中規中矩的福朋品質，頂樓的酒廊週末不開，就算開了的話也沒什麼值得吃或者喝的東西，跟國內的萬豪系酒廊沒得比，不建議現金訂行政房，房型一樣唯一不一樣的就是樓層，不值這個差價。

門口就有停車位非常方便，而且從進門開始就感覺到舒適，環境分給到5分！這是我最喜歡的一個平台之一，因為在這總事能挖掘到很多新奇的店，棒棒的！看到評價還不錯就來了，確實跟大家誇的沒有出入，希望店家繼續保持噢

Beachten Sie, dass ich nur zwei Nächte geblieben bin, ich habe bezahlt, als ich im Hotel ankam, und ich habe drei Nächte bezahlt, ich habe mit ******* Chat gesprochen und dass im Hotel niemand ans Telefon gegangen ist und dass sie es schicken würden eine E-Mail, damit sie die Gutschrift anwenden und nur zwei Nächte in Rechnung stellen können, ich habe keine weitere Antwort gehört

Ich habe in diesem Hotel einige Male ohne Zwischenfälle übernachtet. Leider war dieser letzte Besuch eine ganze Kaskade von Problemen, die dazu führten, dass das Hotel versuchte, meine Freundin über 14 $ an Artikeln aus der Minibar festzuhalten, die ich dem Hotel bereits genehmigt hatte, um sie mir in Rechnung zu stellen, da ich in der Luft zurückfliegen würde die Staaten. Das Hotel hat zugestimmt, aber anscheinend wurde die Nachricht nicht mit der Tagescrew geteilt. Das Uber, das ich für sie angerufen hatte, wurde storniert, was ihr und mir großen Kummer bereitete. Sie forderten mich auf, eine E-Mail zu senden, während mein WLAN während des Fluges Störungen aufwies. Der Manager schrieb mir später eine Nichtentschuldigung für den Vorfall und bot keine Abhilfe an. Ich habe dieses Hotel bereits meinen Kunden aus den Staaten und meinen kolumbianischen Mitarbeitern empfohlen, die mein Büro aus anderen Städten besuchen, aber ich werde dies nicht mehr tun. Ich würde mich von diesem Ort fernhalten. Es wird tatsächlich von GHL verwaltet, es ist nicht das Marriott-Niveau an Erfahrung, das Sie erwarten würden. Ich frage mich nur, was passiert wäre, wenn ich diese E-Mail nicht senden könnte, was hätten sie getan, meine Freundin weiterhin gegen ihren Willen festgenommen? Ich werde das mit Marriott besprechen, wenn man bedenkt, wie viel Geschäft ich ihnen im Laufe der Jahre gegeben habe, insbesondere anderen Hotels wie dem W in Bogota.

Definitely quiet, good bkfast. DID NOT appreciate at all the extra charge for damage insurance which was added without being mentioned. We requested a King size room, we were given a 2 double beds room, which we had to go back to the front desk to change. Not a very good 1st impression.

I reached out to the hotel several weeks prior to my trip, requesting a quiet room. Opting for what I presumed would be a superior ambiance and service, I booked a room on the executive floor. Unfortunately, I received no response to my request, prompting me to reiterate my needs upon check-in at the hotel. However, my initial concerns were realized when, on the second night of my stay, loud party music began to emanate from the hotel, continuing unabated into the late hours. Despite being on the 7th floor with the windows firmly shut, the noise significantly disrupted my sleep. Upon addressing this issue with the reception, I was informed that such music is a regular occurrence from Thursday to Saturday, audible throughout the hotel. Consequently, I decided to check out earlier than planned due to the disturbance, a decision that the hotel staff accepted without objection. Additionally, I expressed my disappointment with the dining experience. The meals, particularly the breakfast, lacked variety and were disappointingly bland. Considering the rich culinary heritage of the country, it was particularly disheartening to find the hotel's offerings falling so short of expectations.

Well located near excellent restaurants. Perfect for the business traveler.However, I strongly suggest that the Hotel makes available an automatic brewing machine to enable the preparation of a good coffee without having to go to the bar to request an espresso or a Latte.

The staff was really great. The food was also very tasty and affordable. A special shout to Don Luis who took care of us each morning with an extra level of care and attention to detail. We were in Bogota to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday and he made his experience very memorable. The housekeeping/cleaning staff were also very nice. I can’t recommend this property enough for your upcoming Bogota trip.

Great hotel for a quiet stay. I would go again. Although I highly recommend more lights for makeup and cleaner rugs, or just get rid of the rugs.
