The hotel is very nice . I came here for my son wedding and we spend very good time with this hotel. This is a 4 star property,but I want to give them 5 star . ...........................................All staffs are friendly basically Front office staffs . Well groomed, nice behavior.

I have reported at 1am, the staff was cooperative. Rooms are well maintained but mini bar is not functional and getting heating up. After my complaint immediately switched off. However overall satisfactory.

The service extends to a delightful symphony of inconveniences. The gym, a testament to the hotel's commitment to ”wellness,” boasts an erratic music system, an apparent aversion to air conditioning, and a conspicuous absence of towels or even a nearby restroom. Furthermore, the hotel's strategic location, directly adjacent to the railway station, while perhaps convenient for some, presents a rather unsightly and chaotic entrance. The constant throng of auto-rickshaws vying for attention hardly exudes an aura of tranquility. Perhaps most perplexing is the apparent obsession with sales targets, which seems to overshadow the fundamental principles of customer service. If the shift managers were to prioritize guest satisfaction over revenue generation (like charging extra for late checkouts despite potential room availability), this hotel could truly ascend to its intended level of excellence. One can only imagine the sheer delight of the staff if a guest were to inquire about weighing their luggage. The sheer horror would likely be palpable. In conclusion, while the hotel boasts an impressive array of amenities, its service standards appear to be perpetually under construction. One can only hope that customer service will one day catch up to the grandeur of the hotel itself.

Very comfortable stay and had good rooms with great food. The location is just perfect in Bhubneshwar and if you have good weather then awesome. The hotel is very comfortable and has spacious rooms. The staff is accommodating and is in the middle of the market. Lots of options to explore nearby. Pool was also great for kids to enjoy

Great ambience, extremely comfortable rooms and super helpful staff!! Overall a wonderful experience! Would recommend this hotel a million times. We ran into a glitch with room booking but the manager Mr Rudra went out of his way to accommodate our needs and get us a proper room according to our needs… can’t speak enough about the polite staff
