"Die Hygiene ist durchschnittlich. Der graue Duschkopf über dem Nachttisch kann die Wasserstrahlen nicht gut verteilen und hat keine Leistung, was dem Hotel zu melden ist. Sie machten ein Foto und ein Wartungsmann kam vorbei, um den Duschkopf zu entfernen, zu reinigen und dann wieder anzubringen. Aber es hat nicht funktioniert. Ich habe darum gebeten, das Zimmer zu wechseln, und sie sagten, dass ein Upgrade einen Preisunterschied erfordert"

"I stayed here for 6 days while recovering from surgery. It was wonderful. Very close to HUMC, where I had the surgery. They accommodated my request for a quiet room by the elevator. There was even a block party outside the hotel for the World Cup and I didn't hear a thing from my room. The room was sunny — loved the giant window — and very spacious and clean, and had everything we needed. There were blackout curtains in the bedroom. I had concerns about the elevator from a previous post on here to the point where I almost didn't book, but I'm so glad I did. There was one day where the elevator was out of order for a few hours, but they had it back up and working very quickly, and I wasn't going anywhere that day anyway. Management was on site and very friendly, asking if we needed anything or any help. There is a Trader Joe's a block away as well as a Walgreen's, which was VERY convenient. There is a park and nice cafe around the corner too, and that was great once I was up for a short walk. There are four wide/shallow/easy steps leading to the entrance, as well as a ramp, so I had no mobility issues getting into the hotel. I would definitely stay here again. There is a yoga studio and a doggy daycare right there too."
