GGastnutzerRein & komfortablen Aufenthalt mit hervorragender Service und Einrichtungen. Groß für Familien. Hotellobby war gemütlich mit ausreichenden Sitzplätzen für Gäste. Zimmergröße sind groß und ich genossen die Dusche-Zimmer-Musik am meisten. Dies war eine schwierige Reise für mich, da ich meine älteren Eltern nach Wenchang zurück brachte, um unsere Verwandten zu besuchen. Ich möchte diese Gelegenheit nutzen, als Kwen Hotel, Service Manager und Wartungsingenieur für den außergewöhnlichen Service während unseres Aufenthalts. Aufgrund des Alters, der Größe und der Mobilitätsprobleme meines Vaters haben uns sowohl der Hotelpersonal Service Manager als auch der Instandhaltungsingenieur unterstützt. Vielen Dank. Ich habe dieses wunderbare Hotel an meine Freunde und Hainanese-Verwandten empfohlen. Wenn ich wieder in Wenchang mit meiner besten Wahl gehen.

GGastnutzerEs ist fast 17 Uhr im Hotel, die Gästezimmer sind noch nicht vollständig ausgerüstet, es gibt viele Gäste, das Personal ist wirklich beschäftigt, es sieht sehr gut aus, der Service ist auch sehr geregelt, aber es fühlt sich immer weniger als andere Mitarbeiter des gleichen Hotels, die sich enthusiastisch freuen, die Wenjiang-Hühner, die Hühner, die nächste Station in der Seekammer.

LLinjiadexiaopangDie Leute sind sehr bequem zu verbringen, es gibt besonders viele Unterkünfte (kostenlos), die Umgebung im kleinen Bereich ist sehr gut, die grünen Bäume sind umgeben, sowohl im kleinen Bereich als auch im kleinen Bereich sind sehr komfortabel. Leider hat der Raketenfeuer nicht geholfen.
Das Zimmer ist groß, zwei Zimmer und zwei Wächter, eine Familie ist sehr bequem zu leben.
Hygiene: Sehr sauber, die Wäsche ist sehr sauber, der Balkon ist auch sauber.
Einrichtungen: Alle Innenleuchten sind voll, das Warmwasserspeicher ist sehr komfortabel.
Die Türen und Fenster sind etwas alt, aber sie können akzeptiert werden.

VVlad the TravelerThis place actually had quite a charm and we really liked it and felt it was good value for money. Be warned though, this is through and through an older chinese resort showing signs of decay and might not appeal to everyone. The breakfast was non diverse, but actually good. The reception speaks no English, but they did the check in/out fast. We got a free upgrade to family room which was nice. The room itself was ok, beds were fine, balcony looked over a garden. It had some weird design choices, like the crystal surrounded fan that emits light through out the night or the bath shutters being bolted to prevent opening, but nothing problematic for us. Location is really good, for Qionghai at least. Nested between the main street and the seaside street filled with pretty(and overpriced) bars and restaurants. Pool was actually good, not the cleanest, but it several different depths including 1.7m one which is really rare to see.
The reception and some signs will tell you the beach is dangerous and not swimmable but only danger there are annoying buggies driving back and forth constantly. There are no life guards on the beach so nobody will bother you if you go for a swim and a lot of people indeed do. The waves are strong though so be ready for it. There are fireworks on the beach.
Qionghai itself is not that interesting to warrant another stay, but if we ever go to Qionghai again I would choose this place.

OOtautahianI chose this hotel for its proximate to Qishui Bay Beach and the price. The buildings are all modern, bright and clean. My room was a delight: spacious and with air-conditioning in both the living room and bedroom. There is a gym with weights and running machines, and a decent laundry room attached to that. Breakfast was fresh and had a reasonable variety. When I visited (May 2025) there were only a couple of restaurants immediately near the hotel, but many family-run eateries are about a 12-minute walk away, towards the town to the west.
Special thanks to staff member, Divan, who spoke with me in English and was very helpful. Aside from Divan, all the staff were warm and welcoming.

Front desk not really helpful. Just want you to go as it was the whole time ”OK, OK...” and ”I'll take you to your room”...
But no help with luggage, nor an answer if the kitchen would have something for me to eat... I sent my list of allergies (gluten, dairy, egg, honey and soy) to the hotel's wechat the evening so that they could give it to the kitchen...
First room:
The fridge was not cold.
Bathroom floor wet and entrance floor dirty 😰
The manager came and was friendly and helpful. He helped me with my luggage to another room 8505, which was larger.
Here the fridge was also not really making cold and switched off when going out. They couldn't give an extra card for electricity.
In the morning the manager showed me the different food at the buffet that I could eat, but I never received the pork etc, he promised the previous evening, for breakfast nor answered my message when I asked if I should wait for it...
For breakfast I could eat the fruit and in a steam basket a piece of corn-on-the-cob, sweet potato, yam and taro. They also had corn flakes.
Interesting they had 3 milk options: cow milk, soy milk and coconut milk...
The second evening I spent an hour on Wechat with reception to find out if the kitchen could prepare something for me with my allergies - I did give it the previous evening.... Then I went for a walk on the beach... When I came back, they hadn't prepared the fish! The manager gave me a coconut with a straw to drink the juice...
So I only wasted my time to find out if they could prepare something - I did give them my list in Chinese of what I cannot eat...😰 Luckily I always have some food with me...
The fish tanks are outside the dining room so you can choose your fish fresh.... As in most places in China 😊

Nice spacious room with little balcony, but balcony has a concrete wall, not glass to see through...
From the premises you go directly onto the beach!
Very nice quiet environment away from the crowds! After the fireworks at 21:00 the outside lights were switched off and then you only hear the sea...
If you do not have transport, it is a bit far, but if you want to go and rest for a few days, away from crowds, then this is a good place 😎🤠🌻🏝️🏖️
