Das Hotel liegt in einem Dorf mit atemberaubender Landschaft. Morgens beim Erwachen wirkt die nebelverhangene Atmosphäre fast traumhaft. Das Essen im Restaurant ist köstlich, der Service der Kellnerinnen exzellent, und abends wird sogar eine traditionelle Teezeremonie am Kamin angeboten. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und einladend.

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Aussichtspunkts, sehr praktisch. Die Umgebung ist sauber und einfach. Der Chef und seine Frau sind sehr nett und höflich. Der Chef hat uns auch zu dem Aussichtspunkt geschickt, der Service war großartig.

Spacious room, clean .very helpful assistance from the staff , away from bz street , with the price offer it’s already above par ! If you like happening area can just walk across the road side and u will have the same amount of treatment towards huangguoshu side . Well done hotel !

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt im Hotel. Das Frühstück im Hotel war köstlich, mit vielen Variationen. Im chinesischen Restaurant kann man auch à la carte bestellen. Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, ganz in der Nähe des malerischen Gebiets Huangguoshu. Es gibt viele Restaurants sowie verschiedene Snacks und lokale Gerichte. Sie können während Ihres Aufenthalts im Hotel auch Essen zum Mitnehmen bestellen. Das Lobby-Design des Hotels ist besonders schön. Es enthält Elemente der berühmten malerischen Orte von Guizhou. Erwähnenswert ist auch der Service an der Rezeption. Der Service von Lan Gaoxu an der Rezeption ist sehr gut, rücksichtsvoll, aufmerksam, herzlich und aufmerksam. Das Hotelzimmer ist hygienisch und sauber, die Betten sind ordentlich und die Toilettenartikel und Badezusätze sind sehr nützlich. Ich werde beim nächsten Mal wiederkommen.

I only stayed at Anshun Huangguoshu Manxin Hotel for one night, but the exceptional service I received made my visit truly memorable. Throughout my stay, Miss Wu was incredibly warm, professional, and attentive. She was always polite, patient, and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Miss Wu helped me arrange my visit to the spectacular Huangguoshu Waterfall .The hotel also has a dedicated Huangguoshu Waterfall service counter in the lobby, where guests can get information and assistance with any questions, making the entire experience very convenient. One of the biggest advantages of the VIP package is that the shuttle bus picks you up directly from the hotel lobby and takes you to the various scenic spots around Huangguoshu Waterfall. This made sightseeing effortless and stress-free. On my return journey, I encountered some difficulties arranging transportation back to Anshun Railway Station. Once again, Miss Wu stepped in to help. She patiently assisted me in finding a suitable transport option and ensured I could get back to the station without any hassle. Her willingness to help, even after my sightseeing trip, demonstrated genuine care for her guests. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Miss Wu for her outstanding hospitality and exceptional customer service. She truly made my trip much more enjoyable and worry-free. I highly recommend Anshun Huangguoshu Manxin Hotel to anyone visiting Huangguoshu Waterfall. The hotel's excellent service and caring staff made all the difference.

Diese Unterkunft ist ein Paradies auf Erden! 😍 Die Lage ist traumhaft, eingebettet zwischen der Schönheit der Natur und der beeindruckenden Baling-Brücke, die ein Meisterwerk menschlicher Baukunst darstellt. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb der Stadt und von Restaurants, aber das Personal informiert Sie im Voraus, sodass Mittag- und Abendessen vorbereitet werden können. Für mich war es die perfekte Auszeit inmitten der Natur. ✨ Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen und komme auf jeden Fall wieder. 🩵🩵🩵 ⚠️Buchen Sie unbedingt die Zimmer mit Badewanne! 😍

