## Review of Homestay in Tianjin / 天津民宿评价 I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful homestay in the 杨柳青 area of Tianjin, and I can't recommend it highly enough. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel is very nice, clean, and comfortable — perfect for both leisure and business travelers. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the river and main attractions. The front desk ladies were especially helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. Their great service made my stay even more pleasant. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Tianjin!

Wir haben im Hotel Nostalgia S Hotel Tianjin Jinwan Plaza übernachtet und hatten insgesamt einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist hervorragend und praktisch, insbesondere um die Stadt zu erkunden und sich bequem fortzubewegen. Dank der strategischen Lage sind nahegelegene Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einrichtungen gut erreichbar. Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und komfortabel. Ein kleiner Hinweis zur Badezimmeraufteilung: Dusche und Toilette sind getrennt, das Waschbecken befindet sich außerhalb beider Bereiche. Diese Anordnung mag für manche praktisch sein, könnte aber je nach persönlicher Vorliebe etwas unpraktisch wirken. Das Frühstück war gut und bot eine abwechslungsreiche Auswahl. Die Mitarbeiter waren während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts höflich und freundlich. Insgesamt war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt in einer großartigen Lage.

Dieses Aufenthaltserlebnis ist weit über die Erwartungen! Das Hotel Frühstück ist reichhaltig und raffiniert, und es gibt viele Arten von frischem Obst, kleinen Teigpackungen und frischem Obst, Joghurt und Weizen. Jetzt sind die Eier und Bacon-Aroma, die mit Brot und Obstsaft kombiniert sind, reichhaltig und ernährungsgleich. Das Frühstücksumfeld ist warm und elegant, die Service-Personal-Einstellung ist freundlich und macht die Menschen sich im Allgemeinen heimlich bequem und warm fühlen. Das Frühstück ist nicht nur ein Geschmack, sondern auch eine Quelle der Tagesdynamik, stark empfohlen!

Mein Aufenthalt hier war einfach fantastisch! Alle Mitarbeiter waren professionell, höflich und hilfsbereit. Das Ambiente war sehr angenehm und einladend. Meine Butlerdame Vivian, äußerst serviceorientiert und detailverliebt, hat einen großartigen Job gemacht und meinen Aufenthalt im St. Regis auf ein ganz neues Niveau gehoben. Sie hat mich sogar einen Tag vor meiner Ankunft kontaktiert. Ich würde das St. Regis auf jeden Fall wieder besuchen und es meinen Freunden, die einen wirklich luxuriösen Aufenthalt suchen, wärmstens empfehlen!

Awful, terrible and unbelievable! Extremely disappointed with this hotel! Originally we booked another hotel in the city centre, but after considering that we only had around 18hours for the stay due to our flight connection, we decided to book a hotel nearby the airport. We booked our room that was with the window facing hallway. When we entered, we were happy about the room's cleanliness and its new interior, although they only offered the basic amenities that were toothbrush and a hair comb. They were good enough for us as we had our own other toilet amenities like ear buds. They also offered two types of tea bags. After checking-in, we left the room and went out. Then the nightmare started after our return. First of all, after using the toilet, the toilet could not be flushed and was blocked. In addition, the air conditioning in the room was not giving cold air but rather only giving heat. We had to call to the reception. We understood that it was late in the night, around 1am mid night, so we expected no one would be able to fix the toilet and though we only had a few hours ie 5hrs to be in the room before checking out, reception asked us to change the room. We informed about the air conditioning as well and what we got told was we had to turn on the air conditioning for which we did. The answer was not helpful. They changed our room to another room which was just right next door to the original one. The air conditioning situation was the same. (Photos were attached, pls note the temperature in the room) As we mentioned earlier, we had to leave hotel by 630am and we didn't bother to ask any question again. Obviously, we could not sleep due to the heat in the room. Secondly, we left the room and went down for the pick up. Hotel offered free drop off/pick up service to/from the airport and shared with others. We appreciated that service. However, if knowing our pick up service was shared, shouldn't the hotel check in advance if the vehicle had enough space to accommodate all suitcases?? As if the hotel wanted to provide this thoughtful and heartfelt service. No one asked when we booked the drop off service. The vehicle on that morning was only shared by another guest with his one suitcase. We could not accommodate our four suitcases including 2big and 2small suitcases. Though the driver insisted his vehicle could fit. It took time to arrange the space on that vehicle neither we would get comfortable by sitting in such limited space. We did not want the other guest to wait. We decided to call our own transport which was fine as the cost was often at a good price in China. Lastly, knowing our departure from the hotel would cost us to miss the breakfast provided by the hotel, when we checked in, we purposely declined to receive the breakfast vouchers. However, the hotel was nice enough to provide a take away bag with breakfast for us when we checked out. But the most hilarious thing was that they only provide One breakfast and the fact that we should entitled TWO breakfast. Once again, if the hotel wanted to provide such a thoughtful and heartfelt service, they would have done the job better rather than just giving and not doing them properly neither in a much detailed efforts. All of these led us to write our first lifetime negative comment. We hate to do it but we had to express how terrible it was on our first time visit and stay at this hotel in Tianjin. PLS NOTE: Our room reached 30 Degrees Celsius and the so called Air Conditioning was ON.

