We chose this hotel primarily for its proximity to the Shantou railway station. The night prior, we stayed at a nearby Hampton but had a disappointing experience, so this was our first stay with a local Chinese chain brand. Check-in was smooth and efficient, although no English was spoken at the front desk. We had requested a higher-floor, quieter room via WeChat in advance and were initially assigned Room 602. Upon entering, the room appeared clean and well-maintained. However, we encountered an unusual and inconvenient issue with the Wi-Fi. Guests are instructed to turn on the TV to access the Wi-Fi password, but we discovered that the TV must remain on in order for the Wi-Fi to function. This was confirmed by multiple staff members, including what appeared to be a front desk supervisor. This setup was quite disruptive, as the TV screen is bright and cannot be dimmed, and the work desk is positioned directly in front of it. To their credit, Ms. Lin—responded promptly and offered to move us to another room (also 602, but with a different layout). The new layout was more practical, with the desk positioned at a 90-degree angle from the TV, which helped mitigate the issue somewhat. That said, the second room had its own drawback: there was a noticeable gap in the window, which allowed in road noise. Since we stayed over the weekend, traffic noise and honking were quite noticeable at night. In addition, we heard neighbors chatting and laughing past midnight. Lotion could be a nice addition too. A small humidifier with scented oil definitely gave a zen touch. Aside from these two issues (Wi-Fi dependency on the TV and sound insulation), the overall stay was comfortable. As a gesture of goodwill, the hotel provided complimentary breakfast. While we are not typically breakfast eaters, we did try the noodle station. The offerings were entirely Chinese-style. One suggestion would be to label the protein options more clearly (in Chinese or English), as we observed multiple guests asking staff about them—one of which turned out to be pig’s heart. Overall, this was a good introduction to a Chinese domestic hotel brand. I learned that they got a few locations in Europe. While there are areas for improvement, particularly in technology setup and soundproofing, the service recovery effort and general room quality made for a satisfactory stay.

A solid, modern choice for a short trip. The property is fresh and has some really cool features, like the robot that delivers food directly to your doorstep—it's a very convenient and cool touch. Highlights: Love the dual-pillow options (soft/hard) and the 24-hour front desk that helps manage the laundry for you. We were also grateful for the free room extension until 1 PM. Drawbacks: No ground-floor staff to help with bags since the lobby is on Level 2. Wi-Fi signal is weak, and the breakfast is the same every day (though there are many eateries nearby). Smells: You’ll notice the wet market smell outside and the strong essential oil scent in the lobby, but it’s manageable since you aren't at the hotel lobby all day.

Die Zimmerreinigung war außergewöhnlich gründlich; kein einziger Wasserfleck auf dem Tisch, die Bettwäsche knitterfrei und selbst der Abfluss geruchsneutral, sodass ich mich rundum sicher fühlte. Die Mitarbeiter waren durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit, sodass ich mich sofort wie zu Hause fühlte. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal, in der Nähe eines Einkaufsviertels, mit Restaurants und Geschäften in fußläufiger Entfernung; die Zimmer sind zudem gut schallisoliert, ruhig und friedlich. Dieses herzliche und detailverliebte Hotel verdient jede positive Bewertung, und ich habe es bereits meinen Freunden empfohlen. Every staff member I encountered – from reception to housekeeping – went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their friendliness, efficiency, and genuine hospitality really made me feel valued as a guest. They also help to receive my taobao delivery of parcels. Well down for all staff. The hotel’s room & lobby cleanliness is well-maintained. My room felt fresh, tidy, and inviting, with thoughtful touches that showed the care and attention put into daily upkeep. The housekeeping team did an amazing job, and I truly appreciated their promptness and consistency throughout my stay. The location is also a major highlight – conveniently situated near key attractions located in shantou old city , dining options, yet peaceful enough for a restful night’s sleep. It made exploring the area effortless, and I could easily return to the hotel for a quick rest before heading out again. The amenities exceeded my expectations. The facilities were modern, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed to cater to both leisure and big group of families. From the helpful lounge areas to the private VIP big room facilities, and in-room conveniences, everything was in place to make my stay both enjoyable and productive. Overall, my experience here was nothing short of excellent. It’s rare to find a place that delivers consistently on all fronts – cleanliness, service, location, and amenities – but this hotel truly does. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for their dedication and kindness. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I look forward to returning in the future.

Ich kam am Morgen um zehn Uhr ans Hotel, dachte, ich konnte nicht übernachten. Die Rezeption-Frau Schwester ist super gut, um zu sehen, ob ich ein Zimmer habe, das ich bearbeitet habe. Der gesamte Prozess ist geduldig und vorsichtig. Wenn ich ins Zimmer bin, ist das erste Gefühl groß!!!! Und sauber, die Zimmertür trägt eine Anti-Schließvorrichtung. Die Dusche ist trocken und ist gespalten! Es gibt einmalige Zahnfleisch, Schalen, Schalenschneide, aber die Schalen sind nicht einmalig, es gibt eine Adresse. Die Tischregion ist super lobenswert, die Sofas haben alle. Wenn zwei oder drei Menschen zusammen sitzen, ist es sehr bequem, das Hotel zu verkaufen 👍🏻, und ein kleiner Kühlschrank, ich habe nichts mit dem Gefrierfach, das ich nicht fertig bin, zu essen, um zu brechen. Die Waschraum im zweiten Stock, es gibt drei Waschmaschinen und Trockner, brauchbar! Der Bus ist sehr bequem und billig, das Hotel ist nicht weit vom Busbahnhof entfernt.

Alles in Ordnung, insbesondere der Service und das Frühstücksmahl. Die beste Frühstücksauswahl für alle Hampton Hotels von Hilton habe ich verblieben . Fantastisch bleiben! Großes Zimmer, große komfortable Betten, Klimaanlage sehr gut funktioniert. Bequem zu bekommen didi. Viele gute Restaurants und Cafés rund um , haben sogar einen MacDonald’s im Erdgeschoss. Der Gastgeber ist großartig. Keine Lobby, sondern einfach zu checken und zu checken. Der Gastgeber beantwortet unsere Anfrage schnell. Auch Wäscheservice ist kostenlos. Sehr empfohlen

Abends können Sie ins Hotel zurückkehren und sich eine Kanne Dancong-Tee zubereiten – genau die richtige Entspannung für einen gelungenen Chaozhou-Urlaub!

Der Service war schrecklich. Wir blieben zwei Tage. Als wir am ersten Tag um 4 Uhr antraten, war das Zimmer nicht sauber und die Mitarbeiter sagten, sie waren an diesem Tag sehr beschäftigt und baten uns, im Lobby zu warten. Am zweiten Tag kamen wir nach einer ganzen Tagestour um 5 Uhr zurück, die gleiche Situation passiert. Keine Hausaufbewahrung wurde getan. Die gleiche Entschuldigung gegeben uns . Dies ist eine der schlimmsten Unterkunft, die ich in China gehabt habe. Das Personal ist nicht willkommen.

Schöne Ausstattung, moderne Infrastruktur und zeitgemäße Zimmer. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das westliche Frühstück war eher enttäuschend und beschränkte sich auf etwas Obst, Brot und Omelett – nicht einmal Tee oder Kaffee waren vorhanden. Waschservice und Wäscheservice sind nicht verfügbar. Eine Waschmaschine steht zwar im zweiten Stock zur Selbstnutzung bereit, aber die im Angebot genannten kostenlosen Leistungen werden nicht angeboten. Insgesamt ein guter Aufenthalt.
