The Aloft Bogota Airport Hotel located in the city of Bogotá, Colombia has the following deficiencies: • Communication with the client is very poor. I had to take a taxi at 2:30am from the airport to the hotel because the service was no longer available and at no time did the hotel communicate about this change. The hotel does not provide adequate information to the customer, they leave the customer with more questions than answers. • The service and customer treatment could be much better in the sense that some employees have an aggressive attitude and respond badly to the customer. • I was in two rooms that had deficiencies. For example, the shower was damaged and could not be adjusted, that is, extremely hot or cold water. Also, it was leaking throughout my entire stay at this hotel. The safe in the room did not work. • There were only two bath towels in the rooms for a total of three guests. If an additional towel was needed, you had to inform reception in advance. • The hotel does not have staff to help with suitcases. The Aloft Bogota Airport Hotel operates in such a way that the client/guest must adapt to the hotel. In this hotel it seems that you are not paying for a service. It's like the hotel is doing you a favor. I had a very unpleasant experience in several ways: communication, customer service, state of the facilities. I do not recommend this hotel to another client/guest.
