Excellent value for money great location room was spotless shower room was beautiful very nice owner very polite towels on bed i would definitely stay here again came across it on *********** they dont do breakfast but plenty of cafes around

We booked through ***********. This is extremely basic accommodation. The hotel is well located from Blackpool North Station, its only around 10 minutes walk, plus only 5-10 minutes walk from the promenade and another 5 minutes walk to Blackpool tower so the location was perfect for us. Our room was a little small but sufficient. It was room only basis, there's NO breakfast even though the name suggests B&B but we knew that anyway. Tea and coffee is provided in the room. Shampoo and body wash was provided in the bathroom and there's use of an iron and ironing board downstairs if you wish. Victoria was a lovely host and was very responsive through the messaging app when I had questions

Almost time to head home after my 3rd stay in the studio space here. Each time I have been very warmly welcomed, and had a fantastic, great value for money stay. The self catering facilitys really help me to budget, removing the need to buy food while out and about. There are hobs, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, pans plates and cutlurly. There is even a small washing machine! The bed is very comfy and I always sleep well. The tv while not smart or online has a built in dvd player. The Wi-Fi works well and is fast enough for YouTube. The pressure is good on the shower. The space feel safe and is clean. the comumal areas have cctv 24/7. Fellow guest have always been very respectful of each other. This is not a hotel for loud party goers, but more family's and grown ups. Top tip, book directly with Victoria at the hotel for the best rates.

Nice enough hotel. Clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and showed us to our room. My only gegative was they started doing some work in a room close to us on Sunday morning while we were still in bed( early) this was drilling. Although we were awake we never expected that. They could of done it after checkout time. But in all I enjoyed my stay here. And would come back.

I stayed at this hotel in a triple room with my family this weekend for one night! Check in was easy and the lady was so kind, friendly and welcoming. The room was spotlessly clean and decorated nicely! It was perfect r for what we needed. We literally stayed in the hotel to sleep, the bathroom was lovely and the beds were comfortable! Great location, walking distance to all of the bars! Would stay here again!

Stayed here for 2 nights for a last minute break. Literally last minute rang and booked and arrived 3 hours later. The owners couldn't have done anymore for us. This is just board though not Breakfast incase you are looking for bed and breakfast. Room was spotless and well equipped and we couldn't fault anything about it Thank you for being so accommodating it was gratefully appreciated at such short notice and really made our Grandsons year so far
