Jedes Personal ist so herzlich. Vielen Dank für den frühen Check-in! Zur Begrüßung schlagen sie den Gong und servieren Ihnen erfrischende Begrüßungsgetränke. Der Pool ist unglaublich. Es ist groß genug, damit die Kinder es genießen können. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist auch nicht schlecht. Innerhalb des Resorts gibt es einen Shuttle, der uns zum Meeresfrüchte-Kelong bringt. Der Preis im Kelong ist ähnlich wie in Singapur. Berücksichtigen Sie daher Ihre Erwartungen. Geschmacklich ist es ziemlich anständig. Der Strand hat eine Teerstruktur. Wir hatten uns darauf gefreut, mehr Zeit am Strand zu verbringen, mussten diese aber verkürzen. Es gab auch viele Korallen, was für Leute mit kleinen Kindern nicht zu empfehlen ist. Der Pool macht den Mangel am Strand wett. Wir werden in Zukunft wiederkommen!

Wundervoller erholsamer Aufenthalt. Toller Pool und direkt an einem wunderschönen, ruhigen Strand. Alles ist teuer und es gibt keine Möglichkeiten, außerhalb des Resorts zu speisen. Der Grillabend war teuer, aber ausgezeichnet.

Dieser Ort ist, als würde man der Stadt entfliehen und tief in die Natur eintauchen. Riesiges Resort, erfordert viel Zeit, um jeden einzelnen Aspekt zu erkunden. Sehr gepflegt muss ich sagen. Tolles Frühstück mit vielen Optionen zum Essen, darunter auch gute indische Optionen für Vegetarier. Ich war dort, um den Jahrestag meiner Eltern zu feiern. Wir bekamen einen kostenlosen Shuttle zum Herumstreifen. Ein Nachteil: erbärmliches WLAN/Internet, trotz so vieler Beschwerden keine Veränderung. Gehen Sie einfach ohne Erwartungen an gutes WLAN.

Die Gastfreundschaft war großartig, sauber auch. Ursprünglich bekamen wir ein Zimmer auf Ebene 1 und das Zimmer hatte einen seltsamen Geruch. Es könnte daran liegen, dass sich niemand sehr lange im Zimmer aufhielt. Das Personal brachte uns sofort in ein anderes Zimmer auf Ebene 3, das viel besser war. Daher ist der Service großartig. Das Essen war in Ordnung. Schöner Pool und nahe am Strand. Die Fortbewegung in der Gegend erfolgte mit dem Shuttle, der alle 30 Minuten verkehrte. Guter Ort für Aktivitäten. Gut für einen Familienurlaub.

Habe meine Familie für einen kurzen Wochenendausflug mitgebracht und den Geburtstag meiner Mutter gefeiert. Der Strand war sauber und ein guter Ort zum Entspannen und Spazierengehen. Meine Kinder hatten viel Spaß beim Schwimmen im Meer und im Pool. Der Pool ist groß, schön gestaltet und verfügt über einen Whirlpool. Der Service im Resort ist wirklich hervorragend, denn man erkannte, dass es der Geburtstag meiner Mutter war, schenkte uns einen kostenlosen Geburtstagskuchen und schickte ihn wie gewünscht um Mitternacht auf unser Zimmer. Schade, dass alle meine Kinder nicht kooperierten, da sie sich weigerten, die Augen zu öffnen und für ihre Oma zu singen. Haha An dem Tag, als wir auscheckten, wurde mir klar, dass ich vergessen hatte, meinen Reisepass mitzunehmen, der im Safe in meinem Zimmer verschlossen war. Das Resort war so freundlich, es abzuholen und zum Terminal zu schicken. Vielen Dank, Nirwana Garden Resort, wir hatten einen super angenehmen Aufenthalt im Resort. Wir werden es unseren Freunden und Verwandten empfehlen und beim nächsten Mal auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Das Hotel am degradierten Ort Kein richtiges Restaurant Kein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis Das Essen im Restaurant ist geschmacklos Aufgrund der vielen Steine ​​kann man nicht im Meer schwimmen. Nicht zum Schwimmen geeignet. Service und Snacks sind sehr teuer Für andere nicht zu empfehlen.

We booked the Nirwana Suite & Premier room and i think this resort is just really old and rundown, not worth the price you're paying for. We paid 550,000 IDR for the birthday decorations. I've been to other resorts in bintan and the prices in the restaurants were definitely more expensive than the better hotels like IHG. It was really a pity because they had lots of activity but everything was overpriced. The only good restaurant was the Kelong.

I will definitely visit again.  Everything is superb , delicious food, nice view, kind service . Strongly recommend the kelong restaurant, beautiful sunset and super tasty seafood! just hope the resort improve the wifi connection , the wifi is only working when I sit near the bathroom, if I stand near the window it’s disconnected .

1. good encironments and the facilities are not new but acceptable. 2. The most pity stuffs are Monopoly by the owner even the excuse is away from reasonable (private resorts) - no access to public taxi service say grab. Again the reason we told is the Nirwana resort is private one - due to the monopoly, there is limited restaurants for options: the one for breakfast (level 1). The one above the one for buffet (level 2) and Kelong restuarant facing the sea - the outstanding outcome from the monopoly is the pretty higher price for foods...I expect to have lunch at Kelong restaurant and in the end back after checking out the price in menu. Actually during the lunch time, there is no people having dinner except 1 or 2 guest to check out the good view facing the sea...pity !!! The postiive goes to some entertainment or activotoes in the hotel say swimming in outdoort pool. Sands and Bowling etc..... My proposal for their management is to open the service to guests in their hotel so there is more options even I will never come back to the hotel in Bintan...I has been to Batam before and the experience is better.... My husband & I enjoyed our 4 days & 3 nights stay at Nirwana Resort for my Birthday Celebration. The staff gave me a surprise birthday cake while having a buffet breakfast at their Cafe restaurant. Our room was spotlessly clean, the staff were very friendly & accommodating to our request. I feel totally relaxed, renewed & recharged during our stay. Sunset was truly mesmerizing while savouring our diner at Kelong Restaurant. I will recommend this resort for those who want to be away from the hustle and bustle of city life and experience the tranquility & serenity of this Island. We will surely come back again.

Nice and clean rooms. Staffs are very friendly. Restaurants inside the resort area are a bit pricey.

Booked a short 3D2N getaway at Nirwana Resort Hotel with my family. Arrived with some free perks like 15 mins free massage per pax, 1 free bowling game per room booked and free shuttle transfer to and fro the hotel and the BBT ferry terminal.

The hotel is quite clean and the service is excellent. Seafood is delicious ,and about the same price as the one in Singapore
