First room the ac couldn’t drop the temp a single degree even though it ran for 4 hours while we shopped and ate then ran all night. 76 degrees isn’t unlivable but when you are on vacation you want to be comfortable. The noise of the ac along with the Worst beds I’ve ever slept on, literally were 6 inches with no box springs and only 18” off the floor, my poor kids had a pull out that you could literally see sag between the steel bars. After a sleepless night we asked for a new room that was way better but the first night made it a terrible experience. Was offered a comped nights stay but was still charged full price and conveniently the staff could print my charges and never delivered an itemized receipt.

The property was nice, the hotel was beautiful. The parking was a little confusing and we ended up parking in the back where it was a little more sketchy. But overall, no real complaints on the property.

Walkable to the Mall of America with a skywalk, although it was longer than I realized, and a short stretch is uncovered until you get to the skywalk. There is a nice firepit outside, and groups often gather there and talk until late into the night, so if you want to be sociable.

It was a good quality for the price you pay. It’s within walking distance of Mall of America and some other restaurants. Parking was easy and accessible. The rooms are up to date and clean.

Excellent place, easy access to the mall and dining. Breakfast was fabulous! Lots of guest but our stay was quiet and very enjoyable.

The hotel was clean & had allll the amenities, including an easy shuttle to & from the airport, a sky bridge in the parking lot to the mall, a little “convenience closet” with snacks to buy, & restaurants in the parking lot

Location was perfect for Mall of America. There is a covered walk way over to the mall was just outside the parking lot.
Checking into the Park Plaza is shared with the Country Inn.
Nothing over the top at the hotel but it was good and what we were looking for.
Good variety of breakfast that rotated slightly over the 3 days we were there.
Since it's basically next to the airport you do hear flights taking off and landing but didn't bother us.
