It has an open plan lounge and kitchen with views of the coastline from the sofa. Kitchen is kitted out with all essentials Like toaster, cooker , dishwasher , hob, microwave , fridge freezer , kettle as well as added extras like a coffee machine and a Bluetooth charging speaker. There is a breakfast bar with 4 stools to eat at.
Master bedroom has a king size bed, built in wardrobes with plenty of hangers and robes along with en suite shower and toilet. This room also has views of the coastline along with a door on to the patio. This room is fitted with electric blinds. This is fitted with a smart TV
Second bedroom has king size bed or 2 single beds with use of the main bathroom, which includes a bath and shower. Second bedroom is fitted with blinds and curtains as well as wardrobe with plenty of storage. This is fitted with a smart Tv.
The lounge has a large corner sofa that sits up to 6 and pulls out to be a sofa bed to sleep 2 extra people or just extra comfort for 4 people relaxing. There is a charge per person per night for extra guests sleeping on the sofa bed. There is also a tub chair to look out at the view.
All Tv’s are smart and have Netflix and Disney plus on them. Lounge TV has virgin media as well as a DVD player with Dvd’s
The flat is kitted out with underfloor heating throughout and with a radiator in each bathroom.
