GGastnutzerWir sind sehr begeistert von diesem schönen Hotel. Bereits im Eingangsbereich wird man mit einem angenehmen Duft und einem Rosenbouquet begrüßt. Der Portier war überaus freundlich und der Service war grundsätzlich sehr angenehm. Das Zimmer hatte eine angenehme Größe (45qm) und war zu dritt genau richtig. Man konnte die Fenster öffnen und hatte eine schöne Sicht auf die Umgebung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

GGastnutzerThis was my first time staying at a Mercure hotel and I was not disappointed. This new hotel opened in April. I usually stay at less expensive hotels but I was attending a festival at Luogang Central Park and wanted to find accommodations nearby. It was a short walk from the hotel door to the festival gates. I could see the stages from my room. The service at the hotel was the best that I have ever encountered. I was immediately greeted by the guest services agents. Sally, the front office manager, assisted me as I checked in. She speaks excellent English. Sally assisted me by entering the hotel address and room number into *******. The food was delivered to my room by robot. Sally and the staff at the front desk made sure that everything about my stay was as perfect as it could be. On day two, I ordered ******* again. The food never arrived. As I do not know any Chinese, Sally helped me by talking to the vendor and delivery driver. She spent two days (even after I had checked out and gone home) to make sure that I got a full refund from *******. For some reason, I could not rent a phone charger from the machine in the lobby (that is a problem on my end not a problem with the machine). One of the guest services agents on duty rented the charger for me and I paid her when I returned the charger. My room was beautiful! I had a corner room with windows on two sides. I enjoyed a long soak in the tub each day. The toilet came with a remote control that I translated. There were a few minor things about the room that could be improved. 1. The refrigerator was stocked with free beverages. However, there were no sugar free sodas. The water bottles are smaller than what I am used to and there were only two bottles of regular drinking water in the room. The maid and front desk were happy to supply me with more when asked. 2. The telephone sits on the bedside table that is in the far corner of the room. You have to walk around the bed to reach it. The phone would be more accessible on the side of the bed closer to the sitting area. I don't usually use the hotel phone but you do get a call when the robot comes to your door. 3. To open and close the curtains, you press the button next to the bed. The corner room has large windows on both walls. There is no way to only open the curtain on one side of the room. The morning sun was too strong from one window so I used a chair to prop open the curtains on the other window. 4. There is a lack of foreign programming on the television. Other hotel chains that I use have a free English movie station like HBO or Cine-Max. I travel with a USB stick that has some movies saved on it in case the hotel does not offer such programming. However, the original TV remote is not supplied in the room and there is no way to change the TV input from their satellite box to the USB port. I did not have my laptop with me. I inquired with Sally at the front desk but there was nothing that she could do. There was an option to order pay per view movies. 5. The next problem is my error. I put the paper do not disturb sign on the door. I did not realize that there was also a button on the light switch that turns on a green light outside of the door when you want the room cleaned. I accidentally turned on the light. The maid walked in on me without knocking first. She was very kind and apologetic. I did not use all hotel amenities. I did enjoy the wine, coffee, and snacks in the front lobby. I also ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant each day. There was a nice variety on the breakfast buffet that changed daily. I found the laundry room to be clean and comfortable with a small sitting area. It is located near the fitness room and restaurant. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again if I am in the area. The small issues that I mentioned above are just minor inconveniences and nothing that can't be corrected or worked around. Based on my stay here, I would also try other Mercure hotels when traveling.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, mit vielen guten Restaurants auf der Tür des Hotels und einfacher Zugang zum Stadtzentrum, wenn erforderlich. Die Hotelzimmer sind groß, gut ausgestattet und immer sehr sauber, was ein Kredit für den sorgfältigen jungfrauenservice im Hotel ist. Die Einrichtungen im Hotel sind alles, was ich bei der Geschäftsreise benötigen, und das Hotelpersonal ist respektvoll und verständlich von meinem besetzten Zeitplan, helfen mit allen Anfragen, die ich habe, einschließlich Hilfe mit Waschbecken, wenn ich besetzt bin. Die Mitarbeiter reagieren schnell und positiv auf alle Bedenken oder Hilfen, die erforderlich sind, und nichts ist zu viel für sie. Sie bereiten einen guten Kaffee in der Lobby, die mir den Tag beginnt, und das Frühstück ist gut und organisiert. Es gibt viele positive Dinge über dieses Hotel, aber das Personal - Sie sind immer glücklich, freundlich, hilfreich, positiv und effizient, was macht meine Zeit sehr einfach und reibungslos, auch wenn wir nicht die gleiche Sprache sprechen. GGastnutzerA Hotel You Literally Have to Find Underground Hefei South Railway Station I arrived in Hefei at night, impressed by China’s almost legendary punctuality — something my own country once specialised in, long ago. The airport shuttle glided through wide, perfectly straight roads lined with glowing skyscrapers. A good start. Then I reached Hefei South Station, opened Trip.com, and was told: “Your hotel is right here.” Technically true — but only if you know it’s directly underneath your feet. After wandering around the huge empty square, a very kind police officer rescued me, pointed to a lonely elevator in the middle of the plaza (it looked more like modern art than an entrance), and down I went into the hidden world below. The hotel is built inside the station itself — small clusters of rooms tucked between luggage areas and service corridors. From reception to my room it was about 300 metres of underground sightseeing. My VIBRAM-soled hiking boots even stuck to the floor at first (someone must have spilled a bottle of very enthusiastic orange soda), but the cleaning staff fixed everything with great care and many smiles. Breakfast was the most unforgettable part: served inside a convenience store full of police officers and station staff queueing for their morning noodles. No English menu, lots of friendly confusion, and eventually I received three cold eggs and a massive seaweed-wrapped rice block the size of two fists. I decided to spare myself — life is too short for certain experiments — and found a latte upstairs instead. Summary What I liked: Unique location inside the station Clean rooms Very friendly staff Great price Be aware: Entrance is hard to find (think: treasure hunt, but underground) No English spoken Breakfast not ideal for foreign travelers Verdict A memorable stay — perfect for Chinese-speaking guests or adventurous travellers who enjoy stories as much as comfort. If you don’t speak Chinese: bring patience, humour and your own breakfast.

Das Zimmer ist warm und komfortabel, die Details sind so aussagekräftig. Bei der Rezeption für den Aufenthalt, hat das Personal enthusiastisch und intim empfohlen, um die lustigen Orte zu sein. Dieses Novotel hat die beste Seeaussicht. Die Entfernung zum Chaohu See ist nicht weit. Mieten eines Autos ist die beste Wahl. Diese Lage ist fast die Ecke der Servicebereiche der gemeinsamen Elektrofahrräder. Es gibt viele Händler in der Nähe dieses Novotel. Es ist sehr bequem, Lebensmittel und tägliche Lieferungen zu kaufen. Das ist wirklich eine unvergessliche Reise. Nächstes Mal würde ich dieses Novotel wieder auswählen.

By reserving two rooms in the same hotel, my mother could rest comfortably in her own space, and I was able to spend time with my boyfriend according to our schedule without making anyone feel uncomfortable. What I appreciated most was being able to respect and balance both relationships — family and partner. The hotel staff handled the check-in process and room assignments smoothly, and both rooms were clean and well-maintained, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. Having two rooms in the same hotel also made it very convenient to move around and go back and forth as needed. For anyone traveling with family while also needing some personal time, this arrangement can definitely be a thoughtful and practical option. There seem to be slightly more international visitors than Korean tourists in Hefei, so I decided to write this review in English.
