Very clean , good location nearby New street station

On Arrival to the Bull we were given the key to the room that's ordered for two people. My sister Kemi asked the housekeeper about food that we need to warm it She said we should come back 11am and warm it.then I went downstairs to.the pub and use the kitchen microwave but she refused and say we should buy food at 12noon , we were so hungry and angry that the customer services.is bad and the toilets.was.not.cleaned as Dust and cobwebs were every where and the staff were not friendly at all including the chef . Will not be staying there again

Stayed here a few times now and it's always alright. Shame it rains but that's not the hotels fault.

Good location only a 15 minute walk from BNS station. Single room was perfect for a solo traveller had everything you’d need, en-suite bathroom, toiletries & beverage tray. Good food served downstairs in the pub.
