Very happy with my stay at this hotel. Would highly recommend and will come back to stay. Excellent location- conveniently located central downtown and walking distance to a lot of places. Within 10min walk to Crew Cafe, Complexe Desjardins, Underground City, Eatons, Notre Dame Basilica and many great restaurants such as Monarque. Amenities- great! The gym had decent equipment, there is an outdoor heated pool and a sauna. Lobby has a cafe and there is a restaurant and bar in building as well. Valet parking (in and out privilege) $48/night or self parking $35/night in same building. And a grocery store “Avril” just outside the hotel. Room- very clean and spacious! Modern design, includes slippers, very comfortable mattress with foam pillows. There is a mini bar fridge, electric kettle and a coffee machine. There is also a water dispenser in the hallway to refill your water bottles.

Das Zimmer war ok, sauber und modern. Die Fensteraussichten waren zu nahe an die Fenster der benachbarten Gebäude, so dass wir leider die Gürtel geschlossen zu halten. Die Lage war bequem mit vielen Restaurants, Parks und Geschäften in der Nähe von Fußgängern und einem kurzen Uber-Reise vom alten Montreal. Das größte Problem ist eine versteckte Gebühr, sie inflationieren den Steuerwert und nennen es ”MwSt”, die endet rund 3-4x der normale Steuerbetrag, und es zeigt, dass es nur, wie sie eine ”Eigentumsgebühr” verstecken, während ihre Sätze scheinen niedriger und mehr Wettbewerbsfähig während des Buchungsprozesses, ich denke nicht, es ist legal, etwas Steuer zu nennen, wenn es nicht an die Regierung übergeben wird! Sie wollen als Hotel und mit enttäuschend niedrigeren Tarifen aufgelistet werden, wenn es scheint, sie sind ein AirBNB und müssen eine Reinigungsgebühr als Steuer verstecken.

I recently stayed at Hotel Railwayparc Montreal, Tapestry Collection by Hilton for one night (June 28–29) with my wife, and we had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff made us feel welcome. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful, and guided us through the check-in process with a smile, making everything quick and hassle-free. We stayed in an accessible room, and it exceeded our expectations. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and very peaceful, allowing us to relax comfortably. The accessible bathroom was especially impressive—it was large, well designed, and featured both a spacious walk-in shower and an accessible bathtub, which was a great touch. The hallways and common areas were also spotless and quiet, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. The only small suggestion I have is that it would be great if the hotel could provide room slippers. Since the bathroom has tile flooring, it became quite cold to walk on barefoot, and having slippers available would make the stay even more comfortable. Overall, we had an excellent stay and were very impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, and outstanding customer service. I would gladly stay here again the next time I visit Montreal and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

Ich war wegen einer JFL-Show in der Stadt. Die Lage war sehr praktisch und das Zimmer makellos sauber. Das Restaurant im Erdgeschoss ist ideal für eine schnelle Mahlzeit oder einen Snack nach der Anreise und dem Einchecken. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und professionell und haben unseren Wunsch nach einem Zimmer mit Badewanne umgehend erfüllt. Meine Frau entspannt sich nach der Anreise gerne in der Badewanne. Wir erlebten eine angenehme Überraschung beim Zubettgehen, als das Licht der Straßenlaternen durch die Gardinenstange schien und ein kleines Lichtspiel an der Decke erzeugte. Es störte den Schlaf nicht und war genau richtig als Nachtlicht für die nächtlichen Toilettengänge. Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage zu einem fairen Preis.

Location good and clean. But reception lady was impolite, seems not happy working there or do not like you not speaking French, never smile n the attitude do not respect to customers. I requesting to add hotel members no, she said no benefits received even update for me, and don’t want to do it, like please do not bother me. But when I checked in Marriott in falls n Toronto before going to Montreal, they both asked me the number n do it for me even no benefits if I booked through trip.com, both Marriott staff service are super nice n professional. They both asked me not requesting by myself. And the cleaning lady knocked my door for cleaning at 10am on the day I checked out, it was strange as they should check my check out day and don’t bother me for cleaning. I requested a slippers and they said they are out of stock n will send me when available, I stay 3 nights but no one comes back . Disappointed service in such price, will not stay again.

A nice hotel with a smooth and hassle-free check-in process. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the arrival experience pleasant. The facilities are all very new and well-maintained, giving the hotel a modern and comfortable atmosphere. However, the hotel was recently renovated, so there was still a noticeable smell lingering in the rooms.

Als 4-star Hotel, ist es so. Das Hotel sieht großartig aus, mit kostenlosem Parkplatz, Pool und einem Restaurant. Sehr bequem. Sie lieferten welkomische Cookies, die lecker waren. Leider fehlt eine wichtige Sache - der Toilettenschrank. Es wurde in den Fotos gezeigt, aber nicht im Zimmer...Vielleicht bin ich etwas zu besessen über die Reinigkeit. Ich denke, es ist wichtig, da es die meisten Virus von der Flussung blockieren kann. Zweitens ist es wirklich laut. Die Zeit für die Auscheckung war 12:00, so dass ich noch bei 0800 schlief. Ich vermutete, sie begannen zu der Zeit zu reinigen und der Lärm weckte mich - und ich konnte nicht mehr wieder schlafen. Nicht zu erwähnen, dass der Lärm von anderen Gästen. Ich konnte nicht klar hören, was sie über sprechen... Das Hotel sollte den Lärm effizienter reduzieren. Aufgrund der schlechten Schlafqualität komme ich nicht zurück. Am zweiten Tag wechselte ich in ein anderes Hilton Hotel und es war viel besser.

It was our 5th or 6th time at this hotel We choose this hotel due its location near our family. We had two big rooms one was great as they upgraded us for free to a suite, the other was on Décarie which is a pretty noisy main highway, they moved us to our request to a side room which still bordered on Décarie, could only sleep with earplugs. What ever you do ask for room facing the back of the Hotel. Staff is very friendly and accommodating, breakfast buffet was mediocre but sufficient and due to previous experience we new what do expect. There is a supermarket and Starbucks near by which upgrades the experience. Most likely will return again.

New place, modern and comfortable. Lots of light in the units thanks to floor to ceiling windows. I was only on the 2nd floor so some street noise carried into the unit but nothing that ruin your stay.

Wir landeten spät in der Nacht und brauchten ein Hotel in der Nähe des Flughafens. Als wir zum Frühstück gingen, wurde uns schnell gesagt, dass wir für jedes Gericht, das wir wählten, bezahlen müssten. Also sagte ich ihr, dass ich es im Voraus bezahlt hatte. Sie entschuldigte sich nicht einmal für ihr unhöfliches Verhalten uns gegenüber. Für den Preis, den wir zahlten, war das Frühstück schrecklich. Die Speisen, die wir bekamen, waren die, die Sie auf dem ersten Foto unten sehen. Nur trockene und kalte Speisen. Die englischen Muffins waren so alt und hart. Die Äpfel waren auch so alt. Der Kaffeekessel war kaputt. Das Zimmer ist sauber und gut eingerichtet, aber erwarten Sie nicht mehr als das. Gehen Sie woanders hin. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel nicht.
