Hotels in Santiago de Chile mit Frühstück

This is a good hotel to stay in Santiago, great location, clean/prompt room service, fairly new facilities. But not yet living to the claim of ”the best” hotel in Santiago from my experience. I travelled with my family of 2 seniors, 2 adults and one 2yo toddler. I booked two rooms for two nights - delux king with view (1110) and club level king (1704). After check in, the experience is flawless: prompt room service, extremely friendly and accommodating staff and modern facility. Not to mention the views! However, pre/post check-in experience needs some polishing and made my experience imperfect: - staff did not help at all when we arrived: no one helped us at all when we arrived in a uber (black) with 2 big luggage and a crying toddler at the hotel door. there is a bellboy holding someone elses' luggage and a security-looking guy in black suit standing there near our car. But no other guests they needed to attend to. They both just stared us from when we get out of our car, trying to grab the toddler that's running around crying, getting two big luggages from the trunk until half way into the revolving door. No one opened/held the car door, or even asked if we needed any help, they just stood there staring at us for the whole period! (maybe we were underdressed for the best hotel?) I almost thought their job was not to help guests out of their cars but apparently not the case with other guests. - check out took so long and no special consideration for guests in a rush:They made a mistake in my final bill so I had to go through the line and talk to someone instead of dropping off the keys. even though I mentioned I have a flight to catch I still had to stay in the queue with other guests that are checking in. I was delayed by a good 20 minutes.... there was a long line but only 3/4 counters were used though there are plenty of staff. Everything else was perfect. But being one of the most expensive hotels in Santiago I certainly expect a better experience with the above two points.

I loved this hotel! The staff was really wonderful and accommodating. Juan was at the front desk each morning with a greeting of ”Good Morning Madame.” Nicolas was very helpful in arranging my stay prior to the visit, which was helpful. Every staff member was really friendly and accommodating. They served a small breakfast buffet in the main level each morning, even cooked eggs to order if you'd like. I went to this country traveling as a solo female. This was a nice location because it's walking distance to several restaurants and a lovely park. I felt completely safe in the area. My favorite was the Peruvian restaurant! I had this amazing seabass dish with scallops and calamari with a sauce on top. This was all on a bed of risotto. Chilian wine...fantastic! I wasn't familiar with this region's wine and was surprised at how good it was. My meal, paired with a lovely Chilian Sauvignon Blanc Reserve was so delicious that I went back and had the same thing the next night. There is also a hill about a mile away that has the Christ statue, that is very walkable. There is a Japanese Garden on the hill. If you can't walk there, there is a funicular and the Uber car service worked just as it does in the US. One tip, if you're from the US or North, the maps will be backwards on Google. Just google directions to get them in the direction you're going. I got lost the first day until I did my Google search on how to fix. The only problem I had was the language. Very few people speak English. I even went to a restaurant, fine dining at a park, quite lovely, but nobody spoke English and the menu was only in Spanish. To make matters worse, my phone died! Be prepared with how to use Google Translate, that will help, but if your phone dies, you're dead in the water. I found it very hard to communicate with people, which would not have been as bad had I not been traveling alone. I found it to be very isolating. I even took a tour with an English-speaking guide. I thought great, now I can chat with people, but NO! It was a guide who spoke Spanish, then translated to Portuguese, then English. I was the only English-speaking person on the bus. The museums, a few are only available in Spanish so no point going to those if you don't speak Spanish. Other than the language barrier, I had a lovely time. My highlight was my hotel and the staff!

Das Zimmer war nicht nur äußerst sauber und komfortabel, sondern auch modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Besonders begeistert hat uns die Liebe zum Detail, die sich in der gesamten Gestaltung des Hostels widerspiegelt. Auch das Frühstück war ein echtes Highlight: Die Auswahl war vielfältig, alles frisch zubereitet und geschmacklich hervorragend. Ein perfekter Start in den Tag! Vielen lieben Dank

Ein Standard-Hotel mit modernen und sauberen Zimmern. Der Rezeption war sehr hilfreich (Danke, Olaf), das Restaurantmenü war wie üblich überpreist (aber Sie haben wirklich keine andere Wahl in der Nähe). Für den kostenlosen Shuttle-Service sollten Sie sich im Voraus anmelden, entweder auf dem Empfangsbüro oder über die Kommunikation auf dieser Website (die Sitze auf dem Shuttle-Van sind begrenzt). Der Shuttle verlässt alle Viertel (15 Minuten) über eine Stunde (20.15, 21.15 und so weiter) vom inländischen Terminal (suche nach der rosa Spalte außerhalb der Ankunft) und jede Stunde (20.00, 21.00) vom Hotel.

