Spot on 38154 Shakti Hostel & Hotel

I had booking with SPOT ON 38154 Shakti Hostel & Hotel. I had booking for 2 days. When I arrived at the hotel the manager informed me that the hotel was completely full and the hotel doesn't work with *********** (where I made my booking) because once they didn't pay them money. I showed the manager reviews of other foreigners but he insisted that they don't work with *********** and didn't send me any confirmation of the booking. In fact the hotel had a free room but only for 1 night because the next day they were waiting for an important guest and that room couldn't be offered to me. That is the first time in my travelling practise that the hotel refused me in a room and lied because of the absence of the room! When the manager of the hotel needs a room for his own interests he can easily forget about his ever cooperation with *********** And what's more the next day I got a message from *********** asking me why I didn't appear at the hotel! They informed *********** that I didn't appear! As a result I had to sleep in my car. A horrible attitude and fraud staff that can easily let you sleep outside because of more important guests!
