Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Aussichtspunkts, sehr praktisch. Die Umgebung ist sauber und einfach. Der Chef und seine Frau sind sehr nett und höflich. Der Chef hat uns auch zu dem Aussichtspunkt geschickt, der Service war großartig.

Our family of five – one grandma, 80+years old, two adults and two teenagers, had a wonderful time at Huangguoshu (Yellow Fruit Tree) in Guizhou. Huangguoshu Waterfall is the largest waterfall in Asia, which is 67 meters high and 83.3 meters wide. The whole Huangguoshu scenic area comprised of 18 waterfalls, making it the world’s largest waterfall cluster. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The breakfast fried noodle was our favourite. After the daily adventurous outing to the national park, we enjoyed the nice shower and were able to sleep soundly at night, the room is clean and new, outside environment was peacefully quiet. On the day of departure, our self-pre-arranged transporter changed the vehicle from a 6-seater SUV to a 21 seater bus, which we rejected. Thankfully, the hotel manager helped to call up his transport contacts and was able to arrange a comfortable 6-seater vehicle to get us to Anshun Railway Station. The staff at the hotel are all local people, so they know the place and the people well. This boutique hotel is highly recommended. Our family of five bring back with us wonderful memories of our stay here. Here is something we liked about the room And facilities : - T.V. : Projection TV for family room, unique experience - Bath: strong water pressure, give good shower - Toilet: sensor self-flushing - Towels: single use bath towels and facial sheets, replenishable - washing machine: first time I stayed in the hotel provide in-room washing machine!! Is super convenient -Fruits complementary at the lobby: fresh from the farm peach , lychee, Chinese red bayberry (Myrica rubra, also called yangmei (simplified Chinese: 杨梅) -Transport: complementary transfer to and from hotel to Huangguoshu entrance, any timing

This hotel was superb. Well situated about 15 minutes taxi ride from the main train station. It was clean, excellent value for money, close to a variety of restaurants, cafes and all kinds of shops and services. Whatever you needed fixing or to buy you could most likely get it done close by the hotel. The staff did everything they could to make my stay enjoyable and  to help me with services, getting directions to restaurants, shops or helping to get anything I required for my journey out of town given my very limited Chinese language ability. Staff were polite and friendly and always just a phone call away to assist. The rooms were spotless and cosy with a good outlook from the windows onto the surrounding buildings. Room service staff were also friendly and lovely people as were other staff who came to assist  in making more bookings on my final night. I would highly recommend this hotel.

this is the best place in anshun west you can stay in!! the old couple running the place are very sweet and friendly, and they treated me like family while i was living there insisted that i eat their home cooked meal so that i didn’t need to go out in the rain to buy lunch, which i thought it was really sweet of them! old lady was very nice to talk, and talking to her made me feel like i was talking to my grandma also had car booking services to different parts of guizhou if you need and it’s really affordable and she upgraded my room to a 2 floor one because it was off peak! only regret is that i couldn’t stay there longer

Das Hotel ist strategisch günstig gelegen, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Besucherzentrum Huangguoshu entfernt. Es gibt einen privaten Parkplatz, der kostenlos ist und für Selbstfahrertouren nicht geeignet ist. Außerdem gibt es einen Aufzug, der zum Transport von Gepäck geeignet ist. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und hell, die Sofasitze sind brandneu, die Bettwäsche ist bequem und sauber und Warmwasser steht rund um die Uhr zur Verfügung. Der Chef war sehr nett, aufmerksam und rücksichtsvoll und hat uns sogar zum Besucherzentrum gefahren. Sehr empfehlenswert 👍

First I must praise the phenomenal service provided by the Anshun Xiayun Grand Hotel! Kudos to the sweet lady receptionist who checked us in, helped us to get a reliable driver to take us to the Pingba cherry blossom farm & relayed messages from us to the driver as we had difficulty contacting him on WeChat. Thus we succeeded in our quest to view the acres of cherry blossoms in all their spring glory! The hotel was well maintained with full amenities and we enjoyed staying in our smart room. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. Outside the door & nearby was a night market with a good spread of delicious local food. All in all we were perfectly satisfied with our stay here.

So ein toller Aufenthalt im Huangguoshu Boying Hotel! Die Vibe ist super cool ruhig und gemütlich, aber buchstäblich nur ein Stein aus dem Wasserfall. Major Sieg für Lage! Sauberkeit? Punkt. Das Zimmer war sauber, zero Beschwerden. Die Einrichtungen sind auch solideAlles arbeitet, kein Drama. Aber die echte MVP? Der Service. Die Front Desk Crew war absolute Legendensuper warm, immer glücklich, zu helfen, und sogar gab uns einige Profi Tipps, um die Menge zu überspringen. Totale Lebenssparer! Ehrlich gesagt, so gut für Geld. Wenn Sie Huangguoshu treffen, machen Sie sich einen Gefallen und buchen Sie hier. Ich werde sicher zurück sein!

Das Zimmer ist sauber und sauber, besser als erwartet, die Rezeption und die Sauberkeitstüte sind sehr gut, enthusiastisch und aufmerksam, nach allem, was das Hotel erfahren hat, sind für ihren Service sehr gut. Das Frühstück hat Guizhou-Merkmale und ist sehr lecker. Weil das Hotel gerade seinen Geburtstag begegnen musste, nachdem es wieder im Hotel ging, bereitete es speziell die Geburtstagskarte und Schokolade. Ich sehe es sehr warm und danke für Ihren Service. Dieses Hotel ist es wert, Ihnen empfohlen zu werden.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. We chose the hotel based on good reviews from past guests and its proximity to the minibus station from Anshun and the shuttle bus to the waterfall park. However, we were surprised that hot water is only available from 1930 - 2230! And even when conforming to their time frame, we had to call each time to inform them that no hot water was coming. A staff member would then show up on our floor to turn on the hot water. Secondly, our room was downgraded from top floor to the lowest floor, and the reason being it was low season and they only have that one floor in operation. Last but not least, no housekeeping was performed during our 3 day stay - trash was not cleared, toilet paper and water were not replenished until we called and requested it. The hotel seemed to be functioning with very minimum staff in attendance. The front desk lady who checked us in was very efficient in replying to our numerous messages and sorting out the problem. One positive comment: basic breakfast offered was good. The soup noodle was tasty.

Wenn Sie auf den öffentlichen Verkehr verlassen, dieses Hotel wurde nicht empfohlen. Es ist etwa 3.5km entfernt von Anshun West Railway Station, sicherlich nicht in Fußabstand.Yaxi Tots an der Station mindestens doppelt so hoch wie Didi. Die Auswahl an Restaurants im Hotel ist sehr begrenzt, also essen Sie in Anshun Town, bevor Sie wieder zum Hotel zurückkehren. Auf der anderen Seite wird der Personal, ein männliches Personal (entschuldigen Sie, dass ich nicht seinen Namen erhalten) für mich didi genannt. An der anderen Gelegenheit, ein Herr Wu bot, mich zum Bahnhof zu fahren, für einen kleinen Gehalt. Kudos für diese 2 Gentlemen und auch für das Gegenpersonal.
