Stayed three times one Selina Chapinero, amazing experience with wonderful staff. They arrange my check in since I arrived early in the morning. The staff helped at 3am giving me hot tee and planket by the time the reception arrived. The stuff is so welcoming and helpful. Breakfast and coffee are amazing. Rooms are modern and very well decorated. Highly recommend this place !

Das Hotel ist wunderbar, die ersten Klasse Mitarbeiter haben Sie immer mit einem Lächeln begrüßt, sehen Sie glücklich. Die super schönen Speisesaal Mitarbeiter, die Oscar hervorheben, haben uns immer die besten Gerichte angeraten und sehen, dass nichts fehlt. Der Taxiservice ist sehr gut. Das leckere Essen. Es ist mein Lieblingshotel in Bogota geworden.

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel, komfortabel, mit guten Einrichtungen und Komfort. Sehr freundlicher Personalservice. Sehr komplett Frühstück. Ein wenig von meinem Geschmack entfernt, aber kann subjektiv sein

Modern hotel in good part of the city, although no restaurants within easy walking distance, but eating in the hotel restaurant was no problem with tasty food and good service although prices are higher when compared to restaurants elsewhere in the city. Spacious room, well designed , mini bar , safe, desk ,sofa, everything you want except control of the room temperature. We spent most of the time feeling cold in the room with no way to heat it (outside temp dropped to around 7-8C). Beds are very , very firm which is not ideal for anyone. Room pricing is very reasonable and represents good value. Caution with the breakfast buffet - our room was B&B, so we helped ourselves to the buffet only to be confronted with the manager half through our meal telling us that we had only paid for the basic breakfast and therefore needed to pay an extra 56,000pesos per person - the buffet was adequate but falls well below the offerings of 4 star hotels elsewhere. I did find pricing somewhere on the website that confirmed that full breakfast was 56k pp but I never managed to convince the manager that we should only pay the difference between basic breakfast and full breakfast , I felt cheated. One female member of staff on the front desk was very helpful and understanding and spoke good English and tried hard to help, but by this point we had decided not to use the buffet and buy food at local coffee shops close to the hotel. Our travel agent was to blame for only paying for basic breakfast but this was not explained upon check in nor were we told what we could eat without being fined. The good news was at check out when our 2 breakfasts we didn't attend were refunded giving us back approx 75K per day for 2 people, thus proving my point that we should have only paid the difference between 75K and 112K for 2 people to upgrade. Check what type of breakfast you are entitled to and there will be no problems, change the mattresses for something softer and actually plug the thermostat in the rooms into the heating/cooling system and this hotel would easily score 100%

Hotel sauber und zeitgemäß. Sehr gute Lage. Das Bett war groß und komfortabel. Das Zimmer verfügt über ein großes Badezimmer mit Handtüchern, Shampoo und Duschegel sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Zimmer hat auch einen Kühlschrank mit kalten Getränken. Das Hotel bietet auch einen Shuttleservice zum Terminal und es ist nahe der Busshaltestelle. N In jedem Stock gibt es L L lmachinesdeerx für Snacks und kalte Getränke. Auch können Sie Tee und Kaffee erhalten.

房間乾淨，環境優美。還有免費擺渡車來回機場，很方便。不過，一般的士進不來，衹能用酒店的汽車，價格比較貴。

Das Hotel hatten wir für eine Übernachtung zum Preis von rund 70 Euro inclusive Frühstück für 2 Personen bei HRS in Deutschland gebucht und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Es gab einen schnellen kostenlosen Abholservice mit dem hoteleigenen Bus, der Empfang an der Rezeption war außerordentlich freundlich und wir waren dankbar für den Tipp, dass die Bar noch bis 24:00 Uhr geöffnet hatte, denn wir waren spät angekommen. In dem modernen und gut ausgestattetene Zimmer 324 in der 3. Etage fanden wir alles, was wir brauchten. Es war ein Schreibtisch mit einem 43 Zoll TV vorhanden, auf dem Nachttisch stand ein Wecker mit USB-Ladestation und die Internetverbindung war mit über 50000kbit/s sehr schnell. Nachteilig war allerdings, dass das Netz offen war und ohne Passwort funktionierte. Das Bad mit getrennter Toilette und großer Dusche hinter der Glastür war sehr komfortabel und es fehlten lediglich die Haken an den Wänden, um die Handtücher aufzuhängen. Eine Toilettenbürste war auch nicht vorhanden. Das Frühstücksbüffet am nächsten Morgen war sehr gut und wir können das Hotel für einen Stopover in Bogotá nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Ich hätte die Bewertungen vor der Anzeige lesen sollen. Ich habe in der ersten Nacht wegen des extremen Lärms keinen Schlaf bekommen. Es gibt keine akustische Isolation. Sie können Lärm aus der Lobby, nebenan oder praktisch irgendwo in der Nähe hören. Ich musste nach der ersten Nacht verlassen. Ich empfehle diesen Ort nicht, wenn Sie ein leichter Schlafer sind.

El Hotel está bien ubicado,las habitaciones son amplias sin embargo el servicio de aseo es deficiente así como el de recepción, quienes no registran los requerimientos que hacen los huéspedes, provocando con esto molestias e incomodidades, lo que nos significó quedarnos sin poder usar el sauna y peor aun sin desayunar la mañana de nuestro check out. Los recepcionistas del hotel son poco cordiales carecen de empatía, hacen lo mínimo posible para que tu estadía sea grata.

Nicht schlecht, es ist gut, es ist gut. Insgesamt ist der Umwelt-Service-Service sehr gut. Das nächste Mal wohnt ein Hotel. Der Preis ist noch besser, Reisen und Ruhe sind sehr wichtig
