Das Hotel ist in der allgemeinen Umgebung sauber und die Service-Einstellung ist sehr gut. Der Rezeptor für den Vordertisch war freundlich und enthusiastisch, das Zimmer war komfortabel und das Gesamtdesign war einfach und großzügig. Die Vielzahl der Frühstücksmöglichkeiten ist reichhaltig und der Geschmack ist gut, was die Menschen sehr zufrieden fühlt. Allerdings ist die Klangfestigkeit des Zimmers etwas schlecht, und der Klang aus dem angrenzenden Zimmer kann klar gehört werden. Ich hoffe, das Hotel kann die Lärmbelastung verbessern und die Unterkunftserfahrung verbessern.

The hotel is in a good location, making it very convenient. I usually book rooms with windows but tried a windowless room this time due to the lower price. Ultimately, I still prefer having a window. During my stay, the air conditioning in the room was not functioning well. However, the ground staff were incredibly fast to respond. They came to my room immediately, adjusted the settings, and offered a room change if it didn't improve in 10 minutes. I was too tired to change rooms. The temperature did get slightly better, though it was still not quite up to my expectations. On the positive side, the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The excellent, helpful service from the staff is a major plus point for this hotel.

Das ist ein neues Hotel. Dekor einfach und schön. Zimmer war sauber und geräumig. Personal ist freundlich. Lage ist nicht im Stadtzentrum, so die Umgebung war ruhig. Aber Sie können immer noch etwas Essen innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß finden. Es gab auch eine Massage in der Nähe. Wir haben die Einrichtungen nicht benutzt, so dass wir keine Kommentare zu tt. Insgesamt mögen wir dieses Hotel.

Staff friendly ,budget hotel in good location and nice and clear . A few good restaurants around .night time is walking around is safe .

Kurzbusfahrt von Wenchang Eisenbahn zum Hotel. Gute Lage, neben dem Fluss. 7 Stockwerke mit 1 Aufzug. Waschmaschine hat 1 kommerzielle Trockner und 1 Waschmaschine, sehr effizient. Zimmer n Hotel im Allgemeinen sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Unser Zimmer hat Balkon gegenüber dem Fluss. 2 Einzelbetten, 2 Bettwäsche, 2 Sofas, 1 Desk mit Stühle, 4 Kissen, sauber und komfortabel. separate Badezimmer/Toilette, große Größe, Bad & Gesichtstühle, Fußbodentücher mat. Std Ausstattung, aber Papierbecher. Einzelzimmer-Slips, aber keine Badezimmer-Slips. Wasserabwasser gut. Frühstück wenig Wahl, nicht so gut. Besser zu essen in Lao Ba Cha wenige Türen weg. Viel Parkplatz. Gute Lage. Schön, den Fluss zu machen. Nachtmärkte ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Einfach zu bussen.

This place actually had quite a charm and we really liked it and felt it was good value for money. Be warned though, this is through and through an older chinese resort showing signs of decay and might not appeal to everyone. The breakfast was non diverse, but actually good. The reception speaks no English, but they did the check in/out fast. We got a free upgrade to family room which was nice. The room itself was ok, beds were fine, balcony looked over a garden. It had some weird design choices, like the crystal surrounded fan that emits light through out the night or the bath shutters being bolted to prevent opening, but nothing problematic for us. Location is really good, for Qionghai at least. Nested between the main street and the seaside street filled with pretty(and overpriced) bars and restaurants. Pool was actually good, not the cleanest, but it several different depths including 1.7m one which is really rare to see. The reception and some signs will tell you the beach is dangerous and not swimmable but only danger there are annoying buggies driving back and forth constantly. There are no life guards on the beach so nobody will bother you if you go for a swim and a lot of people indeed do. The waves are strong though so be ready for it. There are fireworks on the beach. Qionghai itself is not that interesting to warrant another stay, but if we ever go to Qionghai again I would choose this place.

這個房間的性價比真的好高，上下兩層各有一個大床，幹事分離的洗漱空間，衞生間坐便，淋雨房完全獨立，完全適合一家人兩個大人，兩個孩子，兩位長者的出行住宿需求，而且上下層都有沙發，電視。不過為了長者能休息好，我們還是單獨定了一個房間。 前台和李經理辦理入住給了我們貼心的遊玩意見，感謝服務員的熱情，感謝Susan，Peter，Mia，Bella，謝謝大家，祝福你們越來越好哦

A 3 star hotel, definitely not 4 or 5 stars on the website.Never to stay here again, very bad service at the restaurant and horrible breakfasts.

酒店位置離高鐵站有一些距離，在椰林一號公交站附近，邊上有這個地區非常出名的一家吃文昌雞的店，步行過去大概1km左右。如果來文昌剛好能趕上火箭發射的話，住在這裡是一個非常好的選擇。出來到公交站前，會有接駁車，來回直接坐接駁車就好了，也不至於搞得很累。如果要帶小孩子玩沙子玩海，也很方便。目前覺得比較遺憾的是酒店的泳池不是常年開放。
