Beim Einchecken wartete das Personal bereits an der Tür, noch bevor das Auto hielt. Es gibt insgesamt sechs Zimmer, der Gemeinschaftsbereich ist jedoch klein und besteht hauptsächlich aus den Zimmern. Im Paket sind zwei Mahlzeiten enthalten, die hervorragend zubereitet sind. Die Wasserqualität und -temperatur der beiden privaten Thermalbäder – eines drinnen und eines draußen – sind einwandfrei. Die Unterkunft liegt etwa zehn Autominuten vom Berg Omuro entfernt. Alle Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und der Service exzellent. Beim Auschecken wurde ich vom Personal bis zur Abreise begleitet. Insgesamt war es ein sehr zufriedenstellender Aufenthalt.

非常愉快的一次日式旅店入住體驗。 旅店距離伊豆高原站有不到一公里，但領着行李箱還是不太方便步行，建議在火車站外打個車，一個起步價680日元即達。 從進入旅店的那一刻，就能感覺到細緻周到熱情的服務態度。晚餐是懷石料理，流程上是很有架勢了，好吃倒是談不上多好吃。 房間是日式榻榻米，晚餐時會有服務人員進入房間鋪榻榻米。房間兩面是森林，晚上暖氣很足，聽着外面的呼呼風聲，喝着茶 很愜意。 旅店有7個私湯，我們泡了4個，很知足了。從性價比來説，已經很高了。近3000元人民幣的價格不算便宜，但又是懷石料理又是7個私湯再加上無微不至的服務，比國內酒店性價比高太多了。 早上在旅店附近可走到海邊懸崖及吊橋 景色很棒。

I had a fantastic experience at Forest Glaming! The staff, including Mr. Terada & the cool dude with long hair, were not only incredibly friendly but also made an effort to communicate with me in English and encouraged my attempts at speaking Japanese. Despite missing the shuttle bus, Mr. Terada kindly came to pick me up. The resort is a serene haven, offering tranquility and the cleanest toilets I've ever encountered. ✨Being tented near the shower and toilet facilities was an added bonus. 😮💨The food was outstanding, especially the aged domestic beef 🍖 BBQ. The only disappointment was not having the chance to share the wonderful dinner with the staff. I totally recommend Forest Glaming to anyone seeking a rejuvenating escape with exceptional service and facilities. The staff's warmth and willingness to engage in different languages truly enhanced my stay. Fantabulous!!! 😍🥰

The number one aspect that sets Hinodeya apart is the hospitality and wholesomeness of the experience. Hinodeya is not limited to just a room that you sleep in. Rather, every aspect of our stay in Ito was intertwined with the wonderful owner and thoughtful staff. From our arrival to departure, our experience was nothing but pleasant. The breakfast provides undeniable value, you get so much compared to what you pay for. For dinner, we recommend the crab dinner, though it may be seasonal, but you get a taste of a majority of the local specialties all in one sitting. The owner of Hinodeya truly cares about your experience, and is an excellent resource when exploring Ito. The staff are compassionate and attentive, checking in constantly throughout our stay to make sure we were having a good time. The rooms are very clean, and the onsen is a one-of-a-kind experience not found anywhere else.

Perfect Family Base in Izukogen Rating: 5/5 Hotel Village proved to be an outstanding choice for our family stay in Izukogen. The room size was ideal for families, providing comfortable space for everyone. Highlights: The breakfast was fantastic with excellent variety and quality. The onsen was a real treat after busy days exploring, offering genuine relaxation for the whole family. Location: Perfectly situated for visiting Mount Omuro and the local zoo. The area offers numerous attractions, and the hotel serves as an excellent base for exploring everything Izukogen has to offer. Verdict: Highly recommended for families seeking comfortable accommodation with traditional Japanese amenities whilst exploring this beautiful region.

The place is really far from the station. I was with child, we needed about 40 mins to get there on foot with no luggage. But the area around the place is really beautiful, you will do many stops to take pics of surburbian. Wanted to book transfer in advance but the hotel didnt respond my email But the hotel is really nice and beautiful. Modern building. We were the only guests in the hotel, so we enjoyed private onsen with no reservation. But mb this is the reason why we did not get dinner, the owner made a refund for dinner. Lucky we bought enough food at the station, because there is no any stores nearby. The breakfast was europian: sanwiches, omelett, good taste. Very beautiful view from the window, sunrise was picturesque. Onsen was not very big, no ourdoor bath. In general i liked my stay there and can recommend it

我們在伊豆的花水木温泉旅館衹住了一晚，但這次的體驗讓我印象非常深刻，值得推薦給大家 這家旅館是由一對中國老闆和老闆娘經營的 整體感覺更像是一家温馨的民宿 非常有人情味 到店的時候老闆和老闆娘非常熱情友好 讓人感覺像回到家一樣. 房間乾淨整潔 佈置得很温馨 雖然不算豪華 但非常舒適 住起來很放鬆。這裏的温泉也很棒，安靜又乾淨 非常適合在旅途一天的疲憊之後泡一泡，整個人都輕鬆了下來. 讓我特別感動的一點是，我當時不小心把東西落在了旅館。聯繫老闆後，他們非常細心，幫我把東西寄到了我下一站在大阪的酒店。這種貼心的服務真的非常難得，也讓我對這家旅館印象更加深刻.

I didnt stay at this hotels. Had some urgent things. But my family enjoyed it, big room for a family of 4, playground and playroom. Right at the zoo. Not very far from the station but uphill, so for the families with children and no car can be a bit difficult to reach. Onsen is not big, no outdoor bath. But still realy good place to stay

Traditional room with futon to sleep. Apparently the floor is not full tatami. Kinda different from japanese traditional room i've been at. As person from former USSR space i would say this place has ”soviet hotel vibe”, for japanese people i guess its more of ”showa” vibe. The onsen is actually public bath locals also use (which i am personally more than fine with), has both styled indoor bath and outdoor bath. Outside there are free cooling beverages and some ice cream to buy (i couldn't imagine how good it goes after bath). Staff is very nice and tried their best to explain everything to me in english even though didn't manage to and we switched to japanese but i appreciate the effort

The staff here are very helpful and polite, they even helped me to contact the next hotel for clarification. Only I recommend them to build a store room around the parking lot so that the huge size of the luggage can be left there for overseas traveller and no need to bring up to the hotel by walking the long stairs, if any. Also, they can provide a simple map in the website to locate their exact hotel location and nearby shops, cafe and supermarket, train station, etc.    For me, I had a great experience spent in this hotel. If you like to see sunrise, it also a good place to stay in ocean view room.  If you like running, you can run along the hill side with wonderful ocean view.
