"Twinstar is very near Taichung TRA Station. Buses are also nearby. Malls and Shopping area is also nearby.
I felt shortchanged when the photos show the veiw of the Taichung Station and a City View but received a room with wall of the Taroko Mall.
The breakfast hall and rooms are a bit underwhelminh in terms of aesthetics, the cleanliness may also be questionable but their staff are friendly and attentive. I find the suppprt staff always available."

"Aufgrund der Nähe zum Fengjia-Nachtmarkt ist dies unser dritter Besuch in diesem Hotel. Das Zimmer ist sauber, aber die Zimmerpflege könnte besser sein. Die Temperatur der Klimaanlage lässt sich nicht regulieren. Der Blick aus dem Fenster ist enttäuschend, da man nur die Wand des anderen Gebäudes sehen kann.
Das Hotelpersonal ist höflich und der Service ist ziemlich tadellos.

"Es ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof Taichung entfernt. Die Landschaft ist wunderschön, vor allem die Nachtaussicht. Es ist sehr leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen Direkt dort. Das Essen in der Nähe ist sehr gut, besonders die „Tielu Street“ ist eine Empfehlung wert. Ich werde das nächste Mal, wenn ich nach Taichung zurückkehre, dort übernachten und es meiner Familie und meinen Freunden empfehlen. Besonders die Frühstückskellnerin, Frau Li, ist es wert Sehr professionell und lobenswert. Es ist ein wunderbares Reiseerlebnis."

Only weird quirk was not providing some form of hand soap. Still, a 10/10 hotel and there isn’t any place I’d rather stay the next time I visit Taichung!"

"Während unseres Aufenthalts gab es eine Promotion, aber das Front Desk gab uns nicht das Geschenk während unseres Einchecks. Nur als wir das Promotion Flyer in unserem Zimmer sahen und gingen um das Front Desk zu fragen, dann gab es uns das freie Geschenk. Neben dem oben, ist das Hotel großartig! Das Toilette im zweiten Stock ist sehr sauber. Meine Kinder lieben den Spielplatz und den Schiebeplatz. Ich kann sehen, dass der Gräser und das Fenster gut gepflegt und gereinigt wurden. Die Schalter sind auch sauber! Kleine Details werden sehr gut betreut. Es ist auch sehr nahe dem Taichung-Station. Wählen Sie dieses Hotel nochmal!"

"I stayed at this hotel 3 times, the first time I thought it was clean, the cleaning service cleaned the bed and rearranged it, the sheets were all tidied up. The floor was clean, for the 2nd and 3rd stays I was very disappointed, the cleaning service was lazy and careless in tidying up, the sheets and blankets were not clean and were not rearranged, they were left scattered, and the 3rd stay, the cleaning button had been pressed but the cleaning service gave the excuse that there was no green button that we pressed, deliberately not cleaning even though we went out in the morning to go for a walk and we returned to the hotel at 1 pm to rest, and it still hadn't been cleaned even though we had really pressed the green button so it would be cleaned because it hadn't been cleaned, please reprimand the cleaning staff again, check the rooms one by one. because the cleaning service worked carelessly. We were very disappointed!"

"Ich fühle, dass Sof ein wirklich gutes Designkonzept hat. Das offene Konzept im Spaziergang zu unserem Zimmer, wirklich bringt die besondere Vibe dieses Hotel aus. Allerdings fehlen die Einrichtungen. Es gab keine Bidet und Zahnpasta.
Die Lage ist nicht perfekt, da es das rote Lichtbezirk Taichung war. Einige ********** können sich nahe am Hotel befinden."

GGastnutzerFirst thing , need to thank the counter staff Ona for her good recommendation. My friend who had an accidental fall in the bathroom of the hotel needed medical attention. We wanted to go to the nearest hospital, which there was one near the hotel, but Ona on understanding my friend’s condition, suggested to go to the orthopaedic clinic which is just a stone throw aqua from the hotel. We could just walk there to have her condition examined very quickly ! Had we gone to the hospital A&E not sure how long we would have to wait ! So special thanks to Ona for being proactive and enquire more about the needs of the customers and giving the good advice !
My friend stepped on the door frame of the bath room shower and it was slippery after her room mate had a bath. Would suggest the hotel to paste an anti slip on the shower room door frame
Around the hotel is a great massage place call 湯 村。this place is slightly more expensive but hotel guest has 10 percent discount . The other foot massage parlours around are not as good as this one which has a private room for customers and the staff there professional . Would be great if the hotel could work with this place to get an even greater discount for hotel guests.
For breakfast those that love traditional Chinese breakfast of porridge with condiments would love it ! Those the prefers western would be disappointed !
Hotel is very strict about late check out. For guests staying for more than one night , I think the hotel should be more generous especially if the checkout is on Sunday as I expect there would not be so many guests Sunday to Monday
Overall the stay was comfortable, even for their standard room they have shower with bath tub, a small table with sofa .. this is very considerate , as in Taiwan , it a always great to buy late night supper from the night market and eat in at the hotel room ! There are convenience stall around the hotel and even a place selling ********* style barbecue

SSIN LEE SENG AUTO PARTS SDN BHDZum Frühstück gibt es kein Buffet. Seit 3 Tagen ist es gut, aber ich esse immer das Gleiche. Ich kann nur 3 Sorten Getränke, 3 Sorten Brot, 3 Sorten Füllungen, 2 Fleischsorten und 1 Vegetarisches auswählen. Das ist wirklich eine Verbesserung. Außerdem roch das Zimmer am ersten guten Tag stark nach Alaun und am ersten Tag war das Schlafen schwierig. Außerdem konnten mir weder das Hotel noch Trip eine gute Lösung bieten. Ich habe insgesamt 5 gebucht
Ich habe versehentlich ein zusätzliches Zimmer gebucht, aber sie haben mir weder eine Rückerstattung noch eine Verzögerung gewährt, noch ein Upgrade für das Zimmer durchgeführt oder die Differenz bezahlt. Ihre Antwort an mich war offiziell und ermüdend.
Die Gesamtbewertung beträgt 2,5/5. Ich kann nicht zu viel geben.

Motel, jedes Zimmer verfügt über einen Parkplatz (Garage) unten und die Treppe hinauf zum Zimmer. Wenn Sie sperriges Gepäck haben, achten Sie darauf, nicht meine Zimmerkategorie zu buchen. Es gibt auch andere Zimmerkategorien, die wie Hotelzimmer über Aufzüge erreichbar sind.

GGastnutzervery convenient location as it's about 1 minute walk from kaohsiung main station. it's a self checkin guest house, and you get your check-in information by either email or line messenger after you send your passport photo (for foreigners). i stayed here a few times. it's clean and comfortable and has good value for the money.

JJgoh81Firstly, the hotel management has strong empathy allowing me to cancel 1 night last minute due to family issues that I have to check out 1 day earlier.
But to my surprise, Check in timing is surprisingly at 4pm.
Gym facilities is under renovation but did not prior inform the guest upon check in.
On Trip.com, stated open 2023 which is very misleading that the hotel was newly renovated or newly built. But the rooms are old but luckily not rundown and rooms are clean.
