"Ein schöner Ort, um dem eintönigen Leben eine Abwechslung zu bieten. Das kühle Wetter ist ein Ort, an dem viel los ist. Trotz der Lage gibt es einige Mängel, die das Management prüfen sollte. Wir hatten eine Deluxe-Suite, die sehr geräumig war, aber es gibt einige Punkte, die ich erwähnen möchte: Es gab Blutflecken auf dem Bettlaken, die Toilettenspülung war laut, das Wasser lief die ganze Zeit, die Fensterschlösser waren nicht gut. Heutzutage ist eine Mikrowelle im Zimmer ganz normal, aber die fehlte. Meiner Meinung nach ist es gut, den alten Charme zu bewahren, aber man sollte den Renovierungsbedarf im Auge behalten.
Wie auch immer, uns hat der Aufenthalt dort gefallen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut, es gab eine große Auswahl an Speisen.
Das Resort bietet seinen Gästen einen kostenlosen Shuttle zum Japanischen Garten.
Die abendlichen Musikshows und der Zumba-Tanz haben Spaß gemacht, und wir hatten sogar das Glück, einen Löwentanz zu sehen."

"The stay was amazing! The personalised service and incredible staff made us feel welcome. The room and view were absolutely stunning—100% amazing. The breakfast was delicious, though at RM100+ per adult, it lacked variety especially for meat options. The meal service however was impeccable. The only minor downside was the security staff at the property entrance who came across quite unwelcoming, contrasting sharply with the otherwise warm hospitality.
We want to thank especially Mark for the amazing hospitality! He was friendly, warm and completed our stay. The Chateau is 100% highly recommended for short stay and we'll be back soon :)"

"Das Zimmer ist sauber und die Dusche hat starken Druck und die Wassertemperatur ist warm genug. Das Personal ist freundlich und erklärt alles in detail. Einige Unannehmlichkeiten mit dem Park, da wir jederzeit ausgehen müssen validieren. Der Schwimmbad ist ziemlich sauber, aber der Jacuzzi ist von den Kindern überfüllt, die dort spielen. Die Sauna ist nicht heiß genug und kommt nicht mit Wasserspalte."

"Overall stay it was brilliant! Here are some important tips I’d like to share :
1. The check-in for this Windmill Homestay it is managed at Swiss Garden Hotel. We went to the Windmill Hotel counter just to be asked to reroute to Swiss Garden Hotel.
Check-in was seamless and very quick.
2. We were given Block A, so parking is next to Bila-Bila Mart. It is FREE but you have to call the hotel lobby everytime you exit.
3. The room comes with 1 tube of shampoo and 1 tube of body shower. Either you ask for extra tubes in advance or bring your own.
4. The 2 bedroom apartment provides basic kitchenette facilities which was very convenient. Microwave and a stove and even a laundry machine.
The only downside of the place was, it was next to a construction area so you’ll be woken up by the sound of the construction works."

Conveniently situated next to the Genting Skyway, it also provides easy access to landmarks such as the Awana Skyway and Chin Swee Caves Temple.
Each guest room is thoughtfully designed and well-appointed, featuring air conditioning and LCD TVs to ensure maximum comfort.
Guests can unwind at the fitness center, and enjoy the convenience of the hotel's concierge services, designed to make every stay seamless and stress-free.
"We had a pleasant stay at Wyndham Ion Majestic, Bentong. The room was spacious, modern, and very clean, with a stunning mountain view from the balcony that made the stay extra memorable. The bed was comfortable, and the simple yet elegant design created a cozy atmosphere.
The kitchenette and amenities provided were practical, making it convenient for short stays. The bathroom was well-maintained, with good shower pressure and clean facilities.
Location was good, slightly away from the hustle and bustle, which made it peaceful, but still accessible to Bentong town within a short drive. Service was friendly and helpful, though there is still room for improvement in attentiveness.
One downside is that the facilities and restaurant looked a bit rundown compared to the polished images shown under Wyndham branding. It would be great if improvements were made in these areas to match the overall hotel standard.
Overall, this hotel is a solid choice for couples looking for a short getaway with relaxing views and comfortable rooms. Definitely worth coming back once facilities are upgraded."

"Das Zimmer im Genting View Resort (GVR) war sehr geräumig, sauber und komfortabel. Die Einrichtungen, das Personal und die umgebene Aussicht waren auch gut.
Nur eine Sache, die ich wirklich von der Verwaltung Aufmerksamkeit brauche, um sofort zu handeln. Bitte ersetzen Sie alle Toilettentüren mit dem anderen Türpatern, um Besucher in der Badezimmer gefangen zu vermeiden, besonders gefährlich für die Kinder. Ich habe die Erfahrung, aber glücklicherweise nimmt das GVR’s Personal sofort Maßnahmen, um mich aus dem Badezimmer zu entkommen. Tqvm.
Abgesehen davon waren alle Einrichtungen in GVR gut.
Hoffentlich wird der GVR-Cafe bald wieder mit mehr Sorten von großen Menüs geöffnet,
