It is precisely in the quiet hamlet of Vercland, 3km above the village, next to the restaurant La Reposette, at the foot of the ski slopes in winter and hiking trails in summer.Completely renovated recently, it is comfortable and practical, ideal for a family.It is composed of an entrance + large living room on the ground floor, 3 bedrooms for 2 persons each with bathroom/WC on the first floor. It comfortably sleeps 4 people and is ideally located 5 mins walk to the village centre which has an excellent selection of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. It is located directly opposite the free Grand Massif ski bus. There are 3 bedrooms that can be rented together or separately, for 2 nights or more. One bedroom with double bed has an en-suite full bathroom, the two other bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with a bunk bed) share a bathroom and a separate toilet. Breakfast is served in the family's dining room by the fireplace, or on the outdoor terrace. There is a splendid sauna with a small indoor cold pool. The water comes from a spring and it is as good as Evian.You will need a car to come to the property as it is located in a remote place with stunning views, by the Nant d'Ant cascade.In the winter, the 80 ski lifts of the Grand Massif are just a few minutes away. In the summer, there are plenty of activities in Samoëns; hiking, rafting, mountain-biking, etc.This is a family home, and we'll be very happy to welcome you.