Nach zwei Tagen verstehe ich endlich, warum dieses Fünf-Sterne-Hotel nicht unter den Top Fünf ist. Es liegt nicht nur an der Lage. Erstens ist das Hotelmanagement katastrophal, und zweitens funktionieren die Smart-Home-Systeme des Hotels überhaupt nicht. Am ersten Tag bekamen wir ein Zimmer gegenüber dem Housekeeping-Büro. Gegen 8 Uhr morgens öffneten die Reinigungskräfte die Tür und fingen an zu streiten – so laut wie auf einem Markt. Das ging bis 10 Uhr so. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Wer es nicht besser wusste, hätte gedacht, wir wären bei ihnen zu Hause. Am zweiten Tag bat ich um ein anderes Zimmer. Es war kleiner, was schon schlimm genug war, aber gegen 22 Uhr, während ich duschte, kam ein Anruf von einer Essenslieferung. Wir hatten nichts bestellt, was mich ziemlich beunruhigte. Ich trocknete mich schnell ab und öffnete die Tür. Vor mir stand der Roboter, zwei Zimmer weiter. Warum rief er mich an? Ich meldete mich an der Rezeption, und man sagte mir, man würde sich darum kümmern, sobald der Roboter weg sei. Aber!!! Gerade als ich gegen 23 Uhr eingeschlafen war, kam die nächste Essensbestellung. Mir stockte der Atem. Ich ging nach draußen und sah den kleinen Roboter immer noch vor dem Zimmer stehen. Ich meldete mich erneut an der Rezeption, aber man bot mir nur mündliche Unterstützung an, ohne wirklich etwas zu unternehmen. Weil gegen Mitternacht wieder eine Essensbestellung kam, war ich kurz davor, auszurasten. Am nächsten Tag musste ich sechs Stunden nach Hause fahren und konnte kein Auge zutun. Ich beschwerte mich erneut an der Rezeption, zog dann den Stecker und endlich kehrte Ruhe ein.

The hotel design and rooms, lighting are all comfortable. Really credit to the brand four points. However, the staff ..... We have reservations for 3 rooms, however, at check in, we were only given room cards for 2 rooms.and upon correction, had to wait for the 3rd room key... At dinner, the beef soup noodles arrived one hour after we ordered, with almost no soup but a huge bowl of dry noodles, we had to ask for soup to be added... The beer order was missed. The Bolognese pasta tasted very weird that we ordered for kids, hope the meat was fresh. We asked to order a dessert from the menu and was told everything (all desserts, e.g. tiramisu, brownie, cheesecake etc) were sold out. We mentioned all these comments to the manager upon paying, and the manager merely said noted. And after 5 seconds when we were leaving she took out a cheesecake for us... We thought the desserts were sold out.... ? Thirdly, , we joined membership and asked the hotel reception to book our next stay with Sheraton at Guiyang, however to our horror after we left the hotel, we received an email saying 3 rooms at this huangguishu hotel is booked instead. We have already paid. Now we are still on our trip and had to call the hotel and ask them to cancel the wrong booking. Even though on the phone they said they would, (no apologies by the way), we still receive no confirmation on the cancellation of the wrong booking... So still have to use long distance call to reach this hotel again today. Forthly, the breakfast room and food choices are excellent. And most staff are hardworking. However, all hot water (the lemon water two hot water flasks) were left empty without top up despite requests. There was a staff funnily enough just hid in one of the breakfast rooms to avoid work.... Love four points design and hardware, but software really awkward experience.

Shengfeng Hotel was our first stop in Anshun City and marked the beginning of our 10-day journey through the truly amazing Guizhou Province. From check-in to check-out, our experience was consistently pleasant, and we stayed at the hotel for three comfortable nights. We are especially grateful to Xiao Wang at the front desk, whose engaging personality, accommodating attitude, and exemplary service quality made a genuine difference to our stay. His professionalism and warmth set the tone right from the start. The hotel’s location was ideal for our needs. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, well-equipped with all essential amenities, and exceptionally good value for the very reasonable price. Despite being centrally located, the room was quiet and peaceful, allowing us to enjoy restful sleep every night. Breakfast was another highlight, offering a wide variety of options that catered well to different tastes and provided a great start to each day. This hotel is particularly well suited for overseas travellers, as its location offers a wonderful opportunity to explore the city and experience everyday life like a local. In addition to visiting the nearby Gufu Street night market, with its tempting array of culinary delights, we also explored the morning market close to the hotel. There, we interacted with street vendors who were friendly, welcoming, and happy to engage. We were genuinely touched by the warmth and openness of the people of Anshun. Speaking some Mandarin certainly helped us connect more meaningfully with the locals and enriched the experience even further. This Hotel also served as an excellent base for visiting some truly incredible attractions, including the majestic Huangguoshu Waterfall, the historic Tunpu medieval army garrison, and the world-famous, record-breaking Huajiang Bridge. Each excursion was easily accessible and added to the overall convenience of staying here. Will we stay at this hotel again on our next visit to Anshun? Absolutely, without hesitation. Our sincere thanks once again to Xiao Wang for making our stay so memorable.
