Alles war großartig!

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing, and we were forced to leave due to terrible service. Firstly, our room was not cleaned throughout the entire day. We requested housekeeping at the front desk, and were told it would be done. However, when we returned to the hotel at 7 PM, the room still hadn’t been cleaned, even though it was around 2 PM when we had initially asked for the service. The housekeeping staff even lied to our faces, claiming they were calling the manager, but the manager never showed up. Resolving the issue took us a full hour. The next day, we spoke to the hotel manager, and his attitude was appalling. He was extremely unfriendly and refused to listen to our complaints. By the end of the conversation, he started raising his voice and eventually told us to leave the hotel. This was the first time we’ve ever experienced such rude service, where the staff is unwilling to resolve issues, defends the mistakes of their team, and communicates with guests in an arrogant and aggressive manner. We did not expect this kind of treatment, and unfortunately, it led us to make the decision to leave the hotel.After speaking with the hotel manager, I requested to have my last night canceled. However, the manager stated that it was not his responsibility. Yet, on the TripCom platform, I was waiting for confirmation from the hotel management, which is clearly within their duties. They refused to cancel the last night, further escalating the conflict. What was most frustrating was their complete unwillingness to listen to my reasoning and evidence. The manager continuously interrupted me, showing no interest in understanding my concerns.

The pitchers were much more beautiful than the place no breakfast buffet set menu. If you wanted anything other than coffee or tea you had to pay for it, but breakfast was supposed to be included with your room. Very poor choices

Ihr philippinisches Willkommensgebäck und ihre Getränke waren eine sehr nette Gefälligkeit. Das Frühstück ist kein Buffet, aber es gibt eine gute Auswahl, das Essen war wirklich gut. Das E-Trike ist leicht zugänglich, sodass man sich leicht fortbewegen kann. Außerdem ist es sehr nah an den Wasseraktivitäten, sodass dieser Ort sehr gut ist, wenn Sie auf der Suche nach Abenteuern sind. Da es Station 3 ist, sind weniger Leute unterwegs, sodass es besonders nachts ziemlich friedlich ist. Dies ist sehr zu empfehlen.

We booked a junior suite for a 4-night stay, and it exceeded our expectations. The room is incredibly spacious and impeccably clean, which we greatly appreciated. The check-in process was efficient, and the front office staff were both welcoming and helpful. However, the food and beverage experience left much to be desired in both service and quality. We anticipated a buffet breakfast but were disappointed to find a plated option that was often cold. Additionally, there were only 10 choices, and many were unavailable, which did not meet our expectations. My Nordic partner was particularly dissatisfied with this aspect. Overall, while there were some areas for improvement, the hotel experience was still quite positive.
