Das Zimmer war sehr gut gelegen, direkt vor dem Strand. Unser Zimmer hatte Aussicht auf das Meer und war wunderschön aufstehen**** und das Meer aus dem Bett zu sehen.
Auch, sie haben uns die Möglichkeit angeboten, die Fahrräder des Hotels zu verwenden, um ein bisschen das wunderbare Frühstück herunterzuladen. Sie haben kein Frühstücksbuffet, Sie können alles aus Ihrem Frühstücksbrief wählen und Sie werden es jetzt tun. Ich liebe es.
Ich mochte die Dekoration des Hotels sehr und die Komfort des Bettes wunderschön. Das einzige, was unsere Waschmaschine kosten würde, das Wasser viel zu schlucken, muss ein wenig festgehalten sein und die Dusche ging das Wasser durch die Tür.
Wir waren in der Niedrigsaison und konnten das Auto in seinem privaten Parkplatz verlassen.

GGastnutzerBooked a standard graden room, turned out to be a catastrophe: fridge in the mini bar humming so loud one could barely sleep, road directly in front of the room with loud vehicles passing and uncomfortable bed) - slept less than 4hours first night. Then were given the option to move to another standard room which did not have a loud road but for whatever reason had same issue with the fridge. After complaining again were upgraded to better room which was nice (bed nevertheless not comfortable). Lost 2 out of 4 nights to terrible rooms.
Overall cannot recommend hotel. If you want to stay make sure only to book higher categories - standard room is absolutely not acceptable - a shame for a supposedly 5* hotel.
Other negative aspects: breakfast only okish, food and the restaurant very very mediocre at truly elevated prices & outrageous wine pricing (60€ retail wine sold for 370€..) with no decent drinkable cheaper wines
On the positive sides: very nice beach, good service at the beach, nice/cool interior design.

GGastnutzerStaff were very friendly and resort was amazing. Staff organised a birthday cake with candles and a letter for my sister without being made previously aware of the birthday. We asked for dinner recommendations for her birthday and came back to find birthday cake and card. Great selection of food and restaurants with ample sunbeds around the pools and beach for tanning.
We had a late flight so staff collected our luggage from rooms and stored safely, allowing us to continue using the resort facilities. Also able to shower and freshen up in the departures lounge before heading to the airport.
Overall great experience, would definitely go back.

GGuest UserDas Kos Aktis Art Hotel ist ein vernünftig bezahltes Hotel, das einen unvergleichbaren Meerblick und Komfort mit einem wirklich freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Front Desk-Personal wie Sofia bietet. Das Frühstück im offenen Esszimmer direkt am Meer ist mit einer Vielzahl von warmen und kalten Optionen zu wählen. Das Hotel liegt in einer einfachen Spazierweiterung zu allen großen Attraktionen wie der Altstadt und dem Fährhafen.

GGuest UserFabelhafte Strandvorlage. Große Grundstücke mit Strand, Gras, besetztem Pool, ruhigem Pool - etwas für alle. Lebensmittel variiert und schmeckt.
Ein Blick draußen: Wenn Sie Zimmer 600+ anbieten, werden Sie im Residence- Teil des Hotels - im Inneren/ müssen Sie einen Weg zu erreichen. Nicht alles schlecht, denn es hat seinen eigenen Pool und Bar mit viel weniger Leuten. Sie werden ein bisschen gehen, aber das haben wir nicht gedacht, aber andere könnten.
Ich bin nicht sicher, warum das Hotel ein La carte Restaurant auf einmal pro Aufenthalt anstelle von einmal pro Woche beschränkt. Es war sehr leer, als wir gingen. Italienisches Essen war nicht so viel besser als das Hauptrestaurant, so dass Sie nicht massiv verpasst.
Die Lagerwaren waren sehr teuer, aber nicht sicher, ob dies für alle Hotels gleich wäre.
Das Personal war freundlich und hilfreich.
Insgesamt würde ich dieses Hotel definitiv empfehlen.

