It was a comfortable stay. It is far from anything with only 2 restaurants to choose from. There is a small swimming pool to relax in on the roof. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was sufficient but a little hit and miss.

Die Aussichten des Resorts sind erstaunlich, und das ganze Gebäude hat eine so ruhige, luxuriöse Vibe. Das Essen war fantastisch, vor allem das Frühstück verbreitet, und jedes Personal, das wir getroffen haben, war warm, freundlich und echten Pflege. Danke dem Hilton Goa Team für die bedenklichen Touchs und für die unvergessliche Geburtstagsreise. Ich kann nicht warten, bald wieder zu kommen!

Das Resort selbst ist schön und ich liebe mein Zimmer. Es gab auch wirklich schöne Sitzbereiche um das Resort. Nach der Ankunft und Abreise begrüßte das Personal mich mit Geschenken, was ein schöner Kontakt war. Was ich nicht mag war: 1) fast alle Zimmer waren um den Pool, so wo immer Sie sich entspannen, Gäste und Mitarbeiter waren kontinuierlich zu Fuß über Sie 2) Der Lärm von Tag und Abendmusik war lächerlich laut. Es gibt Zeichen in dem Zimmer, die Sie empfehlen, Ohrringe zu tragen, wenn Sie es nicht mögen. Es war lauter im Zimmer als draußen! Und auch mit Ohrringe konnte ich es noch hören. 3) die Lage - während es technisch nahe dem Strand liegt, es befindet sich auf einer besetzten Straße, und um zu dem Strand zu kommen, musste man ****** diese Straße zu Fuß. Dies fühlte sich prekär und ich fühlte mich nicht sicher, das zu tun, als ein Einzelreisender, nachts. 4) das Restaurant; während das Personal genügend freundlich war, wenn Sie sich ihnen annähern, jedes Mal, wenn ich das Restaurant benutzt habe, musste ich sie aussuchen. Ich kam etwas später als die genannte Zeit und musste noch warten 15-20 Minuten, um das Zimmer bereit zu sein. Check-out war auch langsam. Die Zimmer sind sauber, aber alt und brauchen Verbesserung. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte mittels Mittelalternativen. Die Mitarbeiter legen sich kaum an dir an. Im 3-Sterne-Wohnungen mit viel besserem Ergebnis

Прекрасный отель на первой линии! Территория отеля - это сад, в котором затеряны деревянные домики для гостей. Много разных тропических растений, среди них домики расположены так, чтобы гости не мешали друг другу и было ощущение, что ты один наедине с природой. Каждый день территорию отеля облагораживают: подметают, просеивают песок, высаживают растения, поливают. Мне кажется даже каждый камешек и тот выложен с любовью. На ресейпшине всегда кто-то дежурит, даже ночью. Обратиться можно по любому вопросу и тебе всегда доброжелательно помогут. Домик небольшой, простой деревянный, но все необходимое есть в номере: чайник, холодильник, кондиционер, чай, кофе, сахар, каждый день бутылка воды литровая на человека. Фото домика и внутри соответствует реальности. (наш домик находился около водонапорной башни и когда она переполнялась - вода вытекала наружу и сильно шумела, в любое время суток. Решить эту проблему персонал не в силах. Поэтому берите домик подальше от башни ). Электричество ( как и везде в Гоа, часто отключалось, но практически сразу все восстанавливалось - возможно генераторы они ставят. Но проблем с горячей водой не было. На территории есть бассейн небольшой. Он очень спасал, когда на море были сильные волны и зайти в воду было невозможно. Особенно это актуально тем, кто с детьми. Около бассейна есть душ, недалеко санузел. Полотенца для бассейна - на ресейпшене можно попросить. На столиках есть меню от бара, расположенного на пляже. В баре можно сделать заказ и тебе принесут или в номер или к бассейну. На пляже постояльцам отеля шезлонги бесплатно. Около шезлонга ставят тазики с водой - чтобы ополоснуть ноги от песка. Вот такая милая забота о гостях. Чтобы поужинать или дойти до магазина - можно выбрать кафе на ближайшей улице - иди минут 7 неспеша. Нам очень понравился отель, рекомендуем!!

The hotel is in a great location. Very friendly welcome. We were shown to our room and things explained. The balcony was small but ample. The room should have contained robe and slippers but these were missing, although didn't affect our stay so not a real issue. The pool is small but was very quiet and provided a nice cool off. Towels are available at the counter. The hotel is located directly on the beach with beech shacks and restaurants on the beach very nearby. The hotel does not provide beach loungers BUT if you head to a beach shack and buy a drink or two, they will allow the use of a bed for free. Directly out of the hotel gate on the beach there was a lady with beds trying to charge 500 rupees for a bed for the day. This is not necessary when you can get a drink for less with a free bed. We nearly learned the hard way. The bed was far too hard for me, resulting in reduced sleep, but some people may prefer a firmer bed. My partner slept better than me so this was a personal experience. The bedding was nice quality though. The whole place was clean and tidy. Rooms made up every day in the afternoon so not disturbed early morning which is nice. The rooms are not soundproof so a lot of noise can be heard from outside when people start moving around in the morning. Staff were friendly - everyone had a smile, and nothing too much trouble. We only experienced breakfast once, and I would say it is ok as long as you don't expect a full English fry up (which in my opinion you shouldn't as you're in India). The food was hot, tasty, and fresh. There was plenty to choose from for a breakfast selection. If I was to fault the breakfast, to provide a suggestion, providing tea and coffee black so that customers can add their own milk would make it more accessible to all. I can't drink too much dairy so had to give this a miss. Then the only real downside to this hotel we found is when checking out, you are made to wait until the room has been checked, in case you steal anything. I completely understand this, but this should be made clear when checking in. We had booked a taxi to arrive at check out time, which could have resulted in additional costs for waiting time. Just to be mindful if staying here and arranging onward travel. Or maybe the hotel could make this policy clearer upon checking in. All in all a very nice stay in Candolim and this hotel was a good choice.

Stay was great, rooms spacious and clean, nice facilities and food was excellent. However initially we were given smoking room . When we reported they had to send a staff to verify. Staff acknowledged but first offered to spray room freshener. When we insisted we absolutely need non smoking room they made the switch. Didn’t expect this from Hilton brand

Muy buen hotel para descansar. Trabajadores del hotel muy atentos para que estés a gusto en todo momento. Buffet de desayuno muy variado. Piscina limpia, amplia y muy bien ubicada bajo árboles imponentes.
