"Hampton hotel is an excellent hotel that does everything that they can to make our stay comfortable. We had the Accessible Room for my Mother In Law, who has limited mobility and sometimes needs a wheelchair. The room was large, spacious and clean. Larger than I usually see in UK hotels. The wet room shower was perfect for her to have a shower without needing to step in-and-out of a traditional shower or bath tub. The breakfast was good enough to fill us up ready for the day ahead. The breakfast waffles were tasty indeed. The staff were friendly, always smiling, and did everything that they could to make sure that our needs were met. Even attempting to resolve our TV issues, where the TV volume could not go higher that low. The TV itself was faulty, but the staff still were willing to help. The location was great for being in the center of the touristic beach areas of Bournemouth, with a short walk (on a hill because Bournemouth is a hilly place) to the sandy beach and pier. Would recommend."

"Fantastisch..., außer ein zusätzliches £12.00 für Eier König auf dem oberen Frühstückspreis war nicht gut... Personal hat nicht einmal vorab warnt über den zusätzlichen Preis, bis wir gehen. Aber- wenn Sie Zimmerservice hatten, dann kein zusätzlicher Preis für Eier königlich?? Es macht keinen Sinn."

"Die Service-Einstellung ist sehr gut. Das Frühstück ist echtes britisches Essen. Die Hotelumgebung ist ruhig und grün und schön. Es gibt keine Schleifen, das ist, dass das Badezimmer immer einen unheimlichen Geschmack hat."

"Relativ kleine Holiday Inn, aber immer noch gut und gut wert. Hilfsbereites Personal. Hauptproblem war, dass wir zum Frühstück bei ca 9.45 angekommen sind (es wurde gesagt, dass das Frühstück bis 10.30 serviert wurde). Sie hatten einige der nicht ersetzten Artikel ausgeführt und nur einige Artikel nach etwa 10.20 serviert, wenn sie gefragt wurden. Andernfalls ein angenehmes Paar Nächte."

"L'acceuil pendant le check-in est à revoir.. Je n'ai pas pris de petit déjeuner, seulement le dîner. Une discussion stérile commence et l'acceuil a en effet constaté qu'il n'y avait pas de petit déjeuner mais que le dîner... Personne explique le fonctionnement de l'hôtel, où se trouve le restaurant pour le dîner, juste demander l'heure pour manger. Je ne me suis pas senti à ma place. 2 bagages en arrivant, je galère pour entrer, personne pour aider... Mon anglais n'était pas top mais je faisais l'effort de communiquer. Par contre les serveurs du restaurant du soir sont gentils, agréables et attentionnés. Bravo Le check-out a été bien mieux et ils étaient compréhensifs. Rien à dire. Sourire était là L'hôtel est très propre , rien à dire."

"Allgemein war alles großartig. Wir schlagen vor, eine Matrix zu ändern, da wir und unsere Freunde schreckliche Rückenschmerzen hatten, aber das ist natürlich nur eine Präferenz und nicht jeder will eine harte Matrix, wie wir es tun. Abgesehen davon lieben wir es alle in diesem Hotel. Danke ."
