Good overall. I got handicap room so not sure if this is standard but the interior is very underwhelming compared to Conrad in Asia. However, service is good. One thing is the bed is too soft not in a good way (either old or not sure if intentional) that it makes your back ache, so not ideal for older people with back pains

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, appreciate Kate's help to change another room for us since the first room has a very narrow space and wired additional steps on the hallway, make the luggage harder to move if move by yourself. Although the hotel information indicated the room has 28sf but does not look like it, feels much smaller and maybe too much spaces are used for the bathroom. Location wise very close to few famous tourist attractions but not much restaurants and shops nearby as this area are mainly government buildings. So travelers be aware and consider what is the focus of the trip.

Hotel is very conveniently located, being just opposite the St James underground station which connects to all the major tourist attractions like Tower of London etc. The Westminster Abbey and Parliament house are within 10-15 minutes walking distance and just one train stop away. The room are comfortable, neat and tidy and the hotel staff are very friendly.

Stayed here for 6 nights and will definitely choose to stay here again next visit. Firstly, the location is great is across from the St James Park tube station. Within short walk-in distance to St James Park, bakeries, cafe, pubs. The hotel restaurants are all good as well. Service was great and speedy.
