"We lived at Meritas Adore Resort in Lonavala for 3 nights and I would like to take a moment to really appreciate the entire the staff. They were all extremely respectful, humble, and responsive. Mr Shivam during check-in was welcoming and very accommodating. Baba rao in the restaurant was always on his feet during breakfast hours and whenevr we saw him throughout the day. Rahul and Sritham were very hospitable and kind and always served us with utmost warmth. The housekeeping girls always had a smile on their face and were available promptly. The property is small (which honestly we loved) and super squeaky clean and well maintained. Given the current situation in our country, the biggest thing i saw in the staff was how they gave equal treatment and respect to every guest despite their culture, language or dress. I am super happy we chose this place to spend a few days. I am surely going back again, if they maintain these good standards."

"Very Bad Experience – Money fraud issue rs 10k Hotel staff taken extra amount on hotel owner account in advance. And not settled in final bill. After reconciliation they are agreed on extra amount taken by team in owner account. Now they are not ready to refund the money and mentioning that hotel is not having refund policy. Rooms are over rated and having quality issues, there are water leakage in all three rooms. Rooms quality is not more than rs 2000/- and charging 9k. Extremely disappointing experience. I feel the hotel was not transparent about the charges and the way the money was handled was unacceptable. I was charged more than expected, and the explanation provided by the hotel staff was not satisfactory. This is the owner driven hotel/lodge in Lonavala. The staff’s response was unprofessional and I felt that the customer was being taken advantage of financially. This is not the kind of experience anyone expects after paying for a hotel stay. I strongly recommend guests confirm all charges, deposits, and additional fees in writing before making any payment. Overall, a very worst experience. Not recommended."

"Firstly the hotel is very affordable as per the local prices Location is very convnient as it is not very far from the station so it doesnt take more then 10 mins to reach there The Atmosphere is very very is quite and there is no unncessary noice pollution Its very very Quite and nice to stay Rooms were very clean to stay Service of the staff was also upto mark Manager was very friendly and staff was also ready to help at any moment There were some minor miscommunitcation in food realted issue but the staff solved it very professionaly Food was very good"
