Das Hotel ist vom Flughafen in 20-30 Minuten erreichbar und liegt an einer größeren Straßenkreuzung. Mehr können wir über die Lage leider nicht sagen, weil wir das Hotel aufgrund von Quarantäneregelungen unseres Reiseanbieters nicht verlassen durften. Die Zimmer sind groß, ansprechend eingerichtet und haben eine große Fensterfront mit tollem Blick über die Stadt und in die Berge. Trotz der großen Straßen vor dem Hotel ist vom Straßenlärm kaum etwas zu hören. Das Bad ist groß mit separatem WC und einer Tropendusche. Alles war sehr sauber, die Betten bequem. Der Service ist hervorragend. Aufgrund der Quarantänereglungen mussten wir zweimal auf dem Zimmer essen; sowohl Bestellung als auch Lieferung funktionierten sehr problemlos und schnell. Alle Hotelmitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Auch der Zimmerservice war in einer kurzen Phase, in der wir das Zimmer verlassen durften, sofort zur Stelle. Auf dem Zimmer stehen täglich mehrere kleine Flaschen Wasser kostenlos zur Verfügung. Sowohl das Essen, das wir über den Zimmerservice bestellt haben, als auch das Essen auf der Terrasse eines der Restaurants war sehr gut und reichlich, die Preise für Hotelessen moderat. Das Frühstücksbüffet (das man auch auf der Terrasse einnehmen kann), ist sehr gut, mit großer Auswahl. Man muss sich die Sachen zwar vom Büffet geben lassen, was aber hervorragend funktioniert. Der Pool ist sehr groß und als Lagune mit großem Wasserfall angelegt, umgeben von zahlreichen Liegen mit Schirmen, allerdings nicht beheizt und deshalb ziemlich kühl. Ansonsten liegt der Pool in einem kleinen Garten, in dem man ein klein wenig spazieren gehen kann.

tolles, exklusiver Designhotel in ruhiger Lage im Finanzdistrikt von Santiago de Chile. Das zur MARRIOTT Gruppe gehörende Hotel befindet sich in einem modernen Hochhaus, in welchem in den übrigen Stockwerken noch Penthouse-Suiten untergebracht sind. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich sehr viele Restaurants und Bars. Zu Lobby gelangt man in die mittleren Stockwerke des Gebäudes per Fahrstuhl. Das Interieur von Lobby, Frühstücksraum und Restaurant ist sehr stylisch und designed. Der Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auf Grund meines Marriott-Status bekamen wir ein Upgrade in ein sehr schönes Corner-Zimmer mit toller Aussicht. Die Zuschnitt des Zimmers war sehr großartig mit einer großen Badewanne mitten im Zimmer. Das Zimmer war zusätzlich mit einer modernen Kaffeestation ausgestattet. Durch Covid-19 konnte das Frühstück leider nur auf dem Zimmer serviert werden, war aber trotzdem sehr reichhaltig. Auf dem Dach des Hotels befindet sich der mittelgroße Pool und eine kleine Cocktailbar. Ebenfalls auf dem Dach befindet sich noch eine Eventlocation, in welcher vor allem Electroevents durchgeführt werden, beide mit spektakulären Aussichten. Ich würde das W Hotel auf jeden Fall für Gäste, welche höherpreisigen Urlaub machen möchten, uneingeschränkt empfehlen..

Wir haben 2 Nächte nach einer Kreuzfahrt dort übernachtet. Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits und man sollte schon gut zu Fuß sein, wenn man in die Stadt kommen möchte. Andererseits ist die Lage gerade in den momentanen unsicheren Zeiten wiederum optimal. Recht zentral aber doch weit genug weg und schneller Anbindung an die großen Strassen Richtung Flughafen. ;-) Das Hotel selbst ist sehr groß und unser Zimmer in der 3. Etage (359) relativ klein. Da wir gerade von einer 5 wöchigen Kreuzfahrt kamen hatten wir schon etwas Probleme die Koffer zu öffnen. Etwas unprofessionell fand ich, dass bei Ankunft die Badutensilien nicht vollständig waren. Shampoo und Bodylotion war vorhanden aber Seife und Duschzeug fehlte. Am darauf folgenden Tag war dann das Toilettenpapier nicht aufgefüllt und erst nach 3x nachfragen an der Rezeption kam noch welches. Wir haben 2 x in der Lobby gegessen und waren sehr zufrieden. Preise sind schon hoch aber für ein 5 Sterne Hotel angemessen. Frühstück draussen am Pool war etwas kühl aber das Ambiente schön. Hier sollte man ein stärkeres Auge auf das Buffet haben. Heruntergefallene Löffel (im Honig) oder sonstige ”Unfälle” werden kaum bemerkt. Ansonsten ist das Angebot nur normaler Durchschnitt für ein 5 Sterne Hotel aber die Bedienungen waren ausgesprochen zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Gefährlich fand ich den Fußweg von der Straße links und rechts hoch zur Eingangstür des Hotels. Durch die merkwürdigen Stufen und die gelben Streifen bin ich mehrfach fast gestürzt.

Fantastic location, staff really helpfull, spacious and clean rooms. Fantastic breakfast, if I had to go back to a hotel I would choose Novotel Vitacura again. All the staff are very friendly, especially the reception.

