GGastnutzerI recently stayed at Hotel Railwayparc Montreal, Tapestry Collection by Hilton for one night (June 28–29) with my wife, and we had a wonderful experience.
From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff made us feel welcome. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful, and guided us through the check-in process with a smile, making everything quick and hassle-free.
We stayed in an accessible room, and it exceeded our expectations. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and very peaceful, allowing us to relax comfortably. The accessible bathroom was especially impressive—it was large, well designed, and featured both a spacious walk-in shower and an accessible bathtub, which was a great touch.
The hallways and common areas were also spotless and quiet, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere of the hotel.
The only small suggestion I have is that it would be great if the hotel could provide room slippers. Since the bathroom has tile flooring, it became quite cold to walk on barefoot, and having slippers available would make the stay even more comfortable.
Overall, we had an excellent stay and were very impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, and outstanding customer service. I would gladly stay here again the next time I visit Montreal and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

GGastnutzerMeine Erfahrung war furchtbar. In der ersten Nacht ging um 4:45 Uhr im gesamten Hotel ein Fehlalarm los. Am nächsten Tag kamen wir in unser Zimmer zurück und der Zimmerservice war nicht da. Da das Hotel gerade renoviert wurde, war unsere letzte Nacht im Hotel schrecklich, da am Vortag die Klimaanlagen auf unserer Etage wegen der bereits erwähnten Renovierungsarbeiten abgeschaltet wurden. Kurz gesagt: eine schreckliche Erfahrung, vor allem angesichts des hohen Preises des Hotels. Das einzig Gute war die Lage, aber ich werde nie wieder in diesem Embassy Suites übernachten.

We choose this hotel due its location near our family.
We had two big rooms one was great as they upgraded us for free to a suite, the other was on Décarie which is a pretty noisy main highway, they moved us to our request to a side room which still bordered on Décarie, could only sleep with earplugs.
What ever you do ask for room facing the back of the Hotel.
Staff is very friendly and accommodating, breakfast buffet was mediocre but sufficient and due to previous experience we new what do expect.
There is a supermarket and Starbucks near by which upgrades the experience.
Most likely will return again.

MMatt88My sister and I just finished visiting my son in Toronto and we decided to visit Montreal. We booked 2 rooms.
We had a terrible experience at Royal York Fairmont . We got kicked out from the lobby lounge by Karen over there for voicing our concern for the service being slow.
For we had absolutely low expectations for QE. When we checked in there were 3 staff at the counter. 2 of them were engaged in their friendly conversation and one of them stepped up to help us. I thought that was totally unprofessional for the staff chatting among themselves in front of guests.
Rooms are basic and clean. The location is central. The staff has showed no warmth and attention. In Asia a hotel of this level will greet u warmly and the better one will remember your name.
Services at restaurants in Montreal are top notch. We visited some with long history and the staff took pride to explain to us the history. It is a shame Fairmont has some of best historic buildings in Canada and the staff showed no interest to highlight the history of the buildings.
I travelled a lot for me to earn a diamond member here. I will avoid staying at Fairmont and any of their member hotels from now on.

Das Hotel ist für das Gebotene recht teuer. Es gibt zwar einen Wäscheservice, was nett ist, aber das Frühstück ist angesichts des Preises wirklich unterdurchschnittlich. Die Auswahl des Frühstücks erhöht den Zimmerpreis deutlich, alternativ kann man 27 $ pro Person für das Frühstück bezahlen. Es war ein typisches Hotel-Frühstücksbuffet – anderswo bekommt man die doppelte Qualität zum halben Preis. Und das Parken kostet 28 $ pro Tag oder angefangenen Tag.

BbobodogDie Lage ist ok, der Preis akzeptabel, die sanitären Einrichtungen sind ok, die Ausstattung ist ok, der Service ist ok.
Im Großen und Ganzen ist dies ein altmodisches Hotel mit der erforderlichen Qualität. Zwei Dinge waren während dieser Reise nicht so zufriedenstellend.
Zum einen ist die Lage zwar günstig, aber die Umgebung ist nicht so schön. Das Hotel ist ein niedriges Gebäude, und in der Nähe befindet sich ein offener Park. Um Mitternacht hört man gelegentlich ein paar Leute zusammenkommen und Lärm machen, ich glaube, sie treiben Unkraut. Auch draußen auf der Straße riecht es nach ****.
Zum anderen gab es eines Nachmittags ein Problem mit einer Schusswaffe in meinem Zimmer, die laut war und mein Gehör schädigte.