Die meisten Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett, zum Beispiel die Restaurantleiterin, die junge Dame im Dessertbereich und eine Reinigungskraft mit langen Haaren. Beim Frühstück erkannten wir eine grüne Dattel nicht und fragten die Reinigungskraft beiläufig. Sie nahm sich die Zeit, es für uns auf ihrem Handy nachzuschlagen, sehr hilfsbereit. Die Zimmerausstattung ist ziemlich komplett, aber etwas veraltet. Der Griff auf der Innenseite der Toilettentür war kaputt und wurde nicht repariert. Die elektronische Waage hatte keine Batterie. Der Föhn war etwas laut und selbst nach dem Ausschalten der Klimaanlage war noch ein Brummen zu hören, was den Schlaf etwas beeinträchtigte. Trotz dieser kleinen Mängel war das Gesamterlebnis gut und entsprach dem Preis.

Zunächst zum Check-in-Erlebnis: Für jemanden, der normalerweise nur in Luxushotels übernachtet, war es makellos und höchst zufriedenstellend. **Lage**: Wer Tianjin besucht, findet hier zweifellos die perfekte Unterkunft, da das Hotel nur wenige Gehminuten von den wichtigsten Touristenattraktionen Tianjins entfernt ist. **Check-in-Bewertung**: Von dem Moment an, als wir eintraten, war jeder Aspekt äußerst zufriedenstellend: die Atmosphäre, der Geruch und das Ambiente der Lobby sowie die herzliche Einstellung des Personals. **Zimmerbewertung**: Als ich die Zimmertür öffnete, schien die Sonne herein, und in der Ferne ragten Hochhäuser empor. Ich brühte eine Kaffeekapsel auf, sank ins Bett, lehnte mich ans Kopfteil und schaltete den Fernseher mit Musik ein, deren Klang den Schlaf- und Badezimmerraum umhüllte. Abends, zurück im Hotel, bestellte ich einen kleinen Drink, sah mir die Silvesterfeierlichkeiten an und legte die Reisemüdigkeit ab. **Essensbewertung**: Das Frühstücksangebot war reichhaltig genug. Meine Eltern genossen köstliche Wan-Tans, und die Kinder aßen leckere Desserts. Als ich mich für Kaffee anstellte, bot ein Mitarbeiter aktiv an, mir an einer anderen Maschine einen Kaffee zuzubereiten, der mit dem eines Cafés vergleichbar war, ganz anders als der eisgekühlte Americano aus einem Vollautomaten. Meine Frau und ich schrieben aktiv unsere Bewertung auf die Notizzettel im Zimmer. Ich schrieb, dass ich sehr zufrieden war, und sie schrieb, dass wir beim nächsten Mal wiederkommen würden. Frohes neues Jahr 2026. Diese Reise nach Tianjin wurde durch das Four Seasons Hotel noch perfekter!

Das ist mit Abstand das schlechteste Fünf-Sterne-Hotel, in dem ich je übernachtet habe. Ich hatte dieses Hotel gebucht, weil es ein Fünf-Sterne-Hotel im Stadtzentrum ist und schon länger geöffnet hat. Daher rechnete ich zwar mit einem gewissen Standard, aber so schlimm hatte ich es mir nicht vorgestellt. Das erste Zimmer war unglaublich heiß, fast so heiß wie die Tiefgarage. Ich dachte, die Klimaanlage sei gerade erst eingeschaltet worden und die Temperatur im Zimmer noch nicht gesunken, aber nach einer halben Stunde war es immer noch genauso stickig, und ich schwitzte noch mehr. Ich sprach das Personal an, und man sagte mir: „Es liegt nicht daran, dass die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert; es ist eine zentrale Klimaanlage, und die Anlage ist alt.“ Kurz gesagt: Die Klimaanlage war nutzlos, und der einzige Weg, das Zimmer zu kühlen, war der Ventilator. Das Personal war jedoch sehr hilfsbereit und half mir, in eine Suite umzuziehen. Die Temperatur in dieser Suite war deutlich angenehmer als in der vorherigen, aber ich musste trotzdem den Ventilator laufen lassen, um schlafen zu können. Den Geräuschpegel, den ich neben dem Bett gemessen habe, kann man sehen. Dann passierte etwas noch viel Merkwürdigeres: Neben dem Bett befand sich ein Hauptschalter. Ich drückte den Hauptschalter, und obwohl alle Lichter im Zimmer ausgingen, ließ sich mein Handy nicht aufladen. Also begann ich, den Schalter von außen nach innen zu testen, und es dauerte weitere fünfzehn Minuten, bis das Licht zum Schlafen angenehm war. Und als ich morgens aufwachte, war ein Spalt in den Vorhängen, den ich nicht schließen konnte! Die Sonne schien mir direkt ins Gesicht! Das ist das erste Mal, dass ich eine so lange Hotelbewertung schreibe; ich bin wirklich sprachlos. Ich verstehe beim besten Willen nicht, wie dieses Hotel fünf Sterne bekommen konnte.
