"24/7 front desk staff. Breakfast is hard boiled eggs, toast, plain yogurt, frozen blueberries, juice, oats. Dinner is rice and curry. Free beer, wine or soda. Tv, kitchen, bar, lounge area. This area is near tents and tarps where homeless people are. At the same time, it’s within a 15min walk from most attractions, e.g. harbour, royal bc museum, chinatown. 100$ damage deposit required. 10$ deposit for a lock, 10$ for towel. Dorms are smelly, poor ventilation. Curtains are dark which makes the dorm very dark throughout the day. Private lockers next to bed have a heavy sliding lock which is inconvenient and loud."

The moment you arrive at the hotel, you feel right at home. It's a small boutique hotel with a European flair. Imagine staying at grandma's house, where everything is taken care of and all you have to do is sit back, relax, and soak up the cozy atmosphere. We stayed on the second floor, and I'd like to point out that this hotel does not have an elevator. This hotel has a recreation room, a small restaurant attached to the main house, an outdoor seating area for breakfast, a small bar, and a gift shop. The staff are very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. We had an excellent stay. The location of the hotel is also important to consider. It is a short walk from downtown Victoria, where the main shopping street is located.

Ich war in Victoria für eine Konferenz im Konferenzzentrum, und Chateau Victorias Lage hätte nicht besser gewesen sein können! Perfekte Spazierweiterung mit großen Stängen für Kaffee, Mittagessen oder Abendessen auf dem Weg. Das Chateau-Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfreich mit allen Fragen, die ich hatte und Sie haben das Restaurant zu besuchen, Vista 18. Es gibt keinen schlechten Sitz im Haus mit Fenstern, die die Stadt in allen Richtungen übersehen. Mein Server, Scott, gab eine fantastische Abendessenswahl (Halibut), die in einer der 10 Top-Mahlzeiten, die ich je hatte! Prima Wein- und Cocktail-Wahl sowie Desserts - so schmeckt sie visuell wunderbar. Mein Zimmer hatte alles, was ich brauchte, einschließlich Nespresso und ein kleines Kühlschrank. Ich werde zurück! 5 Sterne.

Es ist sehr gut. Es lohnt sich zu empfehlen. Es ist sehr gut. Meine Freunde mögen es sehr. Das nächste Mal werde ich meine Familie zum Einchecken mitnehmen. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, der Transport ist bequem und die Einstellung des Paares ist auch sehr gut.

The hotel is a bit out of town but they provide free shuttle 24 hours. You can arrange the drop off location and also call them for a pickup around downtown.

Es war mein erstes Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Personal war nett und freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber, aber alt. Sie müssen $15 zahlen, um Küchenartikel zu verwenden. Mein Zimmer hatte eine Küche und es war gut! Die Lage ist perfekt! Ich konnte die schöne Hafenansicht aus meinem Zimmer sehen!

The room was a bit cramped, lacking a second bedside table, and the bathroom was very tight. The bed and bedding were excellent. It is nice to find a choice of thick and thinner pillows. The Courtyard cafe needs more seating. The parking fee was high. A few negatives but they are mostly outweighed by the excellent downtown location within walking distance of everything we had planned to see and do. We would probably book this hotel again and would recommend it to friends.

Booked and pre-paid through Trip.com Would have given 4 stars for service but check-in clerk attempted to charge me again for the room at a higher rate then blamed another staff member for not doing their job correctly when I objected to the charge and showed my confirmation. When I said I would park my vehicle elsewhere rather than pay for parking she said my vehicle would be towed if it was parked at the hotel. She was rude and abrupt and had me questioning my choice to stay there. The check-out clerk however was very polite and friendly

We had a great stay here! The building itself is older, but it’s very obvious that the hotel has been newly renovated. Everything felt clean and fresh , the room was spacious, the furniture looked brand new, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. One of the highlights for our family was the game room, which was perfect for keeping the kids entertained. The amenities were also excellent, and the customer service was outstanding from check-in to check-out. A huge bonus was the free EV charging, which made our trip even more convenient. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back again!

The hotel is so beautiful from the outside and the inside. The guys at checkin and checkout were really nice too! We received a welcome drink and biscuits upon arrival, that was so thoughtful ! The room we had was out of a princess story but as its an old building theres no AC so in summer it can be difficult.. We still had fans and they told us that they re working on having rights to install them.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, mit dem Parlamentsgebäude davor. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist gut, die Auswahl ist allerdings nur ok. Die Küchenausstattung ist eine sehr nette Option, die viel Geld für das Abendessen spart.