LLivyC75The hotel room was very spacious and well-designed with a large comfortable bed. There’s also a sauna with a beautiful view of the city skyline. The location is just north of Berri-UQAM station which makes travel convenient, although the area itself isn’t particularly safe and during the summer months, it’s clear there are a lot of individuals suffering from homelessness, addiction, and mental health struggles who use the surrounding neighbourhood parks to hang out. The hotel staff were generally helpful although there were a few times we made requests to the front desk that needed following up. The amenities in the room itself felt very well-maintained. One downside was that there was no free bottled water provided and we had to buy water from the shop in the hotel lobby, which was heavily overpriced and we thought it was a bit ridiculous considering the price we were paying for the room. Overall, would recommend as it is a cheaper hotel than others but this comes with a price in terms of area safety and amenities provided by the hotel.

Ich sehe keinen Haartrockner, Kleenex-Box, Coat Hanger (aber Sie haben einen Schrank), Kettle und Kaffeeset, etc ...
Aber der Ort ist schön und sauber.
Sie speichern Ihre Gepäck nicht vor CI/nach CO, sie werden Ihnen ihre Partner, die Lagerservice, kosten mich 8$ nach Partnerstunden Rabatt, die in dieser Stadt scheint fair zu sein.
Ich bin froh, dass ich mit der letzten Minute hier bleiben konnte, obwohl es in der Mitte des Wochenendes F1 war.

GGastnutzerIch komme seit einigen Jahren ins Hotel Zero 1, da es aufgrund seiner hervorragenden Lage zum Spazierengehen das einzige Hotel ist, das ich in Montreal buche. Leider ist es nicht mehr so neu und glänzend wie früher; man sieht ihm die Abnutzung deutlich an. Wer Luxus sucht, wird hier nicht fündig. Für aktive Reisende, die etwas mehr Komfort als in einem Motel wünschen, ist es aber immer noch eine gute Wahl. Ich wusste bei der Buchung, dass es kein Traumaufenthalt werden würde, aber es war nicht so schlimm, wie manche Google-Bewertungen vermuten lassen – es ist einfach nur etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Zimmer war sauber, Ein- und Auschecken verliefen problemlos, und obwohl der Parkservice geschlossen war, war die uns empfohlene Tiefgarage sicher und unkompliziert. Ich würde dem Hotel drei Sterne geben, da die Ausstattung nicht besonders gut ist. Wenn man sich dessen bewusst ist und seine Erwartungen entsprechend anpasst, wird man einen angenehmen Aufenthalt haben.
... Es ist wirklich schade, dass ein Hotel, mit dem ich so schöne Erinnerungen verbinde, so vernachlässigt wird. Eine neue Bettwäsche, ausgetauschte Duschköpfe und moderne Smart-TVs würden den Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer machen.
Kurz gesagt:

Check-in & Parking
Our check-in process was completely smooth and hassle-free. We parked our car in the hotel’s free parking lot. It was quite packed—I assume there was a wedding or another big event going on at the time—but despite the crowd, we managed to find a spot for our car.
Room & Amenities
The room was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The beds were comfortable, and the floors were spotless. This is a multi-story hotel with a functioning elevator. I learned that it used to belong to a major hotel chain before it changed ownership and name. You can definitely feel that legacy, as it still maintains a certain standard of high quality. The building itself doesn't look worn out at all.
Another great perk was the ice machine; we were able to fill up our icebox for the car free of charge, which was super convenient. The room's AC worked perfectly, the TV had plenty of channels, and the Wi-Fi connection was stable and smooth.
Location & Value
The hotel is located close to the airport, making it an excellent choice for travelers who need easy airport access. While it is a bit far from the city center, it worked perfectly for us since we had a car. If you don't have a vehicle, the distance from downtown might be something to consider, but for our needs, it was just right.
Conclusion
Overall, I really liked it. The pricing was very reasonable for what it offers. It’s a clean, comfortable, and highly stayable place. I would definitely recommend it!