這次我們一家四口入住四人房。第一眼感覺房間不算特別大，但發現設計真的非常用心，空間規劃得十分巧妙。我們4個人、4件大行李加4件小行李都能各自找到合適的位置，完全不會擁擠或凌亂，活動空間也很自在。細節處處體現貼心與實用，讓我們住得舒適又安心。 對家庭出遊來説，這樣的空間安排真的非常加分。既能滿足收納需求，也能保有彼此的舒適距離。整體體驗非常滿意，是一家我們願意再次選擇、也會推薦給家庭旅客的酒店。

Loved this hotel! I don’t like standard chain hotels, so this was perfect for me. Situated in a very safe and convenient area. Only took an Uber twice, one from the Funicular and the other time to the airport. We walked every else. Located right next to the Sculpture Garden and walking distance to the gondolas and downtown! The staff were so sweet and helpful. We were told once we checked in we were now family! The lady from the breakfast room got all teary when I told her we were leaving. They gave us great advice as to where to go and even had a handheld scale to weigh our bags! There is no elevator, so be aware of this if you have heavy bags or can’t do stairs. My sister hated the shower, I loved it. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. The only issue, which to me was not important, but might be to you. They are very environmentally conscious in Santiago, so the towels were not a crisp white, but were clean and useable. The bar was also good, but food service took awhile, but when it finally came it was very good. The coffee in breakfast room was fabulous! Water in lobby 24/7. Desk manned 24/7. They buzz you in and out, which I liked. The front desk clerk was going off duty, but waited for me to help me weigh my bags. Would I stay there again? In a heartbeat!! Just FYI tourist areas are mostly closed on Mondays. So no hop on hop off bus and no gondola. But the Funicular was running.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Sommelier Loft. From the moment I arrived, the staff were outstanding—warm, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Santiago, with easy access to shops, restaurants, public transport, and cultural sites. The room was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable. I loved the modern loft design, large windows, and thoughtful touches like the coffee machine and mini fridge. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and despite the central location, the room was quiet and peaceful. Everything felt clean, secure, and well maintained. What truly stood out is the great value for money—considering the quality of the service, location, and comfort, it exceeded my expectations. I felt relaxed and well cared for during my entire stay. I’d definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santiago.

Dies ist eine Geschichte von 2 Teilen über 2 Aufenthalte 11 Tage getrennt. Der erste Aufenthalt war ziemlich gut, wir hatten ein Zimmer im 17. Stock, wo die Ansichten waren erstaunlich Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Die Dusche ist ein Kunststoff-Insert und sehr schleifend, wenn nass. Der Duschekopf war groß, aber viele der Löcher waren blockiert, aber effizient genug. Das Wi-Fi war gut, das Frühstück war OK. Wir hatten dort zum Mittagessen als Teil einer Gruppe und es war sehr arm. Der Steak war wie Gummi. Das Bett war sehr fest und sehr hoch am Boden. So insgesamt war dieser Aufenthalt ziemlich gut. Allerdings kam der Aufenthalt No2 auch. Dieses Mal war das Zimmer auf dem 3. Stock, so dass die Ansichten von Klimaanlagen waren in Ihrem Gesicht, aber kein Problem. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt gab es zwei wichtige Fragen. Das Boden war sehr schmutzig, die Füße endeten schwarz nach einer Dusche. Die zweite Frage ist, dass das Zimmer in der Haushalte neben den Aufzügen gelegen war. Die ganze Nacht gab es laute Musik, die unser Zimmer durchdringte, was Schlaf schwierig machte. Wir rangierten den Nachtmanager, aber er konnte nichts tun, weil er nicht wusste, wo der Ein-/Ausschaltschalter war. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass Sie keine Zimmer rund um die Aufzugsfoyer buchen.

Meine Frau und ich waren vor vier Jahren für unseren Hochzeitstag hier. Es scheint, als ob der Ort die gleiche geblieben ist, was kein Kompliment ist. Das Zimmer wurde getaucht, aber keine Slips wurden uns gegeben. Die Klimaanlage würde laut und zufällig während der Nacht, die mich wachbrachte, buzzen. Aus irgendeinem Grund mussten Badewanne drainhalter beantragt werden, und die zwei Nächte, die ich für eine beantragt habe, wurde mir gesagt, sie waren alle raus. Ich verbrachte zwei Nächte, um ein Bad zu nehmen, um sich zu entspannen, und ich konnte es nicht. Die Aufzüge sind extrem alt und müssen ernsthaft ersetzt werden - die Tür würde vor uns geschlossen, wenn wir auf eine warten und ich wurde einmal von den Türen gefangen. Das beste Teil dieses Hotels ist das Frühstück. Es hat eine große Vielfalt und die Qualität der Obst und Geschmack ist ausgezeichnet. Das Personal ist auch sehr nett.

J'ai passé une excellente nuit dans cet établissement ! Tout était parfait du début à la fin : accueil chaleureux, chambre propre et confortable, literie de qualité et ambiance calme. Le petit déjeuner inclus mérite une mention spéciale : très complet, varié et délicieux, avec des produits frais et bien présentés. Je recommande vivement cet établissement, un excellent rapport qualité-prix !
