Clean & comfortable stay with excellent service and facilities. Great for families. Hotel lobby was cosy with sufficient seats for guests. Rooms size are big and I enjoyed the shower room music the most. This was a challenging trip for me as I brought my aged parents back to Wenchang to visit our relatives. Due to my dad’s age, size and mobility challenges both hotel staff 服务经理陈 and 维修工程师assisted us. Thank you so much. I have recommended this wonderful hotel to my friends and Hainanese relatives. If I do go to Wenchang again文昌麗枫酒店 with be my top choice.

Beim Einchecken bezahlte man eine weitere 100rmb, um auf ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Gebäuden zu aktualisieren, das zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung nicht verfügbar war Trip.com. Das Zimmer war ziemlich geräumig und das Frühstück hatte eine ziemlich schöne chinesische Spannung. Die Lage des Hotels ist auch sehr nahe dem Bahnhof. Einer der Betten war jedoch sehr schmutzig, mit verrückten Haaren und anderen seltsamen Faden auf. Es konnte nicht gestört werden, eine Schaltfläche für nur einen Nachtaufenthalt zu erhalten, aber das war ganz unerwartet angesichts der Sauberkeit des Rests des Zimmers. Es gibt auch keine Komfort-Shops in der Nähe des Hotels, aber dies wurde durch die Tatsache verringert, dass Sie grundsätzlich für alles, jederzeit, die Lieferung anfordern können und das Hotelrobot würde es in Ihr Zimmer bringen. Ein weiterer Punkt - es gibt keine Haarkonditionierer und der Shampoo geliefert, während gut geurt könnten Sie Ihre Haare ein bisschen trocknen. This is a newly opened hotel. The room was extremely clean and the toiletries were of good quality so there was no need to use my shampoo, conditioner, bath lotion etc. The air conditioning system was adjustable to suit one's preference and this is a good feature especially when outside temperatures were 36 and above. The water pressure in the shower room was very strong and gives a soothing experience. The room also came with good quality Chinese tea bags, teapots and Chinese tea cups. There is a local restaurant next to the hotel that serves local dim sum throughout the day. The only drawback if any, is the hotel location which is located outside the town centre.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. We used the clean and spacious lobby extensively with visiting guests. We also had a memorable visit at this hotel because we could view the Wenchang satellite space launch from the dining hall balcony located at the 10th floor.

Zimmer n Hotel im Allgemeinen sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Unser Zimmer hat Balkon gegenüber dem Fluss. 2 Einzelbetten, 2 Bettwäsche, 2 Sofas, 1 Desk mit Stühle, 4 Kissen, sauber und komfortabel. separate Badezimmer/Toilette, große Größe, Bad & Gesichtstühle, Fußbodentücher mat. Std Ausstattung, aber Papierbecher. Einzelzimmer-Slips, aber keine Badezimmer-Slips. Wasserabwasser gut. Frühstück wenig Wahl, nicht so gut. Besser zu essen in Lao Ba Cha wenige Türen weg. Viel Parkplatz. Gute Lage. Schön, den Fluss zu machen. Nachtmärkte ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Einfach zu bussen.

Ausgezeichnet! Ich liebe es, den Strand direkt neben der Tür mit einer Reihe von Nahrungsmittelstangen neben den Coconut Palmen (Ich hatte so gute Erfahrung, alles außerhalb zu versuchen, dass ich das Hotelrestaurant nicht verwendet, obwohl es gut aussah). Super freundliches Personal überall, einschließlich sehr hilfreiche Jugendliche an der Rezeption. Pool & Fitness waren auch gut. Extrem sauber.

Ich habe dieses Hotel für seine Nähe zum Qishui Bay Beach und den Preis gewählt. Die Gebäude sind alle modern, hell und sauber. Mein Zimmer war ein Freude: geräumig und mit Klimaanlage in sowohl Wohn- als auch Schlafzimmer. Es gibt einen Fitnessraum mit Gewichten und Laufmaschinen, und ein anständiges Waschraum an das. Das Frühstück war frisch und hatte eine vernünftige Variante. Als ich besuchte (Mai 2025) gab es nur ein paar Restaurants unmittelbar in der Nähe des Hotels, aber viele Familienrestaurants sind etwa 12-minute Fuß entfernt, in Richtung der Stadt nach Westen. Besonders dankbar für das Personal, Divan, der mit mir in Englisch gesprochen hat und sehr hilfreich war. Neben Divan waren alle Mitarbeiter warm und willkommen.

A 3 star hotel, definitely not 4 or 5 stars on the website.Never to stay here again, very bad service at the restaurant and horrible breakfasts.

A hotel within a massive block ( shared with other hotels). Check in was easy and the room huge and clean. Unfortunately the area is a bit depressing with closed restaurants and lots of empty buildings. There is not much to do and the beach was littered in rubbish and seaweed. So I only stayed one night instead of two. Changing the booking was really easy.

Aijing International Hotel in Wenchang 2024/02/06-08 Front desk not really helpful. Just want you to go as it was the whole time ”OK, OK...” and ”I'll take you to your room”... But no help with luggage, nor an answer if the kitchen would have something for me to eat... I sent my list of allergies (gluten, dairy, egg, honey and soy) to the hotel's wechat the evening so that they could give it to the kitchen... First room: The fridge was not cold. Bathroom floor wet and entrance floor dirty 😰 The manager came and was friendly and helpful. He helped me with my luggage to another room 8505, which was larger. Here the fridge was also not really making cold and switched off when going out. They couldn't give an extra card for electricity. In the morning the manager showed me the different food at the buffet that I could eat, but I never received the pork etc, he promised the previous evening, for breakfast nor answered my message when I asked if I should wait for it... For breakfast I could eat the fruit and in a steam basket a piece of corn-on-the-cob, sweet potato, yam and taro. They also had corn flakes. Interesting they had 3 milk options: cow milk, soy milk and coconut milk... The second evening I spent an hour on Wechat with reception to find out if the kitchen could prepare something for me with my allergies - I did give it the previous evening.... Then I went for a walk on the beach... When I came back, they hadn't prepared the fish! The manager gave me a coconut with a straw to drink the juice... So I only wasted my time to find out if they could prepare something - I did give them my list in Chinese of what I cannot eat...😰 Luckily I always have some food with me... The fish tanks are outside the dining room so you can choose your fish fresh.... As in most places in China 😊 Swimming pool was empty. Good comfortable beds. Down duvets. Nice spacious room with little balcony, but balcony has a concrete wall, not glass to see through... From the premises you go directly onto the beach! Very nice quiet environment away from the crowds! After the fireworks at 21:00 the outside lights were switched off and then you only hear the sea... If you do not have transport, it is a bit far, but if you want to go and rest for a few days, away from crowds, then this is a good place 😎🤠🌻🏝️🏖️ Thete are charging facilities for electric cars... @