This is based on two stays / two rooms a week apart. This hotel is substantially better than the one at the airport. Bed was comfortable and a/c is strong. Wifi good throughout the hotel. Water pressure excellent, although the water smells so chlorinated as to be pool water. The room was clean, but they need to change their mopping chemicals. There is a slippery residue throughout the room which is really noticeable if your feet are wet. Breakfast was a travesty. Buffet with no alternative. Scrambled eggs, toast, very few pastries, fruit, and cereal. That’s it. Coffee machine wasn’t working (gasp). It was free, though, maybe. The staff wasn’t actually sure. Transfer from the airport is on request and free. Send flight details ahead of time and your driver will arrange pickup via WhatsApp. Transfer back is only on the hour, but you can pay $20 for your own five minute taxi if you want. Reception staff speaks English. But no one else did (including restaurant / bar staff). The hotel doesn’t accept any cash payments. The price is reasonable and offsets the above problems. I would stay here again for a layover. The hotel is not suitable for a city visit.

We arrived at the Abba Presidente on 7 January after cruising South America. Even though our travel agent had inadvertently scheduled us for January 7, 2025, Daniella welcomed us into the hotel, and gave us a room until we sorted the reservations out. The location is ideal just a few hundred metres down the avenue is a large mall. The Costanera Center. This enormous centre has every store. You can possibly imagine over multi levels in addition, a huge food court, which includes dine in restaurants, such as Chile, Tony, Roma, and many others. In the short walk from the hotel to the mall, you will encounter Street vendors with many local, artisan, crafts, clothes, etc. approximately 5 km from the hotel, and the uptown area will get you into the downtown anne Moore historic area where many tours are available to show you around and explain the history of this magnificent city. Taxis, Ubers are available, but we chose to walk and it was an easy walk, uncomfortable, and safe sidewalks to the city centre. In the morning, you can wake up from seven till 10 to very good buffet, breakfast with eggs, sausage, toast, fruit, yogurt, cereal, and more. I did find the coffee, a bit strong, but that’s my personal taste. The English spoken to me by the staff was excellent and for this I was very grateful as my Spanish is very bad. It didn’t take long to straighten out my reservation and the manager assured me that all was good. the room we had was more than adequate very spacious with a small sitting area a nice bathroom, a large and comfortable bed, good air conditioning and excellent Wi-Fi. I could not have asked for more .The front desk staff organized my taxi to the airport on my departure date without trouble I would definitely stay in this hotel again if and when I return to Chile.!!!

Das war nicht unsere übliche Wahl für Santiago, aber wir hatten in der Nähe Treffen und nahmen eine Chance. Die Nachbarschaft, in der Almasur wohnt, ist eine freundliche und freundliche Nachbarschaft mit einem charmanten Platz von Restaurants, Cafés und Bars. Es gibt ein paar private Schulen und Hochschulen, die Main Street ist mit Plane Bäumen gekoppelt und mit einer Atmosphäre eher wie Paris verbunden! Das Hotel ist brandneu und perfekt für Geschäftsreisen mit großen Zimmern. Die Café-Bar ist großartig für Arbeit und Treppe. Ich werde hier nochmal bleiben.

O hotel em sí é muito bom, parece bem novo em toda sua estrutura. O quarto duplo é bem confortável, bastante espaçoso e o ar condicionado bem potente. A única ressalva que faço é com relação ao chuveiro, pois é muito frio, a água não esquenta de maneira nenhuma. No período que fiquei estava fazendo bastante calor na cidade, então não chegou a ser um incômodo tão grande, porém no inverno, acredito que isso seja um problema. A limpeza é impecável, bem como o atendimento do pessoal do café da manhã que considerei muito bom. Lí muitos comentários criticando essa parte, porém, eu particularmente achei muito bom e bem variado. A localização é ótima, pertinho do metrô, estação Santa Lucía e de pontos turísticos da cidade.

Viele Chinesen leben hier, die Lage ist günstig, der Preis ist nicht teuer, das Zimmer ist sauber und ordentlich, die Einrichtungen sind alt, das Design der Stromanschlüsse ist weder hinter dem Tisch noch hinter dem Schrank angemessen. Auch das Parken ist teuer.

The place is amazing to look at, modern arty styles, lighting, graphics, attention to detail. Complimentary bottles of water in the fridge. fully functional kitchen, iron, hairdryer, big TV, toiletries, table and chairs in the studio standard room. My room had a Balcony but onlly with a view of the office building opposite, and partially of the street to the left. Nice rooftop pool, cold water but nice and refreshing in summer, and the view is INCREDIBLE! Views of the Andes mountains and city buildings. Area is close to everything, walkable to most places including some hiking trails, and only 4-5 euros/dollars Uber to the city centre. Staff were young, friendly, helpful and spoke good English. They gave me a map with information on where to go. Buffet beakfast was really nice with fresh juices, fresh fruit and a selection of other foods. Breakfast was in the adjoining Portuguese restaurant which has some great food and not too expensive either. The lifts and toilets were beautifully scented, and smelt great! The hotel price is very affordable and very reasonable for what you get, the location, the pool etc. The catering staff in the restaurant were all very professional and helpful. Disliked · You need a credit card to hold the room and as a deposit and my debit cards and even a credit card were all declined which left me panicking when I got an email saying that the reservation would be cancelled. I emailed lots of times but got no reply until the last minute where I was told that they would hold the room for me. I drew out cash on arrival to use as a deposit and had it returned when I checked out. Unfortunately, there are no recycling facilities at the hotel, but when I asked at reception they offered to take my recycling for me. The AC machines are quite noisy so I ended up not using it, but only the fan. There is no balcony furniture at all and you're not allowed to take any to use from inside. The scrambled egg was a little undercooked for me but when I asked, they'd always cook it a bit more for me. If you need assistance from the rooftop pool area on level 12, there's no telephone to contact reception. Despite all this I'd still highly recommend this hotel 100%!
