I recently stayed at this Westin resort and was extremely disappointed. This place is like a fake 2-star hotel with the Westin name slapped on it. Honestly, a 3-star hotel is better than this. The carpet in my room stank, and the bathroom was awful—check out the photos I posted. It looked like there was mold or something rotten in there.
They don’t have a water bottle filler, and there was no water available when I arrived at 11pm. The vending machine didn’t work, so I couldn't even get a drink. There is no microwave either. Plus, the bridge and other pictures they show in their ads are misleading. They're not owned by Westin, and you can't walk there.
Overall, this is not a true Westin resort. Avoid it if you can.

辦入住時想換成雙床房，小哥直接給了雙床湖景房 窗外就是美麗的拉斯維加斯湖。露天泳池不錯 有小童區 是分開的 不會互相打擾。酒店餐廳菜品味道不錯。缺點是酒店以外的餐飲要開車至少5公里，還是希爾頓酒店好一點 旁邊有好幾家很好吃的餐廳。本來是看着它有高爾夫球場才訂的這裏 結果球場修整停業了，還好幾公裡外還有一家球場。

The property is beautiful and food is delicious. Feel so serene in the area.
We arrived in the early morning (1am) check in staff member wasn’t so pleasant but we didn’t allow that to affect our stay. Beautiful property!!

The front desk girl was rude and short with me. She gave me no directions how to get to my room, the pool was closed and under construction, the hotel felt old and dirty. Upon my return home, I discovered the hotel charged me for my room even though I paid thru *******. I called the hotel and they showed no charge on their end. Never will I go here again.

Lake view room, king room was a bit small. Could see a thick layer of dust on the headboard and the ledge above the TV. Door lets in alot of light so the room itself does not get pitch black at night (which is a personal preference). It was also rather noisy, you can hear absolutely everything happening in the hallway.
Mattresses are firm...husband loved it but I was rather uncomfortable and prefer softer mattress.
The property itself is beautiful, it was windy and cool when we visited so not alot to do and the spa was closed...which was not listed on ******* and disappointing to find out after we booked (should have done a little more research).
No ice machine only vending machines, at least on the 3rd floor. We were told we had to go to the bar or upstairs to the 6th floor for ice.

Beautiful place to stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were modern with comfortable beds and pillows, huge walk in shower. Very nice place to stay.