MMeralThe hotel’s beach was very beautiful, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Only a woman and a man working at the bar in the morning were unfriendly. The service was excellent. The food was fresh and tasty, and having fish every day was perfect for me. The daily cleaning and towel changes were great, because in other places I visited in Greece, they only did it once a week. Having it done daily made me happy. The only thing I didn’t like was that the rooms weren’t soundproof, so children in the upstairs and next-door rooms were playing with balls and dragging furniture, which was quite disturbing. Overall, I left satisfied. Thank you, Mistis Family Village.

We stayed in a Bungalow Family Room which was spacious, beautifully designed, and had a lovely outdoor area. It was quiet and peaceful. Towels were changed and bins emptied daily. The hotel is perfect for families with younger children (up to about 8 years old). We went with two boys (4 and 8), and they loved it. The two slides kept them entertained, and the beach bar was excellent—always cocktails and snacks available. There were plenty of sun loungers, especially on the beach, with no need to wake up early to reserve. That made the stay very relaxing. The entertainment team was great—friendly, not pushy, and always offering activities. They were amazing with children, and the mini disco was the best we’ve seen so far, with all the staff putting their heart into it. Evening entertainment suited all ages, and we especially enjoyed the beach party.
Negatives:
While most of the staff were lovely and smiley, the reception team was disappointing (except the lady who did our check in efficiently on the evening we arrived and explained everything). On several occasions when I asked questions, they seemed abrupt and in a hurry, even when no one else was waiting. The biggest drawback was the food. It really needs improvement and is the main reason for the lower rating. Most meats were dry, with little variety. Even simple dishes like Greek salad were below standard. The buffet was very pork-heavy, which made it difficult for us on some days since we don’t usually eat pork. Desserts were the worst part, mostly inedible, just cream and jelly-like options. The wine was also very low quality.
Another issue was cleanliness of the public bathrooms, especially those near the pool. They were not well maintained, and I even saw a cockroach in one of them. Our room also had these tiny worm like snakes (apparently harmless and called ”blind snakes”) We first thought it was one that lost her way but we ended up finding one or two everyday and getting them out. We did ask someone to come and sort it out, but they told us they were harmless and didn't do anything other than getting them out.
We love the sustainability concept and appreciate that they grow their own vegetables, but unfortunately, we didn’t see this reflected in the meals. It made us wonder if it might be a bit of a waste of time and money, since the menu didn’t seem to highlight those fresh, organic fruits and vegetables.
As a whole, we felt everything about the hotel except the food was great but on this basis, we wouldn't come again.

DDutemplarTolle Last-Minute-Reise. Tolles und freundliches Personal. Da die Saison fast zu Ende war, waren ein paar Kleinigkeiten nicht perfekt, aber für einen Urlaub Ende Oktober durchaus verständlich. Das Buffet war insgesamt gut, abwechslungsreich und im Gegensatz zu einigen anderen Orten, die ich kürzlich gesehen habe, wurden die warmen Speisen routinemäßig ausgetauscht, um die Speisen frisch zu halten.
Ausgezeichneter Preis und wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

ИИрка-путешественницаОчень приятный отель, у которого есть только один недостаток, который, впрочем, можно одновременно считать и достоинством: он находится немного в стороне от ближайшего городка Мастехери. Добираться пешком в светлое время суток легко и приятно: вдоль моря ведет красивая тропа. Но вот после наступления темноту придется ехать или на такси, или идти по темноте. Тропа вдоль моря и частично проход по дороге не освещаются.
В отеле всегда вкусный и очень разнообразный завтрак ”шведский стол”. К сожалению, я многое не ем, но то, что все же ем, мне очень нравится. Есть и разные виды омлетов, много овощей, грибы, оливки, фрукты, закусочные бутербродики с помидорами и сыром (высший пилотаж!). Это из того, что я ем)) А еще - много всякой выпечки, пирожных, сосиски, ветчина... Короче, голодным никто точно не уйдет, даже я со своими ограничениями и диетами😄
Номера уютные, чистые, на ресепшн приятные, вежливые работники.
Территория красивая, бассейн огромный, как зеркало, повсюду живописные пальмы. Море рядом, пляж шикарный, закаты показывают каждый вечер по расписанию один лучше другого)
