Front porch, front and side yards are great for a walk or for the kids to burn off some energy!We are located less than 1 mile from the PC City limits, a hop, skip and jump from the home!BONUS - NO Direct NEIGHBORS (closest being a few hundred yards away with an empty lot between their property and ours...... play your music, entertain and play your music at your level! Hop in your car for a Short Drive to the Marblehead Lighthouse (15 mins), Cedar Point (25 mins) and all the fishing options you could possibly want (plenty of on shore spots for Dad / Daughter fishing days, and those who simply like to walk and cast.
