us ) booked 4 rooms in end of March, staying in Laforet for 3 nights because it has private onsen in the hotel room. Very clean ( typical japanese cleanliness), its huge ! You have both choices to stay in 2 super single bed or set your futons at the tatami lounge. Its super comfortable. When we arrived to the hotel on a Wednesday and was hoping to have a meal at the hotel, the hotel front desk told us that we could NOT dine in the hotel as it is fully booked for whole month. We were very dissappointed, as we are paying hotel guests in the hotel and we are not allowed to dine in the hotel?! so we have to go outside of the hotel and look for dinners for next 3 days. The town is very small and serene. So if you are looking to stay in a secluded non touristy place, this hotel definitely suitable.

I didnt stay at this hotels. Had some urgent things. But my family enjoyed it, big room for a family of 4, playground and playroom. Right at the zoo. Not very far from the station but uphill, so for the families with children and no car can be a bit difficult to reach. Onsen is not big, no outdoor bath. But still realy good place to stay

Schöne Onsen unser Lieblings-Reisemitglied in Japan mit meiner Familie! Das traditionelle Frühstück war lecker mit einer sehr großen Auswahl an Gerichten. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön, ruhig und geräumig und alles war außergewöhnlich sauber. Die Reinigungsbesatzung macht wirklich eine wunderbare Arbeit. Das Hotel ist sehr gut beherbergt, es ist sehr gut, es ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Bahnhof entfernt und es ist ein großer Pluspunkt, das eine Waschmaschine und Trockner für die Gäste zur Verfügung hat. Sehr empfohlen wir würden gerne hier nochmal bleiben!

The staff here are very helpful and polite, they even helped me to contact the next hotel for clarification. Only I recommend them to build a store room around the parking lot so that the huge size of the luggage can be left there for overseas traveller and no need to bring up to the hotel by walking the long stairs, if any. Also, they can provide a simple map in the website to locate their exact hotel location and nearby shops, cafe and supermarket, train station, etc.    For me, I had a great experience spent in this hotel. If you like to see sunrise, it also a good place to stay in ocean view room.  If you like running, you can run along the hill side with wonderful ocean view.
