"We lived at Meritas Adore Resort in Lonavala for 3 nights and I would like to take a moment to really appreciate the entire the staff. They were all extremely respectful, humble, and responsive. Mr Shivam during check-in was welcoming and very accommodating. Baba rao in the restaurant was always on his feet during breakfast hours and whenevr we saw him throughout the day. Rahul and Sritham were very hospitable and kind and always served us with utmost warmth. The housekeeping girls always had a smile on their face and were available promptly. The property is small (which honestly we loved) and super squeaky clean and well maintained. Given the current situation in our country, the biggest thing i saw in the staff was how they gave equal treatment and respect to every guest despite their culture, language or dress. I am super happy we chose this place to spend a few days. I am surely going back again, if they maintain these good standards."

"Worst experience, never such hotel I have paid 9000+gst +1000 extra bed for classic suite room. When I reached one room not ready till 7 pm As per room condition we denied to stay ,he said plz stay i will offer 10% discount on food , When we entered the room mid night we notice our wet pillow ,water was coming from roof Suddenly all three room same thing We inform to hotel team plz change the room but he denied I said than refund my money i ll stay in another hotel ,but he said No it is out off policy They have full proff plan for froud Specially the lady who book the hotel All are cheater, froud Our trip experience is worst in hotel Third class owner behavior."

"The room was non ac and that's fine, because it was supposed to be chilly. However, the fan stopped working mid-way through the night a lot of times, had to call the reception to get power back on at 5 in the morning. Place is plagued with mosquitoes and the repellent provided was ineffective. Overall, stay could have been better if these two things had been taken care of properly"

"Firstly the hotel is very affordable as per the local prices Location is very convnient as it is not very far from the station so it doesnt take more then 10 mins to reach there The Atmosphere is very very is quite and there is no unncessary noice pollution Its very very Quite and nice to stay Rooms were very clean to stay Service of the staff was also upto mark Manager was very friendly and staff was also ready to help at any moment There were some minor miscommunitcation in food realted issue but the staff solved it very professionaly Food was very good"

"Hotel location is Ok – close to highway. This is the only plus point this property have. Otherwise all negative points. Room and amenities are not maintained properly. Room fan was not working properly. AC was not working properly. TV voice was having problem. Commode seat was almost dislocated which was fixed when we informed. The most horrible thing is food service. We ordered food at 9.00 pm as we were feeling so hungry. However the food was delivered to our room at 11.00 pm where our hunger was fully killed. Food quality also was not up to the mark. While booking, we have opted for breakfast inclusion. Hence, while check-in the guy on reception told to us that buffet breakfast will be available in the restaurant in the morning at 8 am. Next day morning, we reached restaurant at 9.00 am. Only one lady was sweeping. We asked about buffet breakfast where she replied she does not know anything about buffet. After 10 minutes, one guy came from kitchen and asked about order. We enquired about the buffet breakfast. He replied there is no buffet breakfast and only Idali and Poha is available. No quality of food. Moreover, Poha and Idali was brought on our table after 15 minutes which I suppose should have been made ready before guests enters in restaurant. While check-in we enquired about swimming pool. It was informed that swimming pool is opened only during 8.00 am to 6.00 pm. In the morning at 8.30 am, my son went down for swimming pool, but it was told that it is not opened. It is totally “LOOT” by this property by giving wrong promises. This property is not value for our hard earned money. I will never recommend this hotel for anybody. If anybody want to waste their money, then please book the room for their vacation. I’m highly disappointed for the services provided against the money charged for room booking."
