Wingate by Wyndham Bowling Green

This hotel was in a perfect location for our families spring break trip while we visited the Mamath Caves, Lost River Cave and the National Corvette Measume. Plenty of restaurants around and easy on/off of the main hwy. Breakfast being included was a plus. My boyfriend enjoyed the biscuits and gravy and the kids loved the waffles. The pool and hot tub were loved by all and we went in them all of the three nights we were there. The rooms were average size and nothing special, could use a little fixing up here and there and maybe some hooks on back of bathroom door or a rack above toilet for a place to hang towels but it was a place to sleep and shower. One thing I can say is that the parking lot was not very large in the front of the hotel and most spots already taken as times we came and went so we had to park on the side lot which is on a slanted hill and it's a pain in the butt getting in and out. We would still stay again as the price for what you get was the best we found around.

The staff were wonderful and the breakfast was awesome. We left an item on he bed and they were nice enough to return it to us. The friendly staff makes all the difference!

Check in was prompt and very personable staff. Room was clean and comfortable beds for us back problem users. An excellent stay.

One of the beds mattress was broken needed to be replace. The breakfast was very good and convent. The people who clean the room was great. Did not like being waking up at 2:45am for a fire alarm. It turn to be a false alarm. The elevator was not working the next day, had to carry luggage down 3 flight of stairs.

Check-in took way too long. I was in line behind 2 families and it took almost an hour for all of us to check-in. I already booked and paid for the room, and as far as I could tell, so had everyone else. Other than that I had a nice stay and the location is great

Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel itself is a little outdated, but good value for the price overall. The pool area was very clean with the exception of the ants by the hot tub.

Found multiple bed bugs on our bed!!!!!! Not sanitary at all! Management did nothing at all!

The front desk attendant was very nice and efficiently got us checked in. The room was clean and the heated pool and hot tub were great! As mentioned in previous reviews, there was a hole in the carpet at the elevator on the second floor. Other than that, the hotel appeared to be a good condition.

Hotel is older, but very convenient. Beds were very comfortable and staff was excellent. Hotel is right off the exit, so that worked perfect for us.
